FAJITA FREAK Made from scratch biscuit topped with sausage gravy, mixed grilled peppers, onions and carne asada, topped with chipotle sour cream over a bed of freaky potatoes. These girls have it going on. Southern cooking and ideas with a southwest flare. They are showing the southwest what they have been missing between a biscuit. Great portion for the price and flavors are spot on. I didn't think that biscuits and gravy could get any better. Great job @biscuitfreaksaz and keep up the great work. Green Chile served over a huge biscuit, hash browns underneath, topped w an egg & cheese. Bring your own fork!

Bring your own fork, plastic cutlery was struggling to hold a bite down. Wash it down with a vanilla cinnamon iced coffee! This day they were at Amadio Farm

Hot Freak with hash brown potatoe

Found this food truck at the Gilbert Farmers Market. I was craving for some filling comfort food! I got the Hot Freak, which had a hot link sausage and a bed of hash browns (a surprise for me). I like spicy food but I didn't really taste much spicy heat from the hatch chilies biscuit nor from the hot link. The hash browns was burnt/charred so the potatoe flavor (yum starches!) was a bit lost. The sausage gravy brought everything together - nice black pepper and sausage bits! Overall the food was satisfying and I would try the other menu items next time!

Our company hired this truck to cater an event. The food was absolutely disgusting. Please don't waste your money.

Gilbert Food Truck Food Court - And where were YOU on Friday Night??

Yeowch! At least I burned off my food while trying to balance? Anywho, this place is located right across from Barrio Queen. At 6PM in November, the Barrio Queen actually looks like true royalty with her bright neon sign lighting the way to hungry patrons looking for a bite to eat. There were 10+ trucks this particular Friday night, lots of people were in attendance to dine, and seating was a headache. We managed to snag a table right next to The Maine Lobster Lady's food truck at the last second. I wish I had known about this luck because I would have ordered the bisque! Oh well. Maybe next time. Anyways, Gilbert Food Truck Food Court has a rotating guests of food trucks weekly so make sure you check to see if your fave truck is in attendance on their respective social medias. As Chris said, why pay a cover fee for fancy food truck festivals when you can come here every Friday night? Live music and chocolate stout cotton candy from Sugar Hi awaits you!

While I was driving back to my hotel, I saw a sign that said San Antonio tire shop. I was like COOL! Then I saw the taco truck parked on the side.... I couldn't pass the place up. They advertise fresh homemade corn tortillas. Let's just say these are the best corn tortillas I have had. I will be picking up a pack to take back home!! So because I already had dinner, I ordered 1 asada taco, it was really good. I came back Saturday evening after we were done working for the day. I got 4 tacos, I wanted to have some extra for breakfast. I ordered 2 asada, 1 chicharon and 1 carnitas. I ate all four... they were all good! If you have never experienced a taco truck or just want some really good tacos, this is the place to go!

We arrived around 11:30 pm and it was cold outside. There were about three people working and the guy taking the orders was very friendly. We ordered a few tacos and a gordita. The tacos were of carnitas and the gordita was chicharrón. We also got two Mexican sodas. They also had a complimentary hot cinnamon drink that he kindly poured for us. Our food didn't take too long to be ready. The carnitas tacos were sooooo good. The meat was very flavorful. The salsas were also really good. The gordita we unfortunately didn't like as we did not like the chicharrón. It was just a weird texture and the flavor was a no. By no means is this place fancy but the tacos and the service was good. We paid about $22. I originally wanted chicken tacos but he said they were out of chicken. My friend wanted tripitas and they also didn't have any. Several items on the menu he said they didn't have available which was kinda annoying.. The take card and cash!

I almost went with the Classic, but saw someone with a BBQ Brisket potato and instantly changed my mind. When I took it back into the office and opened it up, at least 5 of my co workers came over to tell me how good it smelled. The brisket portion is generous and tender - and the cheese, sour cream, and green onions are the perfect classic compliment. It was swimming in melted butter, which might be a negative for some. But not for me! I was tempted to give 4 stars because a $10 potato is still pricey, no matter how delicious, but the girls on the truck were awesome and service was quick. I will definitely order again.

(Motivational pep talks obviously aren't my strong point). Literally, my dream come true on wheels. My friends and family joke that in my last life I lived through the potato famine which is why I'm so obsessed with this starch and I really can't argue with that. If you're a fan of the baked potatoes from Jason's Deli (shoutout to the Plain Jane) you'll love these. The potato itself is pretty hefty - it's not like the usual sizes you get as a side dish and the pictures on here make it look pretty tiny as well. In person, these taters mean business, especially with all the toppings they add to make it as tall as your face. This is definitely something you hold tenderly and safely with both hands according to OSHA standards. I got the Original combined with the Cheese and Broccoli because the broccoli totally offsets everything else calorie-wise. The potato isn't dry or hard, but soft like you're cutting into a fresh warm pancake with your fork. When you look down at your place, your tater is bathing in a warm bed of melted butter. It's so perfect, so beautiful ... GET IN MAH BELLY. If you're not a cheese wiz fan, I recommend you don't get anything that has the melted cheese - just ask for the shredded. I've been known to eat an ungodly amount of potatoes in one sitting but I hit a brick wall 3/4 into this with all the toppings on it. I highly recommend the Brisket baked potato if you like a spices (not spicy) in your food. Great price point, totally recommend if you ever see them!
