The birria is out of this world--tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The consommé is rich and comforting, and dipping tacos in it is chef's kiss. Fantastic place. I have had birria many time driving through Michoacan and this place is very authentic. They have both the beed and goat birrias. Ask and they will let you try both before you order.
