If you live nearby, and you're tech savvy this is a great place for buying discounted, usually brand-new items. Everything I have purchased has been brand new with no defects or damage. I did have an issue with their app, as I have not received any emails, and if they do not hear back from you they usually return your item after a certain amount of time without issuing a refund. In my case they still had items I ordered long after their return period (which was 10 days) and they are working with me to resolve the app/emailing issue. Just call - they are willing to help! My biggest recommendation is to update the shipping option in the app, since it is confusing to have shipping available, but then you have to get a separate email to contact them about shipping it, and you won't know how much shipping costs until they've gotten back to you. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because I am assuming this whole process is simple when you are receiving the emails, and that is definitely a glitch and not something common. I have friends who order from them all the time without issue. For me, I love the concept but unless they have a REALLY steep discount on something it's not worth the 40 min. Drive to pick up when there are other discount stores/amazon liquidation stores half a mile from me that I can shop from in-person. For anyone a little more local I'd say this is a great spot for some neat finds! read more

I'm disappointed it's come to this. Binlyfe has some great deals if you join the live but be careful with what you get. I bought a $100 voucher for Rosati's Pizza two weeks ago. I was excited to use it and try something new but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Once I got home and inspected the voucher I realized that it expired LAST YEAR!! At first I thought "maybe it doesn't matter" so I called the pizza place and asked them. They told me that I can't use it if it's expired and were confused as to why it was sold to me if it wasn't valid. I immediately emailed Binlyfe about it. They responded me minutes later asking for photos, which I provided instantly. From there they ghosted me. No response, no email, no calls, nothing. Yesterday I joined a live where the Owner herself was selling items. I figured that would be a great time to hop on and ask her to check my emails since maybe she hasn't seen them and might be able to help me. I was completely ignored. I know she saw my comment because she responded the the person before and after me. So I commented again stating my situation and once again IGNORED. Still responding to everybody else but me. They even had the audacity to upload another food voucher (which is probably also expired) during the live when I was asking about my own. Tired of giving Binlyfe the benefit of the doubt when they are just scamming me. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer there emails, and they don't answer during the LIVE. I see the owner responding to some previous reviews saying that they don't intentionally ignore people, they treat everyone like family, etc. yet I've been completed ignored and I can't even get a simple apology for this. What a hot mess express this place is. I have gone three times and it seems each time is worst than the last. The place is an absolute disorganized mess. Nothing is priced. Every time I have been interested in something I have to wait for the employees to stop chatting for 5 min so I can ask them how much something costs. I'm giving it two stars just because some of the items are nice and obviously more economical than buying at target or bed bath and beyond, etc. However, this place is poorly ran. read more

I have been a customer since almost day one. as As soon as I found this place I was addicted. I have bought all my Xmas birthday and household items here and discounted prices. Everything is 50%or more off. If something isn't correct or if it somehow gets broken they will help you out. They always work with you. It is a curb side pick up location everything is online however you can pick it up within a few days. The owners and staff are amazing. They stuff for any and everyone. For those hesitant to purchase when we do "The Whole Rack" sale. I paid $100 for 2 separate racks. Just in Walmart stuff alone I had about $725 worth of items. I went item by item to figure out prices. This total does not include the bed bath items I got. $229 water carbonator and $150 king bed set , $200 6.5 foot pre lit Christmas tree and $60 3 tiers stands. All together would say the 2 racks were valued at or around $1500. Of the items I am using $800 of the items and listed the other items for about $300. So I will get paid $200 to have all items. Binlyfe how do I describe them. They call themselves a family. They call themselves a liquidation business. They get products that people can get for less expensive. I have been a customer for about a year. I really got some good products at fair prices. about y months later. Things started missing from my orders. I would ask about them and I was told we will have it in your next order. That time never came. I would continue asking still it never came. In 2021 they had a live auction from California selling makeup and other products involving makeup. I bought some products off of this live when you purchase from Binlyfe it is electronically deducted. Which my amount was taken out of my acct. I kept asking for months if the makeup has come. I was told no it hasn't come yet. Kept being told no. Kept being told no. As of today I still haven't gotten the product and no refund. Be careful with Binlyfe. Products can be broken or used. This place is SO awesome. I have gotten so many items from them. The staff they are great and the lives with Tiffany (AKA Butta) is so funny and exciting. The products are new and never know what is being on the lives. I have provided my grandbabies with a great Christmas and birthday gifts not to mention the savings I have saved getting 1/2 off retail. This company is very addicting due to not knowing what is coming in trucks weekly, everyday is a treasure hunt. I have redone my whole patio with great furniture and a big rug, planters not to mention all other items I have gotten. If you go to some other places like this, at their places its a walk shopping and then you walk out the door with a product sometimes high amount items at that. Just to get it home and its broke or does not work. You can not return it. However with Binlyfe -- Andria Parra will try to work with you, she will either replace it if she can or may credit you the product. She works with you as much as she can. She will also encourage you to seek to manufacture (which I did and I was successful). Andria works out in the community as well, she helps small independent businesses and non-profit companies. The only thing I miss with this company is the in shopping time like in the past, however, I do understand but makes the lives on line fun and exciting.
