Good spot for South Indian food. We ordered goat curry with parotta, Gongura Goat biriyani and chikoo shake. Both of the goat dishes tasted delicious, but they were pretty spicy for medium spicy level (lowest level here). They definitely need to work on their service, and the restaurant cleanliness.

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. The cookie was incredibly well balanced -- floral, citrusy, and not overly sweet -- and easily one of the best cookies I've had in a while. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

They are thoughtful about using the best possible ingredients for their customers. Every fruit tea is made from real fruit and not powder and artificial flavors. Things are no where near the sweetness of other boba tea shops. They use ceremonial grade matcha and every piece of bread that we tried tasted not overly sweet and extremely fresh. They are truly the definition of mom and pop shop that cares about their customers.

But in the midst of getting lost, I found some really cool unique things inside of the building that this bakery is located in so it was a win overall. Anyway, I was really excited to try it and I looked it up before I came. I heard they had some very unique things and I was not surprised that unique was exactly what it was. They had so many different flavors of chips so many different sauces, homemade maple, pretty much anything you can think of that can be homemade in a flavor they had it and I loved it. I love how they had an area to sit down if you wanted to enjoy the bakery items or you could take them to go, which is what we opted for since we were having to get back on the road. Got some of the chips to try and they were not bad at all and grabbed some focaccia and a cinnamon roll and I must say everything was immaculate. It was so soft that bread and the cinnamon roll and I cannot wait to go back again. It was also very welcoming everyone was friendly and they moved very quickly in there.

As soon as I walked in, there was a one-man band playing guitar, freshly prepared food by the counter, and shelves filled with bakery items--it had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly. I decided to order some lumpia to go, and while they were preparing it, I took some time to browse the bakery and market section. I ended up grabbing several bag of chips and a slice of cake as well. The lumpia were perfectly crispy with great flavor, and the cake was incredibly moist. Next time I'm back in town, I definitely want to try the ube bread!

I know it's hard to compare restaurant food to home-cooked meals, and I wasn't expecting to be wowed. "Mid" would've been fine, but unfortunately, this fell below that for us. We ordered the menudo, chicken adobo, bangus, and lechon. Both the menudo and chicken adobo were noticeably sweet and not in a subtle way. The bangus only came as half with the combo (I'm not sure if that's standard), which was a bit disappointing since I'm used to getting a whole bangus. The lechon had a slightly off taste possibly from the oil used. I ended up cutting it up and putting it in the air fryer, which helped a bit, especially with Mang Tomas. My kids were excited for the ube bread, but there was barely any ube. Thankfully, I had ube jam at home to add more. That said, I'm still glad this restaurant is here representing the Filipino community. It's wonderful that they host gatherings and bring people together. I do think there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to showcasing Filipino food well for those who may be trying it for the first time.
