We were staying overnight at the local Best Western. Next door was a Cracker Barrel, but with recent developments we refused to go to Cracker Barrel. We found a local place called Breakfastime. Really cute place that is family friendly and seems to be very popular. Full menu and servings are large. My son got pancakes, my wife got a two egg breakfast and I got blueberry French toast. The staff is extremely friendly. The lady we had went way above the call of duty in service and was so friendly with southern charm. Give this place a try, if there is a line don't worry it is worth the wait. read more

Great breakfast a few days ago on our way down south to the beach. I admit, I was a little wary of what I thought might be some kind of chain. Fear not! This place is fab - with the folksy southern charm to boot. We were promptly seated and a server came right away with a most-appreciated offer of coffee. It was not a good. Hurrah. I ordered a BLT w/ avocado, sub Turkey bacon. The crunchy wheat toast and flavorful bacon - all oozing with my over-easy egg - YUM! My husband really loved his banana's foster French toast. I had a taste and - though it's too sweet for me - the caramelly-goodness with the bananas was close to a fave we have in NOLA. All-in-all - a great start to our day. read more

We generally choose to sit at the counter to avoid waiting. I almost always order the California omelette and did so again today. It's always great. Service is excellent and the ambiance pleasant. Our first choice breakfast spot was closed, and we were reminded of this place. They were busy, but doing the best they could to serve everyone and get tables turned over. We had French toast, country fried chicken, eggs with country ham and toast, and a sausage and egg biscuit. For simple eggs and country ham, it was just right. My big kid ate every bit of the French Toast. Husband said the chicken was much better than expected, and was happy about it. My little kid is tube fed, but sometimes eats by mouth. He took bites of the sausage and egg biscuit, gave it a thumbs up, rubbed his tummy and said Yum! Service was good, she stayed busy, but checked on us. He got two eggs, two pieces of bacon and half a waffle. everything was hot and fresh and tasted very good. The coffee was excellent, but what stood out to me was the milk. I got a glass of milk and it was a huge glass and it was so cold and fresh, I reveled in it. I am a milk drinker, but my husband is not but he had to help me finish it and even he said it was good. Plenty of other businesses close. Decor/Ambiance - 4 pretty standard at most breakfasts time restaurants. Customer Service - 4 good attention to make sure you get what you need quickly. Food arrives fast. Pricing - 4 competitive. This is my go to spot for breakfast and lunch in Jonesville. Very popular spot for the locals, truckers, and interstate traffic. I particularly like the western omelette. Very appetizing breakfast. And their cheese burgers with fries just make lunch a filling and hardy meal. I realize there are other breakfast time restaurants and i have run into some locations which i have not liked as much. But Jonesville location is very good. Stop by and try it out. read more

While traveling past North Carolina on 77, we found it after getting gas. We originally saw Cracker Barrel but decided to support the local establishment. Menu has extensive choices for breakfast and the prices are affordable. We both had the basic egg breakfast and coffee. It was as expected and satisfying. Friendly and quick service too. With a national chain right down the road, this place shines above it! We were first completely thrilled with the prices. TL;DR: Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Unable to handle normal Sunday Lunch rush. Staff don't communicate with each other. Small portions for overpriced and overcooked food. Poor management. Avoid at all costs. I've been a regular at this restaurant for years but never again after this last Sunday. I went with my two small children for some breakfast. It was packed but it didn't take too long to get seated. It's very popular in my town. After we were sat it took 30 minutes to get two pancakes and an omelet. I got hasbrowns as my side for the omelet and received 1/3 a normal portions. I wasn't going to say anything because it was my favorite breakfast spot and they were very busy. Where it went completely sideways was when my daughter needed to use the bathroom. She's old enough to go by herself but like I said it was busy and the bathroom was on the opposite side of the restaurant. So as a family we all got up to go to the bathroom together. All I all I was away from my table for maybe five minutes before we left the bathroom and the hostess told me as I was heading back that they cleared my table. I hadn't even gotten half way thru the meal nor had I received my ticket. They offered to pull my plates from the dishwasher and scavenge what ever food hadn't been thrown away yet but that sounded very unsanitary and disgusting. What's worse is the manager wouldn't talk to me or even offer me a discount for throwing my food away before I was done and giving my table to another customer. I ended paying the ticket because they would have just made my server pay for my bill if I walked out and it wasn't her fault. The manager and the hostess are completely at fault. They shouldn't be clearing tables until the server says they at least gave me a ticket. Overall I will never go back and will actively tell everyone I know to not go. It's gone down hill lately. Maybe if the get new managers and hostesses that are calm and levelheaded and care about their regulars it will get better. Awful awful awful never go here again!! read more

They have eggs Benedict, which is always a happy surprise at any breakfast place, as it's my very favorite! I ordered it with the smoked ham and it was very tasty. My husband ordered some ridiculous sized breakfast that was loaded with food! He couldn't finish it. The coffee was passable. The service was fine. My wife and I stumbled on this place in May 2023. We were traveling north from Florida to Pennsylvania, and we had, had one too many Free Motel Breakfasts. About 30 miles up the road from the motel, I saw one of those green road signs announcing what food was available at the exit. One of those was "Breakfast Time". I'm a firm believer that if a Restaurant's name announces what they are good at, they better be. We took the exit. It's about a Mile off I77 and one has to pass a couple trusted chain restaurants. Undaunted we continued. It sat off to the left and had a decent sized parking lot that was almost full. We went in and were promptly seated. Coffee ordered (delicious) and menu's perused. The large Breakfast/lunch menu was full of wonderfull things to try. Good southern cooking and reasonable prices. The property is clean and the service is very good. It's not fancy, but seats quite a few people. Our order came in less than 10 minutes, they were busy, but that didn't mean they were slow. Coffee refills offered about every 10 minutes, and it never got cold. Needless to say we were delighted. We stopped again on our way back down to Florida this October, Driving a couple hours from the Motel, passinq up another free breakfast. I believe this is the best breakfast restaurant I have been to in a very long time. Both visits were consistent. This is a good solid restaurant. There are 5 other Breakfast times in the Winston-Salem area. I have no experience with them, but this is well worth the stop. read more

We came all the way from Las Vegas to have the best breakfast ever. Big Stephanie at Breakfast Time in Jonesville, NC, gave us exceptional service. I had the Andrea's Sampler which came with scrambled eggs, a beautiful biscuit, ham, sausage, and a fried pork loin. I chose the home fries which were cooked soft and tasty. My wife had the Turkey Platter. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, fluffy, and not the least bit burned. We enjoyed fast and exceptional service. I wish they had these in vegas. The music was pleasant 60's and 70's music but was at a low enough volume that we could still hear ourselves converse. I was in this small town for a wedding and I chose this place to have brunch. There was honestly not many options to go and eat and after scanning through reviews we chose this spot. The food was good. It had that homey taste and it was filling, portions were generous and the food came at a timely manner. I had a croissant sandwich with a side of fresh fruit and coffee. The coffee was honestly mediocre, it had a great aroma but not very tasteful. The atmosphere lacked something everyone had a blank face.
