NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!!! Horrible experience this morning. We were told a 60 minute wait for 2 people. We were fine with this on a Sunday morning at 10:45am. It wasn't until we had been waiting for over an hour that we went inside to ask how much longer... we were then told that the manager had told them to stop seating people because their kitchen was backed up with Door Dash orders. Wouldn't it have been good customer service to then tell patrons that had been waiting outside in the wind for over an hour that they put a stop to seating people!? Or maybe put a hold on Door Dash orders in order to serve people who had driven to their location and spent their time waiting to be seated?? We will never return to this location and has such a bad taste in our mouths that it will probably be a long time before we visit any Biscuits location again. read more

This place was trash and overpriced for the service and food I received. It was filthy from the moment I sat down. Fly's on the window sill. table was sticky and not cleaned well. There was little packets of creamers opened and left on our "clean table". Waitress didn't seem interested in giving good service. Cups and silver ware were dirty. This place has really gone down hill. On our last visit, our food was undercooked and bland. The service was just as bad, we waited 40 minutes for our food with a restaurant that was half full. They had some bug/rodent traps and they were so full and you could see a tail coming out. I can't believe they haven't been inspected. read more

Ordered eggs Benedict.... Eggs were cold and almost hard boiled. Gross sauce, and not appealing. Took a few bites, called waiter over, he just stared at me, said" we will give you the coke at no cost", I said, no, just take it away. UPDATED BELOW: My wife, sister in law and I ate here Sunday april 16, 2017 @11:30am. Pros - Nicely decorated. Food was OK, not great but not terrible tasting. Cons - 1) expensive for what you get, $55 for 3 breakfasts, none were steaks. 2) Had the wrong cheese on sister's scrambled eggs, took forever to get it corrected, almost as we were leaving did they finally show up. 3) after we left, my wife and I both immediately had diarrhea for 2 straight days 4) restaurant had problems with their checkout terminal, they ended up charging me 3 times for the meal. 5) put the meal on my credit card, so with the overcharges, I have over $110 of credit limit tied up for several days until this finally works itself out. 6) went back to the restaurant monday april 17,2017 to try and get it resolved, told it would take an additional 3 days for the credit to appear by a manager who never offered his name or an apology for the inconvenience. Always looking for a new breakfast joint! Breakfast is my favorite meal. We only had 3 in our party, the wait was less than 15 minutes. The owner or whomever was making the waitlist was super friendly. Our server was very attentive! And the food was pretty great! Pancakes were on point! My son said the waffles were very light. Every agreed that the bacon was amazing. Not my favorite? The Country Omelette! It wasn't bad by any means...but I tried something new and even though it was very tasty...it wasn't my favorite item. Would do 0 stars if I could. It says online when you order AND in the confirmation email that curbside is an option and to call(literally said this at the top of my email next to the "curbside number") when you get there. I called, the hostess was cold, told me they don't do curbside and then hung up. My kids have been sick and all I wanted was to make them smile with some pancakes. I did not want to bring them in. I only chose this restaurant BECAUSE it showed as CURBSIDE. so I walk in, hostess doesn't greet me, or anyone else after me. I wait in line, she isn't smiling at anyone. Calls me up and I say my order number. I am getting over having lost my voice so I wore a mask and tried to speak quick and clear as possible. She asked my name after I told her the order number. I told her, she says what? I tell her a second time. "What is it?" For the THIRD time and I tried to speak up as clearly and loud as I could, because like I said I am getting over a lost voice. She then gives me a dirty look. Hands me my food and says "have a good day." To which I nodded, didn't speak because she literally wouldn't be able to hear me anyways, I turn to walk away and in a loud voice she says as soon as I turn away from her "Rude!". Excuse me? Absolutely inappropriate behavior. I continued to walk out because like I said I only chose this place because it was SUPPOSED to be curbside and my sick kids needed me. Yes, it was a bit after 2 pm when we arrived, perhaps I should have listened to the wife. " The place closes at 230 PM and the food may not be fresh". The burgers arrived but were way overcooked, ---passed Well Done. --Tasteless, like leather, how can a chef mess up a burger? Hint Chef: medium comes a bit pink with juices. I had their BBQ pulled pork today catered in for a lunch. The sandwich (mainly the meat) looked pathetic and the fries were soggy and gross. I ate about half of it and went about my day. Then around 10:00pm, I started feeling sick.. like I wanted to vomit and I thought to myself "must be what I ate for dinner.." but NO! Long and behold, a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The last time I got this violently ill, I was pregnant so I had an excuse. Safe to say I won't be eating here again. The overall environment of the place is great. Nicely decorated. The food was less than average. Skip the pancakes. They were inedible for me. They felt like cardboard and were very porous. The syrup just sunk in right through and didn't spread out on the pancake. Not appetizing-looking. My omelet (fresh Greek omelet) sounded delicious on the menu. Couldn't eat it though.... as there was a huge chunk of a plastic piece burned onto and mixed into my omelet. Didn't see THAT on the ingredients list! It was apparently the cook's spatula!!!! Great! Ive passed by this busy restaurant countless times without a thought about trying it. Based on YELP reviews we went for Sunday morning breakfast today and were very pleased! It was quite busy and we were put on a waiting list and told it would be 30 minutes or so. My first reaction was to leave but gave them a cell number. Only 15 minutes passed before we were paged. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and our server who brought us water and huge cups of fresh coffee. Our orders came out very quickly, huge portions, nicely plated and hot. We were both very pleased with the service and the food and will definitely become regulars. read more

Oh my goodness!!! This was such a delicious place for Breakfast! FOOD: was amazing, every dish we had in our group of 5 was delicious; the Eggs Benedict and the Cinnamon French Toast were my favorite! Chaz was a fantastic server! He was incredibly helpful and friendly with my family of 4 (with two crazy kids). He assisted me in getting the biscuit burger. This thing was huge and delicious. When we left, the lady who helped us pay and later was very friendly as well. The kids mac & cheese was the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had at a restaurant. The garlic bread that came with it was also some of the best. My wife's fiesta salad was fresh and delicious as well. A true five-star place for breakfast or lunch. read more

There was a TON of meat in it, about a tablespoon of cheese, and a slice of processed cheese on top. Processed cheese! The omelet kept falling apart because it appeared they had cooked the egg as a tortilla and then filled it with ingredients; nothing would stay in.
