Went to this location a couple times this past month. Extremely slow employees. Prepare to wait twenty minutes for food that should have taken five minutes to serve. Place is nice kind of dead. They do have a drive thru. If you don't know it is there you could go to Home Depot and never know it is in the same parking lot. Food tasted good, but gave me insane bubble guts. And food poisoning. I have been to this location a few times, and the food is delicious. The customer service was so disappointing today. A lady came to the counter to help us and spoke to us in Spanish. No problem at all since I understood. So we placed our order, and then she just walked away without saying anything. Another young lady came to help us, and I told her our order again, and she said they were out of menudo. I asked why didn't the lady who just helped us let us know that? She said she didn't know. So we ordered something else and I asked for one water. While waiting for our order, I looked at my receipt and saw we were billed for 2 pepsi's. I went back to the young lady to tell her that she had charged us for 2 when I had ordered a pepsi and a water. She said it's because they don't give cups away, so she charged me the $3.39. I told her she should let her customers know they are paying for water, and I asked for a refund. She gave me a refund but asked for the cup back. I brought the cup back, which was already filled with water. She told me to go ahead and keep it since it had water. I felt so insulted that I told her she could keep it since I received my refund. I've never had a restaurant be so petty and not have the courtesy to let the customers know there is a charge. Make sure to check your receipt. read more

Food was delicious!!! Birria was super flavorful. I ordered the Birria plate which was very well served. My husband got the Ramen and it was great as well. They give you plenty of salsas, limes, and tiny containers with onion and cilantro. Plus there is a little setup in the table with condiments as well. And something I loved plenty of napkins! First time going here .This past weekend I went through drive thru, and ordered 3 menudos I asked for one to have extra hominy and for them to please mark the one with it . They obviously charged me for the extra hominy but failed to add and to mark my container. The menudo is pricey for the amount they serve , There was more broth than menudo or hominy. They didn't give me the condiments in my bag and on top of that I ordered one tamal which is also way to expensive for the undercooked tamal I got. I ordered one large horchata and a regular size one that came with a combo I got for the quebirrias and the drinks were packed with ice . Like I literally payed $5 for a large cup of ice and 4 oz of horchata . I was so excited to eat when I got home with my family . And when I saw my menudo and realized all the ice and no condiments , under cooked tamal. I was so upset to even bother going back or calling to complain. I live close to here and was hoping this would be our next food joint but I was so disappointed that I took the time to come on yelp and give them a review. Moved out here a little over a year ago and we have struggled to find good places to eat. My daughters boyfriend found this spot on Facebook and had to give it a try. Tried their menudo and was very disappointed. The the flavoring was okay, the tripe was cut into kibble bite pieces. There was hardly any hominy or tripe in a huge bowl the bowl of menudo you get is mainly filled with liquid. Definitely over priced for what they serve you. Definitely seems cheap with their portions... My suggestion, try Sun Flower Cafe in Lancaster .They serve menudo on the weekends and you won't be disappointed.
