I'm giving a 4 based on freshness of the food and the smothered fries only. If it was everything else it would be a range from 2-3.5. We drove out of the way to use a discount from the app that when we arrived didn't work. So $20 for a breakfast that included a dry biscuit, sweet tea that wasn't sweet and employees that seemed almost bothered. The toppings on the biscuit were fresh. The smothered fries were the best part. Definitely won't be returning in a hurry. The place seemed pretty clean and also very confined, right on top of each other in the dining room. read more

The only thing I would come back for are the biscuits, which are handmade. They make them right in front of you. Otherwise, this is just a fast food place and it's not that great. However, at least one could say that they have some grilled chicken option which was healthier than maybe the rest of the menu. read more

I have been here several times and their food is always fresh and delicious. Biscuits are made fresh on site in view of patrons. Staff are always friendly and they are starting to recognize Me now as well (it helps that My son works there LOL). They are also quick getting orders out. read more

Purdy darn GOOD! Never heard of this chain before and glad we ran across it. Even better than Hardee's which has always been my favorite for breakfast sandwiches. I went through the drive thru expecting respectful service ! But the woman on the speaker at the drive thru gave me SO MUCH. ATTITUDE. i was honestly shocked at first and I was very respectful and nice to her and she was still extremely rude ! WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN ! High quality fast food with southern charm! Tbh a great place for breakfast - quick, cheap, and filling. Biscuits are made fresh and honestly tasted great. Fried chicken wasn't "gourmet" or perfect..but hey it's fast food and cheap. Much better fast food alternative to McDonald's. If you've never heard of Biscuitville, I don't blame you because I hadn't either until stumbling upon them in North Carolina last year. It is a simple, no-frills breakfast spot for -- you guessed it -- BISCUITS. My go-to is the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash brown and dark roast coffee. His is the ultimate country ham with hash brown and orange juice. Yummy, hot and fresh every time. There are locations in NC and VA that I have been to and the food has been consistent. Definitely a better option than Bojangles, in my opinion. read more

We stopped here for a late breakfast/lunch and the staff here was amazing! We had someone in our party with an egg allergy, and the staff instantly changed their gloves and prepared the food separate, which we thought was above and beyond. This is a go-to for breakfast in our family for several good reasons! The atmosphere for this location is unbeatable, the dining room and restrooms are always clean and inviting, and even when it's busy you feel comfortable enjoying your meal here. The staff is also above average for this area and truly helpful, any time I've had a problem with my food here they make sure to fix it immediately. The food is consistent with the other locations I've eaten at, and it may not always look great but taste is usually spot on. We prefer this Biscuitville to other fast-food breakfast options in the area because they have a menu with something for everyone; classic plates and biscuits, muffins and pastries, oatmeal and healthy options, and a great coffee (they even make specialty cafe drinks that are decent). My one complaint would be that every once in a while they're bad to mess up orders in the drive-thru, and the parking lot can get a bit messy but other than that it's usually a great experience. read more

Don't bother with the nutty reviews! These are the best biscuits ever! Made fresh every 15 minutes -- you can watch in the biscuit window if you don't believe it. Food is fine for quick inexpensive breakfast. However, a few of the employees are loud, most care little for the customer other than getting your order to the counter quickly. The new manager is the least friendliest of the bunch. In short the employees do not make the place a customer friendly place. We won't go back! read more

And to top it off, she wanted to charge me for extra ingredients that weren't even available, until another employee corrected her large mistake. I couldn't be happier with this Mount Airy location I go through the drive thru about every Sunday morning. It can be lined up and I'll be 10 cars back. Many times 5-7 minutes I'm leaving with my food. Great customer service all the way around. And since it's my review and opinion I think it's the best gravy around. Always consistent. read more

I left a three star review because the food is good, but the service isnt great. I go to Biscuitville all the time, but I always end up cleaning tables, and reminding them of my food order. I've personally never had a problem with the food until today, but it's to the point I can't eat inside anymore because of the nasty tables. I would suggest a to-go order. read more

Bacon egg platter is fair. Eggs tend to be dry, and are precooked. Bacon, 2-strips, is good. Side is either grits, gravy, or hashbrown. All are good. Plus a biscuit with melted margarine. WAIT! Biscuit is their namesake, and now it's flavored with fake butter. How awful. read more

We always order biscuits for our staff meetings from this place. We only have 5 people, so I don't see why we always have to wait 5-7 mins for biscuits. Every time I come through the drive thru and order chicken biscuits, whether it be 2 or 5, I'm always left waiting on chicken to be cooked! During breakfast hours, why do they not keep chicken biscuits? Also, the staff isn't very friendly. They seem to get "aggravated" when I order that many and they have to take the time to actually put the order together. The food is ok but if it wasn't for my boss liking this place for some reason, I wouldn't choose it! read more
