Spiced Deviled Egg & Chili Aioli Dinner

The food and the service were good! We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and ate here twice. Drinks are strong and the food is tasty. Jenny is a great bartender we really enjoyed her service.

I haven't been here since Fall 2019! So glad to be back. The hotel has a resort spa feel and makes me feel like I'm on vacation. It's new American modern meets cozy. Onto the restaurant. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. The outside overlooks the pool and there was very good live music playing. (Please tip your musicians.) The dinner menu is small which means everything they make is fresh. Their prices are at prepandemic levels and a good value for what you get. I had the juicy steak sandwich and asked for substitutes for the fries. The waiter offered mashed potato, baked sweet potato and I opted for the tasty house salad at no up charge. My dining companion had the excellent crab cakes which I was told only select Baltimore crabcakes could beat. They offer a quality beer, wine and cocktail menu at reasonable prices. My glass of Argentinian Malbec Reserve was very good and $13. Wine is $11-$14 by the glass. Cocktails are $14. They offer Happy Hour daily (except Saturdays) from 4-7 p.m. select wine- $9; beer $7, and cocktails $10. If you want a classy, yet welcoming high end beach vibe with excellent service and high quality food and drinks, at a reasonable price, Bistro 72 is the place. Late evening Annette entryway staff were welcoming, professional and kind. Posting was an ample- well lit lot Accessible Bar area was beautifully adorned w Long Island furnishings. Bar tender was quick, friendly offered several options, and was talkative. Interaction was appropriate, and they ensured they're was good drinks and good food, and we were all happy! Must visit.. Hidden off the main highways and lots of wildlife.

Bistro 72 is located within Hotel Indigo on the East End of Long Island. The restaurant has a warm, inviting vibe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Enjoy dining by the indoor or outdoor fireplace. There is an enclosed patio with heaters as well. The buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries is reasonably priced. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I suggest making dinner reservations, especially during the summer and fall. Inquire about their live music.

My favorite place to go to after shopping at Tanger's Outlet. It's a very spacious and comfortable atmosphere. Most of the dishes are very good. Especially the LOCAL DUCK, pan seared 'Crescent Farm' duck with garlic parmesan and balsamic glaze drizzle is my favorite. The LOADED NACHOS snack is great to share with friends.

Great for happy hour, and Appetizers. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Catch a game indoors the bar. Very pleased with the service and the food. Seem to be very accommodating to large crowds. Spent a short time in here on food and drinks at the bar Looking forward to going back for a more substantial meal..

Hi Yelpers! Great shopping in Tanger and Riverhead, but ALWAYS stay the night and really enjoy well prepared food. Tonight we loved the tuna tartare with chips, then mushroom risotto, special request of tuna soft tacos. My wife eat out all the time and enjoy good food, services and a non rushed environment, Bistro 72 has go it to a T! Our waiter Wayne was spot on with my stirred martini, as asked ice cold and ice flavored ice on the side. Comfortable and felt very relaxed. This is truly NOT your regular hotel food this is fantastic hotel food and drink. Thank you to Wayne and Chef Carolena.

Was here for a week for a work trip and ate almost every meal here for breakfast and dinner since there aren't many options in the area or options that are open late. Got to know the wait staff well and they were pleasant people. Service can be slow to actually sit down and get a table since there was often 1-2 people working at a time during our stay. There was usually more people on staff at night when this place would really get busy. Things I tried: Nachos - Order them! Creamy, cheesy, greasy heaping mound enough for several people to share. We ordered them at almost every meal. They are the best thing on the menu along with... Crab Cakes - Hands down one of the best things on the menu along with the nachos. The corn sauce was soooo good. Shrimp tacos - Pretty good. Fresh and a little kick to them Chicken tacos - I would pass on these. messy and not that great flavor wise Lobster mac and cheese - Pass. This isn't what you are thinking it's a cream sauce rigatoni pasta with hardly any cheese flavor. I was expecting a southern style mac and cheese. Pass on all the breakfast options in the restaurant. We didn't like any of them, eggs weren't cooked well, eggs benedict were dry and gross. We didn't try the french toast but if the other options were any indication we just stopped ordering breakfast items alt but did like the free breakfast options. Especially the sandwiches and the bagels. Chicken Sandwich - Didn't eat this myself but co worker said pass on it Burger - You can get better elsewhere. it was a thick and dry patty The Pizzas - Tried them all and I would pass on them. They were mediocre and it was a crispy chip pita like crust. I prefer chewy doughy crusts.

We have eaten other items on the menu and have never been disappointed. We have also brought family & friends to eat with us here. The restaurant is always clean as are the bathrooms. They also have a bar counter where you can sit and have food. You can also play quick pick there too if you're so inclined. I have never had any issues with any staff members every one has been nice that we have come into contact with. The wait for food is normal , your not waiting forever for your food to come out. Today I had the Rueban and a blueberry lemon drop martini and can I just say yum If you're looking for a nice clean place to eat in Riverhead try Diggers.

Stopped in the Friday before St Patrick's day for lunch. Seated quickly, and my pint o' Guinness…read moreshowed up quickly too. I ordered the short ribs and my wife ordered the Shepard's pie. Short ribs were way overdone. The meat was tender yet way too hot, like it had been excessively heated or microwaved. The gravy was a very dark brown, overdone and just way too heavily flavored. My wife's Shepard's pie actually seemed to be using the same overdone gravy. Thick layer of mashed potatoes and the thinnest layer of barely there meat/ground beef and vegetable(corn among them). Came with a slice of soda bread that was butter soaked and way overbrowned on the griddle. We've been going there a steady 4-6 times a year few for the last 20+ years and had our son's 21st birthday there as well. Food there has been on a downward spiral for a while now.

A good place for friends and family to get tipsy…read more One of the most memorable things about Jamesport Vineyards is actually the pizza. To be honest, the location is gorgeous with large wooden benches indoors and opening up to a large field and stage area with seating for live music outside, all along a water front. But again, the pizza. With ingredients including house-made mozzarella, hot soppressata and Mikes Hot Honey, the oven fired pizzas made fresh to order are the star of the show. The unique brews on draft vary constantly and are sure to please whatever you palate is in the mood for. If you are on line for the bar, you can see the drink selections on the floor mounted menus while waiting to speed up your choices. Bar tenders are friendly and can help make selections according to your preferences. There is also plenty of parking. Side note, a wedding party was heading down from the second floor of the building when we visited, so if you are looking to host a party you may also want to inquire about options here taking into account the available views.
