Very disappointed. First of all the food sat there waiting 10 mins before they brought it to us. Ordered a #2 got a #1 and Sarah's the "manger" response was oh can pay for cheese and you can put it on yourself. While eating our food we didn't order we watched her and her team mess up on a lot of orders and fixing them, But told me to kick rocks. When confronted about it she said that it's her job to follow the rules, what rules? Give customers wrong orders. She stated this is her first job and she became a manager so she's doing something right haha. The food however lacked flavor (very bland), it's been a while since I came but I'm not sure if cooks or management has made a change. FIRST TIMERS The seating is super close and personal and dark. Also, the only seating that was in the shade the employees had their personal items. All customers were sitting in the sun. We are a family of 5 and we did not fit in the booths and unfortunately they did not have any extra chairs to at-least put at the end. Bathrooms are clean and even have a baby changing station! Such a plus! I noticed a quick change in the atmosphere when the owner showed up. The workers started to ask if we were ok since they noticed that we were waiting for quite awhile. Food came approx. 45min. after we put in the order. The tacos aren't not crunchy they were pretty soggy. The tacos are the size of a regular taco. We ordered: 5 quesadilla tacos, 8 regular tacos, 1 ramen, 2 consomés, 1 michelada, 2 large cokes All For $96. Food was ok. read more

The Customer service was unacceptable and extremely disgusting and the worst food service I've ever had. The drive thru cashier taking orders was so rude and did not want to be there or do her job and got irritable taking my order. It did not stop there. She literally handed me my birria with no bag just containers hot after just filling them up and when I asked for a bag she had a breakdown at the window. I literally ran inside and asked for a refund right away. The manager was kind and gave a refund and apologized. I looks like the cashier is still there by the recent comments.
