I knew the food was gonna be good when I could hear the music from the parking lot. The chilaquiles plate with red sauce was yummy and had a nice spicy kick to it. Maricela and the guys in the kitchen were very inviting, hospitable, and like my daughter said, "excellent customer service". We will be back :)

I found mold on my tortillas! So disgusted!

I found mold on my tortilla's, so disgusting. Never ordering here again. Who knows if the other food is even fresh now. So disgusting. I didn't even eat my food. I threw it out. I can't even get a refund through my food app.

Overfilled trash and understaffed, this restaurant is understaffed. Just know you'll end up disappointed because of how long you'll have to wait for your food ! Owner needs to hire more people. During my 50 minute wait I seen other costumers mad about how long it took to get their food.

I went through the drive through for my New Years Dinner and was helped out by Jose Campos. Jose was so kind and patient and extremely helpful with the menu. He let me know they had menudo for the new year as well which was a perfect add to my Families dinner. The food was really yummy and flavorful. A perfect way to start 2026. Thank you Jose for your Kindness and helpfulness and thank you Birria Superior for the delicious food

The customer service today really failed. I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The employees in the back and drive thru just stared at me without saying a single word. I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. I went back to try and order but there was no one to help me. I was the only one in the restaurant as well. I ended up leaving without any of their delicious food. The service today sucked but the food is good. read more

Ok so it's July 13th and baby was today's birria good as heck! They must've got a new cook! I had a quesadilla and it was amazing! Haven't had birria this good since I moved from LA! More like 3.5 stars. Prices are higher than they should be. Need more meat in the food! Mostly the birria is good but everything else is kinda lacking in flavor. Salsa is kinda bitter. Tamales sucked hardcore. read more

Out of the few times I've gone the food has been absolutely delicious!! I recommend to ask for salt on the side just incase it'll never it but the Birria tacos are BOMB !! The staff here is really friendly and nice. They actually make sure to ask if you need anything before you go on your way . The location is nice to the inside has a nice feel to it also . The amount of salt that is in the ramen birria should be illegal. That much sodium can land a small child in the hospital, I was only able to take a few bites. The micheladas taste like you bought the pre-made cups at the local liquor store. This place used to be amazing, not anymore. The birria queso tacos can use a little more crunch . read more

Food was okay, what pissed me off is that I went through the drive through so I can get my shit and leave and the cashier tells the person in front of me to park ahead of the exit of the drive through so they can bring out his order. Blocking me and 3 cars behind me !!! PARK IN A FUCKING PARKING SPOT NOT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH ! And when I told the cashier about it, she said it's OK. It'll only take 10 minutes like if I don't have fucking places to go to. read more

The service is good here and the staff are friendly. I'm not sure if I had to high of an expectation when I ordered my birria tacos. But I wasn't all that pleased with the way the tacos tasted. There was to much over powering flavor of one of the ingredients they use to make the birria. They also didn't give enough cilantro or onions to fill the taco. Not sure if I'll be coming back here again. But everyone's taste buds are different. read more

The staff is very friend and come by to check on you on the regular. We felt well taken care of, we cannot wait to visit again. This is a hidden gem.

There are definitely better, Mexican spots in Lancaster that I'd rather go to. I probably won't be coming back.

I read the previous reviews a week before I came down to Lancaster on a work trip. Didn't sound that great, but also they had that flavor of speech that people use when they were probably the problem not the place they were eating. There isn't good birria up north, so when I come to LA that's a priority. When I came into town my first night here I decided to come and get food. I had the consumé and I had a birria burrito with queso. Service was super friendly and kind, super conscientious, attentive, and alert. They made sure I had exactly what I wanted, and when the food came, I was in heaven. Everything here is fantastic. I've come for one meal every day for almost a week now and I will definitely come for the last two days that I'm in town as well. Jose Campos helped me two of the times I was here and is a great team member, just the kind of person you want to welcome you and make you feel seen. He stops by just the appropriate number of times to make sure you have everything you need. Totally respectful, high vibes. Do yourself a favor. This is always a to go when wanting birria, recently we had a bad experience with the food. I sent a message to Birria Superior on Instagram and was advised the manager was going to contact us. We honestly dint thin we were going to get a call, but to our surprise Luis Manager contacted us. He invited us to go back again, which we were a little hesitant but after a long day of work we decided to go and give it a try. Luis has such a positive vibe and was very friendly. Lunch was on him and even gave us an extra item. The food was delicious and just love the tortillas hecha a Manos . Thank you Luis for your excellent customer and treating us like family. read more

I had been looking for authentic birria like the type in Mexico and wow am I happy found this place when it was just a pop up. So happy they are a restaurant now. The meat is so tender and juicy. And the consome has the best flavor! You can tell they put love into this. My favorite items to get are the quesa tacos with the consome and you cannot forget the birria ramen. The noodles for the birria ramen have the best texture a must try. And did I mention it the tortillas are made by hand! So perfect couldn't have asked for anything better. Plus the service from their workers is the best, so friendly and outgoing. Love the attitude! Everyone must try!!!! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! I have been waiting for the restaurant to open! I went twice on opening day, for myself at lunch and for my family during dinnertime. The staff is super friendly. When I went to the drive-thru entrance, there was someone handing out menu fliers to give us time to look before getting to the menu to order. We had Regular Tacos and Cosume. We also tried all of the Agua Frescas which is Horchata, Jamaica and Pepino Limon with Chia. Everything was great!!! I would only add that we did not get our onions & cilantro for our meal, but it was the first day so all is forgiven! Can't wait to go again! read more

Came here a couple times now and each time the food didn't let me down. I ordered 2 queso tacos, a Bolio, consomé, and a agua de pepino. Let me tell you, they were so good!!! I like that they offer several condiments, so that way you can eat the food the way you like it. The handmade tortillas are so tasty, that I can probably eat them by themselves i remember before they had a little stand by the taco truck and now they're a whole restaurant. Way to make it big! It's all about supporting small business and I think this one was worth supporting. Even the customer service was amazing :) ill for sure be coming back! read more

This is definitely the Birria spot in the AV. I love their variation, you can have tacos, tortas, ramen, etc. You name it. Ohh and I'm from Michoacán, the Chile de aceite is a huge PLUS!!! I would totally recommend!! Birria used to be a a special event thing but they have made it possible to enjoy it anytime of the week now, woohoo! I have to say the only con is their packaging with cilantro and onion- they use small containers with little to none, instead of bags. As someone who's been purchasing these delicious Birria tacos when they were back on 10th st, I can definitely vouch and let you all know that this is the absolute BEST spot for Birria out here!! I've been craving quesatacos since I first saw them on IG a while back, but with no spots out here, it was always a bit of a disappointment. Then Birria Superior started up and I haven't ever ever been disappointed since. Whole year later and they've got a drive-thru, a sick dine-in setting, a great menu and amazing staff! Highly recommend bringing your family here for dinner, they'll love it! read more

Birria Superior is truly something special. The Birria has a great taste and strong flavor, so when served along with the consomé it just proves to be the best around. The menu includes many classic Mexican dishes, my favorite being their sandwich. It's a delicious toasted bolillo that's been drenched in consomé when prepping and the flavor is just amazing. Haven't even mentioned the cheese yet, which they are not shy at all about adding in any of their cheese products! Staff is awesome and really gets that drive-thru moving, everything fresh & hot 10/10, best aguas frescas out too! read more

Birria Superior is hands down one of the best spots for tacos! Their birria is absolutely amazing perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The tacos are crispy and juicy there tacos it takes birria tacos to the next level. You can tell they put real care into their food. On top of that, their drinks are super yummy. Jose Campo made our visit to Birria Superior such a great experience. As soon as we walked in, he welcomed us with an amazing attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and even offered us samples of the aguas frescas, which was such a nice touch. Our food came out quickly, and Jose continued to check on us at our table to make sure everything was perfect. His customer service truly stood out and made our visit even better. Honestly the food was amazing the quesa tacos were delicious. But sadly Custumer service needs work a lot of it. Didn't get my drinks until I got my food but I had to asked for my drinks because they forgot or didn't read my order sadly. Also extremely rude the front cashier taking dine in orders. Her rudeness is unpleasant and makes you feel this bad vibe coming from her. Please if you're the owner that owns this business. Please make sure your costumers feel welcome. Customer service just keeps getting worse. I order a big order. They couldn't give me a timeframe as to when could it be ready and I had to ask them if they could bring it to the car cause they wouldn't offer that option, they want me to walk in When other places they give you a timeframe and they always offer to bring it to your car. They also forgot to add onions to the side of my order and when I went back to get onions, I was giving a head full in a small bag of onions as if they were paying it themselves. read more

OMG! When I say this place is yummy, this place is AMAZINGLY YUMMY! I was so shocked how delicious this place is! And trust me I know great birria when I taste it! The tacos, the ambiance and especially a wonderful server named Erika! She was extremely helpful, kind, and KNEW what to recommend!! We came from Ventura and we were not disappointed! BEST BIRRIA AROUND. I'm so upset with myself that I didn't take a picture of the food but it looked sooo freaking delicious that the world around me disappeared. They packed in as much birria as one could possibly pack into my cheesy birra tacos and in my husband's birria sándwich. The consume reminded me of my childhood and simpler times when I had no bills or responsibilities. I will 100% come back and live out my best days enjoying this God-blessed food. read more

I have came here so many times and every time i come I am never disappointed I stopped by drive thru and there customer service is top notch Luis the drive thru guy was more then nice and helpful with taking my order and was patient with me taking my time to look at the menu all though I come all the time but still love to try new things so there food is always hot and fresh definitely still coming my never switching my dinner place read more

Came in today(04.15.2022) with the family hungry and ready to eat!!! Went through the drive thru and never disappointed Maria had awesome customer service! I forgot to order some consome so I walked in and was greeted by Reina also with awesome customer service!!!
