I was in Europe. This adorable Bosnian cafe served the dark coffee of Eastern Europe in fine demitasse cups. The pastry was delicate but filling. Tables were occupied by people speaking language beautifully unfamiliar. We will return

Beef sausage, pita, and Turkish coffee

I've never had Bosnian food before but I'm very glad I stopped in. It was a simple but delicious homemade breakfast with a great cup of Turkish coffee. You've never had a pita like this before!

The egg they gave me for my birthday! Thank you!

Of all the places my coworkers could of taken me to for my birthday lunch, they took me here. Nicholas my subordinate had decided that this was a great place. My supervisor was not very sure herself. The place looked very dated and not very cafe like. It looked very shady.... but all went well. The service was very good, the staff was super friendly and did everything to please us. They even gave me a chocolate egg with treasure inside for my birthday. And they gave everyone else a banana chocolate treat. At the time there were only two items available for order. Everyone ordered this beef sausage pita thing and it came with a tasty red sauce. And my supervisor ordered some stew that came with bread. And Nicholas got us all the Coke in the glass bottles. The food was not bad at all, very tasty and different indeed. Overall a great experience....a little scary but a good place.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was very friendly, I asked a few questions on what ingredients they put in their drinks and she happily explained them. After she made my drink, she said if I didn't like it, she can make me a different which I appreciate. I got the pistachio matcha. It is not on the menu. They just show Matcha. So I asked what flavor they offer. Then I asked about the latte and on the menu there is a pistachio coffee latte. I was debating between a strawberry matcha and pistachio coffee latte. The staff said she can do a matcha with pistachio, which was perfect! The matcha is strong, which I like places that you can actually taste the matcha. The pistachio is a paste made with real pistachio. There is pistachio pieces at the bottom which was delicious!

I had a watermelon lemon breeze. It was a watermelon lemonade. It was a little sweet for my taste. You can also get it as a sparking water or with Red Bull, which they said would cost extra. My mini loved it, so it might be better for kids but it wasn't bad tasting at all. Very refreshing for a hot day. Friendly service, next time I'm over here I'd probably stop by for another beverage, as they have a lot of options.

We ordered the spicy crispy chicken and the spaniard omelette. The omelette was solid, but the chicken sandwich just fell flat. It seemed as if the chicken had been frozen beforehand? While the experience was better to our prior meeting, it still does not live up to a five-star.

Said he has been coming here for nearly 20 years. Right away we could understand why he loves it at Luci's. The place was pretty packed, so we wandered through their store area - lots of fun items. Novelty toys and books, festive decorations, a whole bunch of stuff I'd call "gifts for the person who has everything." We ordered a cup of joe and a lemonade and waited for our friend. Once he arrived, we ordered at the counter. Stephanie was great and welcomed us for stopping in as she said hello to our friend - who she recognized from his being a regular customer. I got the Green Chile Burger and fries, and my wife got one of their fabulous sounding salad bowls. Our friend got a Lox and Bagel. Our food came out fast and our server was friendly. Everything was amazing. So many flavors in my burger and the fries were perfectly seasoned. My wife loved her salad, and our friend devoured his bagel. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch stop at Luci's and have bookmarked it for future meetups with our friend and other friends going forward. Already looking forward to future visits to this local gem.
