My friends and I ordered the potstickers, arancini, and elevated fries along with some drinks. The arancini are my absolute favorite and it's the perfect amount to share (or hoard!). The fries were good but a tad dry and should come with some of their delicious aioli on the side. Luckily our server was kind enough to bring us out some when we asked. The potstickers were solid and I really enjoyed both the Side Car & Espresso Martini and would order them again. My only complaint, and why I knocked a star, is that I was overcharged - and this is not the first time it's happened here. Handing you the machine with only your total displayed with the expectation of immediately tapping your card and tipping doesn't give you the opportunity to review your bill at all. I didnt bring the overcharge to my server's attention because she was busy and there were 5 of us checking out at once. Maybe I'm old school but would love to have a ticket to review my charges before swiping to pay.

Mind you, it's a Sunday at 5pm. Weird time to have a dance party but sure enough, it was there with a few people dancing in one corner of a vast room. Since it's open seating, I chose the farthest table away for the dancing and the view. The music was so loud, the vibe was kind of clubby, not my thing but had to eat before the concert. My sister-in-law and I ordered an aperol spritz. Kudos to the bartender as our spritz were delicious! We were somewhat screaming at each other trying to have a conversation. The whole thing felt quite awkward but we did enjoy people watching. I enjoy 360 downtown and was hoping for the same type of vibe but they're definitely not the same... at least not at this time of day. About the food: I ordered a flatbread topped with prosciutto, burrata, arugula, basil, and drizzled with balsamic reduction. My sister-in-law got the salmon with lentils. Her food looked really good. My flatbread toppings were an excellent flavor combination and filled me up without being too heavy. Also a perfect amount of drizzling on the balsamic reduction. Our waitress (Hailey) was wonderful. She checked on us every so often. We had one more round of spritz before we headed out. Aside from the loud music and the surprisingly outrageous cover charge to go up here and eat, I think the food and the service were actually up to par with my expectations. If we weren't under time constraints I would have passed that night but I'm glad we came and had good food.

We celebrated my friend's birthday here. Every crafted cocktail I've had here has been deliciously made by their friendly and conversational bartenders. As a past bartender, I'm impressed by how they work under pressure because Westport Social can get BUSY! The food sometimes takes a little longer but is worth the wait. Westport Social is what made my friend group realize we enjoy an interactive bar with games such as what Westport Social offers: foosball, darts, ping pong, indoor bocce, shuffleboard, and basketball hoops. We've yet to come for karaoke but there is a private room on the second floor specifically to host private parties and karaoke. They have huge tv screens to catch the game and there almost always is live music here which attracts an upbeat and lively crowd. You can't go wrong with Westport Social for meeting up with friends, grabbing some drinks before a concert or show, or for date night.

If breakfast didn't fill you up there were lunch entrées too. Chicken creamed spinach, Sunday roast, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, fresh corn cut off the cob and mashed potatoes. Finally assorted pastries and fresh fruit. Our waitress Lilly was outstanding and it was even her very first brunch service. So friendly and attentive which made our experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you Lilly! We had an early reservation which turned out to be good as by the time we were leaving the crowds showed up. Only thing, just before we left, live entertainment started which was a nice touch. Wish we could have listened longer but they had a 90 minute seating time which I guess was because it was Father's Day. Even though the restaurant is fairly new, it seemed they have their act together. We will be back again.

I'm not sure why there are so many reviews mentioning bland or flavorless food because that wasn't our experience. The complimentary bread was outstanding. I wasn't personally a fan of the orange marmalade served with it, but everyone else at our table really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the stuffed cremini mushrooms, jacket potatoes, and salmon bruschetta. Everyone who ordered a salad or the clam chowder soup was pleased with their food. For entrees, our group enjoyed the grilled pork chop, glazed pork ribs, salmon, fish and chips (definitely not bland), and the kids' chicken strips. The side dishes and drinks were also very good. The atmosphere was inviting, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Service: Our waitress was wonderful and worked very hard, but the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed. I honestly felt bad for her. You could tell some of the other customers were becoming frustrated with the wait times as well. Another issue was the lack of high chairs--we had to wait for another family to leave before one became available. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars if they had more staff on hand and a few extra high chairs available.
