This was my first stop at a Biscuitville, and now I wish there were a location near my home! The biscuits were so fresh, warm, flaky, buttery, and delicious that I just wanted to bask in their amazingness, but we had to get back on the road. This place was busy and still quick. The biscuits were great. You can watch them being made from scratch. Chicken sandwich was great, BLT good, fries and hashbrowns great. Grits & eggs, meh. Undecided on the muffin. Coffee and drinks great. We dined inside and it could have been cleaner, but it was not gross and they were very busy, probably hard to keep up. Very diverse customer base. Stopped here on the way further South looking for an easily accessible breakfast spot. I noticed the car line was wrapped around the building and so we stopped in to check it out. I ordered the pancakes special with turkey sausage and a honey bun. The breakfast was great but the honeybun?! I'll be stopping back on my way home. I haven't had a honeybun that was not too sweet and perfectly moist and fluffy at the same time. It was so much better than what we get in the stores. We ate inside and I see why it's open until 2:00 PM. People hit the drive thru and came inside in quickly. We entered and people were eating and enjoying themselves. By the time we sat down at least 15 other customers packed in to order and again the parking lot was wrapped around the building. The staff was friendly and you can tell the locals frequent often. This used to be a favorite of ours when traveling through the Thomasville area back and forth between Sanford and Georgia. We've eaten here for probably 3 or more years. The last four times, however, the quality has dramatically gone down. I'm not sure if it's a management change, a change in products, or maybe a combination of both, but this place used to be seriously amazing. I loved their English muffins, which are made in house and my go-to breakfast sandwich was the steak, egg, and cheese on the English muffin. The last four times, though, the steak had the texture and sound of biting through styrofoam and was dry even with mayonnaise, the eggs tasted burnt, and everything was just greasy. This time, (June 2024) I opted not to get my usual, and went for the grilled chicken club. The chicken was worlds better than the steak has been, so that's a positive, but the English muffin was tough and chewy. The hash browns were inedible. We ended up throwing them away without even attempting to eat them because they were so greasy, the oil was running off the outside of the wrapper and the hash browns were stuck to the inside and undercooked. The only plus side is the coffee is still great. We will probably end up removing this location from our list of stops. The absolute most positive thing about this place right now is that the staff are always nice and they still give out treats for pets. read more

Biscuit like no other is must will traveling through Raleigh. They always have new options available from pimento cheese to drinks. Today, I add the new strawberry lemonade topped with fresh strawberries. Yummy! Now, that Rona is here they are only doing drive thru but it was pretty quick. They had two ladies taking orders outside to give that good quality servers that always available inside the restaurant. Also, you must try they're fresh made desserts. We got a few biscuits and we had several problems like this order came with one biscuit with a piece of tomato that should have been cut and thrown away but decided to cut the center out of it and another biscuit had a few hairs. I called the store in Thomasville on Randolph Street and I mean on top of that everything was cold and dry. I tried to talk to the manager but I keep getting told their to busy to talk to me. I mean I paid over 20 almost 25.00 for our biscuit my gravy biscuit was cold and gross. They never talked to me or anything about it. I don't know if I'll ever eat there again. They also were extremely rude like they didn't have no time for me. I even asked for their name and they wouldn't give it to me. And since they acted that way I was so scared to eat the food afterwards because I thought they could have poisoned it or drugged it or something nasty and so we threw everything away. I got a couple of pictures but I'm going to only post this one cause the other one was of the hair but my camera on my phone couldn't pick up the hairs. read more

Always crowded in the morning and the eggs smell and taste really bad the only redeeming menu item here is their muffins but I would not go out of my way to get it. I've found on too many occasions egg shells and hair in my biscuits and not willing to go back for more. read more

i want to give a huge shoutout to Charles, store manager at Biscuitville in Thomasville. He was soo helpful, courteous, and friendly. I was traveling thru the area from out of town and got hungry so i decided to stop here. i don't like drive thru only when i visit new eateries but he made an exception just for me and let me in. Since this was my first visit, i needed suggestions. Charles suggested his personal favorite and i went with the choice of Fried porkchop biscuit with fries and hot sauce on the sandwich. AND EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO GOOD!! The workers that made food to go did not put hot sauce in the bag BUT Charles personally came out to my vehicle to give me hot sauce!!!! Not bad for a fast breakfast option. Drive thru moves pretty quick even on busy weekends. Full breakfast options, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, grits, and of course BISCUITS. Absolutely fabulous, both the food and the employees! They were friendly, fast and efficient. We wanted something quick but not as fast food as McDs. Went through the drive thru and not familiar with the items, the employee was helpful and patient. After asking a few quick questions, we decided and ordered. We were not disappointed with any of the items we ordered. After getting back on the road and tasting the items, we wished we had ordered more for snack and to take back home. Items were tasty and not greasy, and full of flavor. They serve way more than Biscuits too. I believe their hours were 6am until 2pm, great for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or even snacks. I walked inside at about 1:45 or 1:50 pm, and I felt bad b/c I knew they were trying to get closed up to go be with their families. Instead of a sullen, ticked-off attitude, the two counter employees were super nice. They got my order ready, along with a 3rd employee, and everything was on point and fresh.
