While I waited I checked out the 4 sauces that were on the table and liked the KC mild the best. When the food arrived I noticed the large 1/2 chicken and the sides. The chicken was juicy and delicious with a smokey flavor. Paired with the KC mild sauce, it was yummy (4). Yes, their chicken is very good but it was the side dishes that really impressed me. The beans were rich in flavor and savory. Perfect (5). The cole slaw was creamy and smooth tasting making an excellent palate cleanser (5). Marija worked with us and was so communicative and easy to work with. The Gracious team treated us like we were family. We had our tasting and was blown away at the quality of ingredients and curated menu. They learned about us as a couple and what our likes and dislikes were and made a menu to fit us. At the wedding, our guests gave us many compliments on the food, some saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. (We agree, worth every penny.) I loved how much they cared about us during the process and at the wedding. They were so kind to make us a plate of hors d'oeuvres at our cocktail hour so we can have enjoy our food.
