Southern sandwich is great. Chicken was a tad over, but the coleslaw made up for it. Fries were crisp but could've used more salt. But I also didn't get a sauce or anything. Coconut soda is delicious. They also have a cool system that shows when your order is gonna be ready, but it actually came out early.

Stopped in for a quick lunch/early dinner today. It is good, very very good. From the fresh and clean interior, to the very efficient ordering system, to the staff who were very friendly in answering our questions -- it was a treat. And then the food... it IS very very good. Husband had the Muffuletta chicken sandwich, a creation of chopped olive mix with the fried chicken, add some salami. So good -- he loved it. And I loved my Cobb Salad. Very fresh veggies, great blue cheese dressing, and I added some of the fried chicken (since I hadn't tasted it before). We had an order of french fries for good measure. They were the skinny kind I love. It was all great. We'll be back for sure!

Came here for quick lunch with my best friend after running some errands, and it was just what we needed. Even though you order and pay on a kiosk, the human customer service is fantastic. I got a Buffalo sandwich and fries with a Margarita - next time we'll have to come during happy hour - everything was delicious! The Margarita was perfectly boozy, the Buffalo sandwich was sufficiently spicy, and the fries were well-seasoned. If you're looking for upscale "fast food" Birdcall is it!!

Certainly delicious. The buffalo chicken is no joke! Definitely get the large beverage if you're ordering spicy chicken! The atmosphere was refreshing, and I love the ordering system. Adding games to the mix for the kiddos was an awesome touch! Thank you for this memory.

Service is horrible and this my second time since they opened! First time i went in and put my order in and wanted a special drink and the young lady told me we dont have that drink and i showed her on the menu ...she said im new here and dont know that one yet so i said nevermind. While this is goin on i can and im sure the ones sitting down eating can too but hear the employees in the back yelling at each other about how the manager of this establishment was a piece of Sh&t and f this place and the girl back there was laughing so loud and im jus waiting like almost 15 for my food and the girl told the heavy set guy hurry up i gotta get this order and he just keeps talkin but the girl gives me food and said sorry! im like its ok thank u but this place is a trip! and now my wife jus goes and sends me a pic thats shes had her order taken and was charged the money and no one came back to the window and she had to knock out of her car on the glass and they told her sorry but we are cooking the chicken! what is wrong with this establishment?

Stopped into Birdcall because my friend was next door grabbing vegan food. I was thrown off a little bit by the ordering. I wasn't greeted ot anything so I had to interrupt everybody as they were preparing food for orders. I'm not sure if they take cash , you have to slide your credit card or debit card to order on their little digital pads, it was a little confusing. It was only confusing because it was my very first time, and I have to say I wasn't impressed. I ordered tots and they tasted good. They tasted like regular tater tots. I ordered two milkshakes and those were just fine too. Everything came out correctly but I probably won't be back, it just wasn't my thing. I hope that others will enjoy ordering the chicken here and chicken sandwiches. Nothing horrible went wrong and nothing over the top made me rave about this place so I wish you good luck.

This was a super fun spot I got all this food for like 6$ it was so yummy and i didn't have to interact with anyone but my extrovert brain talked to the staff they were super nice it was very modern I just wish I got more sauce cause it was that good

The Spicy SzechYuan at Birdcall lives up to the hype. If you haven't seen it on social media this is it and I stopped by one of the Bircalls to try it out and OMG the sweet honey coleslaw with that scallion Kewpie mayo and then the extra crispy fried chicken with the chili oil .

Fun Fact: Each Birdcall location gives 1% back to a local community organization. It's been a pleasure to watch this local, all natural chicken sandwich spot expand through the 303 and open stores in other states. I stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered all of my favorites. * Southern~crispy chicken, pimento cheese, and southern coleslaw Tots~some of the best I've had Side Salad with Ranch Dressing~I ordered this to make a balanced meal since I also got... Cookies and Cream Milkshake~their shakes are soooooo thick and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Ordering from the screens is also super easy.

I wish they would use iceberg lettuce instead of romaine for the lettuce wrap option.

This place has the best chicken sandwiches EVER! From the bread to the chicken to the sauce! It's all yummy. The ordering system is a bit weird and a hassle if it crashes, but the food is worth it. I love the coconut lime organic soda as well. read more

A couple of weeks ago a very conscientious manager, Matt G., sent me a free combo card for Birdcall because awhile back I had a less than stellar meal there. I took him up on the offer and went back today. It was fabulous! I am not a vegetarian, but I love tofu (truth, I swear) so I got the fried tofu sandwich with chicken strips as a side and a stonefruit haymaker ice tea. The fried tofu was great!! And that is not an easy accomplishment. The peanut slaw on the sammie was yummy and the bun was very brioche-like. Definitely at 10. The chicken strips were hot, juicy and crunchy. Very yummy. This place is so cool. You order through an iPad and the wait is like, 2 minutes. It's such fast service and the manager, Ryan added to the great service too. I had a few oblivious questions, but I'd never been to a restaurant like this before, and he was incredibly helpful and very polite. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk and it was soooooo good. Definitely recommending this place (and the sandwich) to everyone. read more

The chicken is great and love that it's on our block... sometimes have gotten the order wrong and they're always accommodating when we have to walk back. There is a wait for your food, but it's not too long and it's worth it for the freshness. Only issue is not a fan of ordering from a machine inside. Great flavor in everything I have tried including the soft drinks. Not your regular chicken sandwich. Organic chicken and drinks with outstanding fries to go along with your meal. Seating is limited and the drive through looks like a gauntlet to go through are my only concerns. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Incredible new location! Design is fantastic, the food is fabulous and the canned cocktails are an unexpected treat. The patio may be one of the best in South Denver and with amenities like the bike repair station and dog water bowls, it's a great weekend pit stop. I wasn't all that impressed with the fact that if you want to eat inside you need to have your car parked somewhere else. All the parking there is devoted to online orders and if you go through the drive-thru then you will most likely have to park your car somewhere else. The chicken is too salty for me, and my tater tots had some French fries mix in. The service could be a little better. I think that one of the biggest problems with Birdcall is that they cater too much to online customers and the hell with the rest. Next time I'll just go to Raising Cane's which has better chicken at a more reasonable price and plenty of parking. read more

Okay so check this out, I was craving a chicken sandwich so bad I drove about 20 mins for this spot. During these crazy times it was perfect they had a drive through. Little spot, but decent parking and the wait time through drive through was 10 mins max . Okay so now the chicken, I went with the triple threat cause I love spicy food, It kinda kicked my ass! I was doing that "ah ah" sound but man was it bomb! From the pickled jalapeños to the spicy aioli everything was so drippy and savory I was completely satisfied. I LOVE SPICY , GOOD FOOD! I couldn't see the menu to well from my side but I guessed on a Arnold Palmer for a drink, which they whipped up for me and boooooy the lemonade was smacking! Next my home boy got something a bit simple, the rancher, he said he like the simplicity of the jelly and love how the breaded chicken wasn't crazy crunchy. Perfectly breaded and the chicken was drippy =juicy. He got some weird drink but said it was good. The fries? Pretty good. Just plain ol fries but nice and fresh! Food was good as usual. Pickup experience very confusing! Drive thru closed due to Covid and they have Curbside Pickup Slots designated. When you pull up, there are instructions on how to order online. Assuming the order will be delivered to my designated spot, I wait patiently in my car. After 12 minutes, I walk into the restaurant to check on my order. There it is in a window for pickup. So the Drive Thru is closed due to safety concerns, but they require you to walk into the restaurant, surround yourself with multiple people to pickup your order after touching a screen to see where your order is located. Makes 0 sense to me. read more

I used to come here frequently and love this place however my last two experiences here have just not been the same. The drive through lane used to fly and today I waited 25 minutes and ended up late to a meeting, not expecting how long the food would take. Small but adorable place. The food is absolutely delicious and I love that they package in as low waste as possible. My husband had the buffalo sandwich and it was HOT. The veggie sandwich had nice crispy tofu on the outside and it was soft on the inside with a zesty aioli sauce on top. Fries were fresh. Ordering on the screens definitely makes it seem less friendly, but I'd go back on a sunny day to have a beer outside on the swings. read more

Great food. Practically no wait. Great customer service. The food is definitely best eaten there in the restaurant. I've eaten here a few times and on the occasions I took the food home, the fries were in sad shape. But, lesson learned! One of the BEST chicken spots in denver...no lie. Best chicken sandwich i think ive ever had!! If youve never had it, U HAVE TO TRY IT!!!! I especially liked the light crunchy flavor of the pickled radish which is generously sprinkled on top. I couldn't eat the entire sandwich in one sitting but it was gone before the end of the day! It seems as though the drive-through employee was fairly new and struggling to get through all the orders that were in front of me. When I got up to the window I asked for the totals of the items that I purchased because they were not the same as what we're listed clearly on the bird call website. The french fries I purchased were $2.25, listed online was $1.95. The original sandwich that I ordered came to a total of $5.95, online was listed as $5.65. I'm very dissatisfied that the prices online did not reflect the prices that were in store, I realize that it's only a couple dollars, but it's the principle of it all. When I let the employee know, he said he'd tell someone about it. Maybe I was expecting a manager to step in and correct the price? I don't really know, I guess.
