Stumbled across this place and wanted to give it a try. Place was clean, staff was friendly and the food was good. No complaints.

Checked out the new store today. Got the original chicken sandwich. It was ok. The chicken was on the drier side and lukewarm. The bun was nicely toasted and a quality pickle. The sauces were great and I enjoyed the brussels sprout side salad option. I love a good unsweetened tea, it was a little light for a black tea. Service was excellent and the ambiance was nice and clean. As far as chicken sandwiches go I would give it a 5 out of 10. I will try it again. read more

We tried this out for the first time last night. There was no one there at 6:30 pm which seemed weird for a new place in the area. The young person who greeted us was helpful and friendly. The ordering process was very easy on the kiosk. The tater tots have a BBQ seasoning on them and the more you eat the stronger the taste. The bacon jam tasted good but ther was more of that than chicken on the sandwich. I subbed their sauce for herb mayo and it was drowning in it. The ranch is meh - pretty thick. Tenders were loved by my daughter and the fries were plain but crispy. Strawberry crumble shake was good. They have Coke and Diet Coke (no Coke Zero) and their own flavors of sodas. The place was very clean with TVs to watch a game and video games for the kids. read more

First visit this week and will be the last. Drive thru was friendly. The food was not great. Ordered a chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were burnt and partially black. The fries were good. Frisco has 100's of chicken options and Birdcall is not going to make it in my opinion. read more

The tenders. You guys. I think they might be the best I've ever had. So fresh, the breading is light and not overwhelming. The tots are seasoned with something smoky and delicious. The customer service is best in class and I haven't ordered a thing I didn't LOVE! read more

Food was tasty. Great flavor. Chicken was moist and tender. Tots were excellent. Fries were cold and a bit "chewy". It's a turnoff when self-ordering kiosks are the only option, especially when paying a premium price. $45 for my family of three is a bit steep. Two sandwiches, 3 piece tenders, fries, tots, fruit cup. $45. Chick Fila is just as good. Not sure if I'll return solely due to the price. Many other chicken joints in town at a much more reasonable price. read more

Down the street from us so we check it out. Listen, I'm a chicken girl so I know my food. I got the rancher sandwich: the corners of the chicken was good and crispy the middle needed to be cooked a little longer in all honesty. Bun and condiments were yummy. Brussel sprout salad was better than the chicken.... Also tried the chicken tenders.... Not the best. I understand they are new but also frisco has a lot of yummy chicken places so they will need to step it up being in the area that they are in. My daughter has multiple food allergies so eating out for her is limited. she can eat the GF nuggets and fries. she says they are some of the best she's ever had. they are very careful and have a separate fryer for the fries. We love the regular sandwiches and there is such a variety. the serving size of the sides are generous. love the ordering system and the way they notify you when the order is ready. read more

Chicken tenders tasted good and were fresh, wondering why they looked like ballpark tenders. Tossed haphazardly in a box with nothing else, no liner, kind of turned off by the visual presentation. Clean bathroom. The lotion is a nice touch. read more

We have visited Birdcall twice and were delighted to see the very nice young man greeting us as we entered, He helped us navigate through the computer ordering system, pointed to the order timing board and ushered us to a table awaiting our order, The order was ready a little earlier than expected and was brought to our table immediately. We tried chicken sandwiches and salads and found everything very fresh, seasoned well and ample for the price we paid. We intend to return and try a few more of the chicken sandwiches. Loved this chicken place!! The chicken was so good!! It was tender, crispy and very substantial amounts in my Asian salad. The rest of the family had chicken sandwiches of various kinds and were equally impressed. The kids loved the ambiance especially the sign with our names letting us know the status of our food and my son loved getting the meal out of its own cubby. The good... Food was great. I got the rancher chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Person eating with me had the 5 piece tenders and they were very good as well. Both of the birdcall sauces were great. We went through the drive thru and both the girls working were extremely friendly and outgoing. The bad... Going through the drive thru and we were the only people in line and from the time I placed the order until the time I got my food was 17 min. Maybe these are just growing pains because they are new so this will most likely get better. The ugly... THE PRICE! Tried Birdcall for the first time today and was really pleased with both the food and the service. Ordered an Original sandwich but with gluten free bun and grilled chicken, Birdcall sauce on the side, and an order of fries. Staff at the drive-thru were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient -- making for a much better experience over what I expect at some fast food outlets. My sandwich was very fresh, even after a 15 minute drive home, and the gf bun held up. The grilled chicken had a good taste (unlike a popular competitor's grilled chicken) and I'm looking forward to trying it with other sandwich variations. The fries, which I was assured are cooked in a gf-dedicated fryer, were really delicious. Birdcall also has very cute packaging. Person at drive through was awesome, even offered a pup cup for dog. Trying this for the first time they do jot have the tikka marsala sandwich at this location so decided on the rancher. $14 for sandwich and fries not a great value and if was a small sandwich. The chicken was flat and and just ok. Had to throw the fries out because the amount of salt was overwhelming and i love salt. Not sure I will go back for just an average chicken sandwich and the quality just wasn't there for me. read more
