Pretty good burrito for $7. They cook it made to order just for you so it's completely customizable. It's in the Sol Plaza mall so it's pretty loud, this mall has a DJ. He plays good songs but it's not common for a mall to have a DJ so worth mentioning. Might only be a weekend thing though.

First time ordering g online from here and very disappointed. I ended up throwing the food away. First, the order was wrong. I ordered the enmoladas and received a plate with minced beef and soggy tortillas on the side. I don't eat red meat, that's why I ordered the enmoladas. The second plate was for my kid, hard tacos, they came burned with 3 chunks of chicken inside, no salsas or condiments. Burned tortillas. The red rice super dried. Definitely never ordering from here again. read more

Came for the "Caldo de Pollo" found out they have Caldo de Res, Menudo and Costillas. Coming back for their secret menu items. Bonus.... Popusa specials on Friday and Sunday. 1.25... can't beat that. read more

Please do yourself a favor and feast from this amazing gem of Lancaster... I have searched high and low for good Mexican food and couldn't find it anywhere until I saw a random recommendation for this place, a bit hesitant I went for it and I'm glad I did they are amazing!! The service is excellent the food doesn't make me feel gross afterwards like other spots and trucks around here. Thank you El Rincon for making the move to the icky valley worth it!!! read more

Just like the other reviews say... this place truly is a hidden gem in the AV! The menu caught my attention when I saw they had mulitas (it's been hard for me for find any in the AV). I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The pupusas are DELICIOUS, and so are all the other dishes I have tried!! Everything is made to order so it is very fresh. If you want to feel like you are eating a tasty home made Mexican meal, then this is the place for you. Give it a try!!! read more

I purchased take out last week for dinner. I had the Enmoladas platter, Esquite and Carne Asada Tacos for my dogs. This is a tough review to write as I really enjoyed the couple who own this place and hope they can step it up a little. The serving size for the enmoladas were generous but the cheese was tasteless and the mole sauce was overly sweet. The beans were completely bland and unremarkable and the rice although cooked correctly tasted bitter. The esquite was the best thing I had with the balance of mayonnaise, Tajin and lime good but the canned corn had a little to much water left in it. But it was a generous, warm and tasty portion, probably the best part of the meal. The dogs enjoyed their Carne Asada tacos. I tried them and found them a bit over cooked. Overall I won't be in a hurry to return but after a few months I will give them one more try as they seemed to care about their clients, their food quality and cleanliness. Plus their price/serving was quite generous. read more

Ok so I didn't expect them to be good (a lot of Mexican restaurants tend to not season their meat). I ordered door dash and they far exceeded my expectations!!!! Carne asada was well seasoned, salsa was amazing, and pupusas were fresh!! Will definitely be ordering again, also whoever I spoke to regarding a change in my order was super helpful and nice. read more

This place has the worst customer service. This place deserves no stars. Keep away. I got to the restaurant before 6:30pm and i was turned away by the hostes. She said she wouldnt help me with my order because they close at 7:00pm. With no apology what so ever or options on easy to prepare foods that she could of prepared quick.Why stay open till 7:00pm if you will not serve customers. Just close and leave not stay. Never will i come to this place again. I was recomended by family to this restaurant, and i told friends and rest of my family to stay away. They said will not step foot in this bussiness. El Sol Plasa should really consider who they let to do bussiness there. read more

This place was amazing! Pupusas were delicious and the workers were very friendly! It's inside the indoor swap meet all the way in the back to the right. They do have a section where you can sit and eat as well as a tv. The man who took our order was very helpful on letting us know their specials. You could also see the cooks in the back working hard. We also had some steak nachos that were soo good! You can also call ahead to place an order. read more

Place is located inside a little mall under construction, but don't let the little hole in the wall restaurant fool you. The food is real authentic flavor Mexican food. The staff is family owned it appears, and they are so courteous to their customers. I ordered the burrito mojado in salsa roja, and it was very tasty. My family enjoyed the food very much and liked the service provided. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in Palmdale or Lancaster area. The food is great and I definitely want to return to try more of their menu food items. read more

Amazing food! This place is super authentic and super tasty. It's a small place and of course it's not a restaurant but wow the food talks! This place is honestly one of the best Mexican places I have ever been to. I've never tasted food that is this good ever. And I mean it when I say it. If you're willing to brave the creepy shopping center it's in, this place has good food, and really good prices, and the family that runs it is super nice. It was very clean which was kinda surprising. The jamaica and horchata could've been a little stronger. We got the burrito pollo mojado, a torta asada, and a couple pupusas, since they are just $1 on Fridays. It was all tasty. The chicken in the burrito was chopped finely, and well seasoned, rather than shredded, and it was good. read more

I ordered a sopes plate with a taco de tripas. The sopes themselves were actually really good, but unfortunately my rice and beans were cold, so I didn't eat them. The tripas were overcooked. So crunchy they felt like eating popcorn, which was disappointing. My husband ordered a torta de carnitas and a taco al pastor. The al pastor marinade was pretty mediocre, nothing special, and the torta was just okay. We also ordered a burrito with asada and rice only and again, the rice came out cold while the meat was hot. They did bring us chips and salsa, and the red spicy salsa was actually good, probably the best part of the meal. Overall, this place is okay but very mediocre. With how expensive eating out is these days, I'm really picky about where I spend my money, and this didn't feel worth it. There are definitely better, Mexican spots in Lancaster that I'd rather go to. I probably won't be coming back.

Shrinkflation lives here for sure. The taco prices have increased while portions sizes have decreased. The ground beef tasted like it had spent time on the ground while the cheese and lettuce were not great. It is sad to see a place like this that used to be so good fall so quickly. Do yourself a favor and get your tacos from Jack in the Box. That way you can get bad tacos but be out $30.

Within the main building you will find many booths and table options, they have many interesting art pieces and decor. It's a classic diner atmosphere with friendly staff. The food options are many, from Mexican classics, Burgers, Sandwiches and many other options. The meals are all made to your liking without any pushback around extra costs. The food quality was very high, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, they were very authentic with a tomato sauce and sauteed onions and peppers, not spicy but I did ask for their home salsa and it brought up the spice level, the dish is served with homemade rice and beans, all well cooked. I also ordered a side of pancakes and bacon for my dad and they were perfectly cooked. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and worth the visit. I have shared my experience with my friends and family in Lancaster.

We started with a French baguette served with honey butter and olive oil for dipping. Both paired perfectly with the bread and were incredibly flavorful. For our entrées, we ordered the lamb shank with mashed potatoes and the herb honey-crusted chicken on a brioche bun. Both dishes were outstanding and full of flavor. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant, peaceful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be back!

I eat at this place at least three time a week. It is a family owned and run restaurant, and you can taste the love in every bite. The people working there are soooo friendly and accommodating, in addition to some of the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in the AV. While you are here try my favorite, the garlic shrimp, or the excellent fish tacos. I visited this restaurant today while shopping in The El Sol Shopping center and purchased two seafood tacos to go! While driving home, the aroma of the food was so prevalent that I reach over, opened the container and took a bite! The taco was soooo flavorable that I could barely contained myself to save the rest for when I got home! I had a smothered burrito and it was so good. I am a spice wimp, so I asked for it to be like super mild, they accommodated me completely. It was mild without sacrificing any flavor.
