I ordered here on Yelp and grub hub took the order and didn't send it over to the location until 30 minutes or more after I had ordered. So when I arrived they hadn't received my order. Thankfully the staff there is so amazing they look over my order on my phone and helped me get the order I placed for four adults right away which was incredible. Biscuits Cafe I would happily go back again but ordering through Yelp or grub hub never again! I'll just contact them directly since Yelp and Grub Hub don't have their stuff together! read more

This was a last minute decision by me and my wife, however I think we found our new obsession. We came to this location with fairly average expectations and we were so wrong. I ordered the meat lovers omelette thinking I would get the standard omelette like from every other breakfast spot. Mostly egg not very many toppings but this thing was mostly toppings. The biscuits are the best I've had since I left the east coast. If there was any advice I could offer, the gravy season your gravy guys don't be scared it's not the worst I've had but it could be amazing. Two very satisfied customers nevertheless and we will definitely be back read more

Went to Biscuits a few years back when they first opened and was dissatisfied with everything. Saw the "under new management sign" and decided to give it another try. I am happy to report that the food was excellent, as was the service. I will go there again. I was even able to be served by my favorite server from the Village Inn, the predecessor restaurant. read more

Ambiance is pretty, clean, good music. Good service. That said, a little pricey. $15/plate for breakfast. Mimosa flight is lovely. Amazing fries (no brown gravy tho). Eggs were ok. Chicken fried steak was ok. I mean pretty average but the prices were a bit much. Was still a lovely brunch. read more

Great food and excellent service. My daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch and we were not disappointed. The staff were amazing friendly and our server Darcy was great. She made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!! read more

No need to waste time or more importantly money here. If you want an average breakfast, by all means this place will get the job done. If you want something delicious and unique, find somewhere else. The eggs for my scrambled had a noticeably different texture than any egg I've ever eaten. So much that I noticed. It was dense and chewy. The brick that was my hash browns was just eh. The presentation of a brick of hashbrowns is weird. I can't describe how they tasted or the texture very well but all I can say was it wasn't good and wouldn't recommend it. read more

Went to the one on 3rd street and bell. Service was awful. Jose A never came back to check on us or offer more coffee. Dirty tables all around. Paancake was tuff. Had to wait up front for omeone to come so we couldpy our bill. Was such a disappointment read more

Jose was wonderful and even talked sports with us. We highly suggest the chocolate pancake for your child and we love the almond French toast. We highly recommend! read more

Always a great place to grab breakfast. I always get the B.Y.O.B breakfast where I get to choose from a ton of stuff. Each visit is different. If you like jam, you'll want to grab a container to take home with you. #DukeOfEats read more

The customer service was a 10 out of 10. The food has never disappointed me. The quality of the food, the taste, the portions are amazing! Food was hot and coffee was great. Niki had a great smile and took care of us very well.

Today 12 of us were working a detail in north Phoenix. When we finally got a break, someone suggested this restaurant for lunch. We walked in and the staff greeted us immediately, pulled several tables together and got us all seated. They took our drink orders right away (it was super hot and muggy out today) and the manager brought out these HUGE cinnamon buns for us to munch on as we decided on our orders. The menu is BIG and it goes right along with the food....BIG. It was a ton of food!!! From the burgers to the salads to the omelet and pancakes I had. Everything came out fast, hot and delicious. No one complained about anything and we were all stuffed when we left. We were checked on frequently and the staff didn't even complain when we did the biggest pain in the world to a server and asked her to split all the checks. She just said, NO Problem and worked her way down the table splitting checks. Great food !! Great customer service!! Great experience!!! Thank you!! read more

I'm so disappointed. I usually get food delivery from this biscuits cafe all the time because the food is so good but I don't know what happened today. Whoever is working today (Sunday Feb 19th) forgot the jam and syrup for my meals and did not put foil in the go boxes. The biscuits tasted old and dense and were cold. All the food was cold and my hash browns tasted like styrofoam cause they were placed directly on the styrofoam plate and burned through it. Also the portions were smaller today than usual. I spent an extra 10 minutes searching through my kitchen for jam and syrup for my biscuits and French toast which was even more irritating. I didn't find any so I had to eat my French toast cold AND dry and I couldn't even eat the biscuits. I'm pregnant and super sad cause I was looking forward to eating biscuits cafe. All the food was $60 and I don't feel it was worth it all. Maybe if I was at the restaurant it would've been better.. but to-go food today was not handled with care at all and considering what the price is I don't think I will be ordering from here again. read more

My daughter and I have a long-time Black Friday shopping tradition. We say we are going shopping, leave the guys at home to clean up any leftover Thanksgiving mess and we sneak out to breakfast. (No one ever asks if we bought anything!) Today we landed at Biscuits Cafe. It was after 10, so a little crowded but we were immediately seated and our waitress brought menus and water. I know it's weird, but as a first-timer in any restaurant I usually check out the restroom before ordering anything. It was immaculate. I ended up getting this monster plate called the Beast Benedict (Bacon, poached eggs, avocado, spinach, and tomato on what appeared to be an English muffin with a nice amount of Hollandaise on top. It came with a side of hash browns--perfectly cooked and crispy. It was soooo very good and I really wanted to finish it but it was just too much food. Service was great--quick and attentive. The place had a cheerful vibe and we all left there very satisfied. I will certainly be back. read more

The food is fine, for in restaurant dining. Typical breakfast fare. But I don't recommend ordering takeout or Door Dash. We tried this once, and it took two hours to get our food. When I called, I was told they were backed up. I would have cancelled, but I didn't want to fight for a credit card refund. Then, when the food arrived, it was cold and one order was missing half the items. If I ever go again, I will eat in. read more

This place is awesome. Stephanie was awsome. Food came out in less than 5 minutes. Love this place.

First and last time at Biscuits Cafe. Arrived at 10:20. It was almost 11 before our drink order was taken. Another 20 minutes to get our drinks and our food order taken. Another hour to get our food. 1 order (BEAST eggs Benedict ) was so undercooked that the egg whites were still clear and gelatinous. Took 15 minutes to get the attention of the waitress. She was kind enough to have it remade and boxed up. She asked me to make sure I wanted the yokes runny (yes). Got the order home and opened it up. She gave me the Florentine Eggs Benedict with hard cooked eggs. 3 adults and a toddler total was like $61+tip. Totally not worth the hassle and stress. This place is seriously under staffed. Restroom was filthy too. read more

I love this place I eat here probably at least once a month. Always get a coffee and their chicken fajita omlette, choose the biscuits and the hashbrowns. My mom always gets the cinnamon roll French toast and a coffee. Theu have flavored creamer French Vanilla or hazelnut also carry the same 2 flavors in non dairy creamer if you need that. The strawberry preserves are absolutely delicious, you can even buy a tub of the preserves to bring home. read more

Ok, so we decided to try Biscuits again. I have to say, they have worked hard at customer service the last 8 months. I believe they do take reviews seriously and I'm pleased to see they are doing a great job at this location. The staff was friendly and the food was awesome. We tried on two different occasions and both times the service was the same. Very good!!!! Thanks for stepping it up because we do like Biscuits, it was a drag driving all the way to Surprise to enjoy Biscuits. We will make this location our home from now on. read more

This place is a solid breakfast place. They seem to be pretty understafffed, but everybody was really pleasant. The cinnamon roll was massive but really good. Overall the breakfast was a standard hearty breakfast. I will say, I'd recommend the regular hash browns over the loaded hash browns. read more

My mom and I were looking for somewhere to have breakfast during a girls trip and came across Biscuits Cafe. Both the food and service was amazing! We were told there was a 30 minute wait but it turned out to be an hour wait then another 50 minutes to get food. The food was not worth the wait. Basic breakfast food. The coffee flight was very watered down and aside from the whipped cream didn't have a lot of flavor. I will never live this choice down with my family. Very sad because we had high hopes. read more

I was excited to try this place after hearing a family member worked at the one in Peoria and they gave good reviews. Upon arrival we were seated promptly. We sat there for 15 minutes before a waitress acknowledged me looking around the place like a lost puppy. She then approached the table and said, "sorry I forgot about you guys". I was irritated at that comment but preceded to order anyway. We ordered a cinnamon roll appetizer which came out quickly. The cinnamon roll was soggy but had a good taste. I also ordered the steak and egg breakfast dish. I asked for rare cause I was skeptical this place could pull off a medium rare. So by ordering rare I actually got medium rare. I'm glad my instincts were on point. The food was average. The service was bad. We went for breakfast and left an hour and 15 minutes later for the food you see in the pics. I probably won't be back at least to this location. read more

Decent food, large portions, friendly atmosphere. I felt that the staff was overall a lot more warm and inviting compared to other experiences I've had at other breakfast establishments lately. Being from Oregon I was excited to see a Biscuit Cafe here in AZ. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. A employee by the name of Amber who stated she "wasn't on the clock" chose to be rude & tried to deny me an item they forgot to put in my order. Being an amputee I was wearing shorts, I guess picking up on my Irritation Amber continuously stared at my prosthetic leg. When asked about my item she maintained a level of disrespect & then tried to deny me something I paid for. Amber then stated something about me "Standing on Principle" while Blatantly Staring down at my lower body all while smirking. Just a clear sign of total disrespect to someone with a Handicap. Remind you she stated she wasn't even on the clock. I'll never return there because of Amber which sucks because Biscuit Cafe reminds me of home. read more

Really wonderful! Had a beautiful breakfast this morning. Packed very nicely. It took a ride but arrived warm. The Biscuits and gravy were great. The eggs were soft scrambled and fluffy. Let me just say the water and strawberry jam was the only good thing about this place. $75 for burnt crispy banana pancakes, hash browns cooked in old grease (weird after taste), meat in our omelet fatty, and coffee old and way too strong . We waited 30 min to get seated and another 30 min for our meal. Our waitress was sweet but only checked in once and never asked why we had so much food leftover or not wanting to take any to-go. If she was attentive she wouldn't have served us burnt pancakes. Don't recommend, save your money & time. Hen house, egg n joes and broken yolk is a way better option imo. read more

Delicious food and love that they have vegan options. I recommend the huevos rancheros! Their cinnamon roll is also delicious (and huge!!!). On memorial day they sat our group of 5 in the estimated time of 15-20 min. They gave us a table that would be accessible for my grandma in her wheelchair. Our server ( Jennifer? I can't recall) was so sweet and cheerful. The wait for food can get a little long but so worth it. read more

Don't bother. They don't care about the customers in their restaurant. When we arrived, we were told it was a 20-30 minute wait, with 2 parties already waiting ahead of us. After waiting 40 minutes without any parties being seated (and 6 parties leaving), a man from another waiting party asked about the wait. He was told that the kitchen was backed up because of Door Dash orders, so they were unable to make food for customers in the restaurant for at least another 45 minutes. With no hope of food in sight, we gave up and left after wasting 45 minutes here. read more
