I ate at the food court in yorkdale mall. The service was quick. I ordered the black pepper beef burger, hot and sour glass noodles, and the peachy lychee drink. The beef burger was delicious and the bread was super flaky. The hot and sour glass noodles were spicy and mala. Great meal especially at the mall!

As a big fan of Northwestern Chinese cuisine, I've been willing to try out this place ever since I saw the news of their grand opening. It didn't disappoint me! The food here is worth every penny. They are chain restaurants and the one I visited is located inside the food court of Yorkdale mall. I ordered their signature beef bun, shrimp wonton soup and vanilla milkshake. It was less than 10 minutes' wait for our food. It's hard to find Chinese meat bun at only $6.99 these days, and it was so yummy with the crispy bun and decent portion of beef. My little one really enjoyed the shrimp wonton soup ($8.95) and finished the whole bucket. They provided endless amounts of shrimp wontons. The soup was very flavourful too, which definitely hit all my expectation of wonton soup. The milkshake was not bad too with decent portion. Such a satisfying dining experience at Bingz. I'll revisit and try different flavours of Chinese bun next time.

The Signature Pork their best-selling burger, filled to the brim with juicy pork in-between a flaky and crunchy exterior. The combination of flavors and textures leaves you with a mouthwatering experience, which is why we always buy a 2nd one for later! For all the spice lovers, the chili oil here is deliscious and pairs perfectly with the burgers. Their Sizzling Chili Noodles are perfectly chewy and equally addictive. We just wish it came with a little more vegetable.

Nowadays, it is hard to find places with affordable food prices such as Bingz. My friend and I came here in the afternoon with a long line but the staff were pretty efficient in completing the orders so the wait wasn't as long as anticipated. I got the cumin and beef burgers, along with the sizzling chili noodles with pork and a sparkling plum fizz. The food was good, the burgers were flakey and hot and the noodles had a good amount of spice. As for the drink, I was not a fan of it to be honest and wished I gotten the soybean drink instead. I would def come here again due to its value.

Is it a burger? Is it a sandwich? Is it a roti? It doesn't matter. It tastes good. Flaky flatbread, almost like a roti paratha stuffed with various delicious well seasoned meats. Besides the "burgers", they also offer a number of tasty side dishes. For food court, fast food, I am quite impressed by the quality and taste I enjoyed at this place.

Located inside Yorkdale mall food court, this place looked promising, they had staff engaging with customers to advertise and bring attention at this new place Best way to explain it, these are almost like a samosa like/ stuffed Patties. These are flaky, and soft inside, almost like a puff pastry. I tried the butter chicken and it was ok, it was about 6.99, it was tasty, just thought maybe a bit more filling inside. I tried the hot fries, they provide seasoning so you can choose to use it or not. The fries with the seasoning was my favourite part of the meal. The drinks are also severed in cute cup. They has $1 off if you buy a combo so my meal was $12.00 Worth checking out!

I am very happy to see Bingz continue their expansion into Canada at one of the GTA's largest malls at Yorkdale! Just like their flagship location in Markham, you can expect to find the classic Signature Pork Burger and cold noodles alongside their takes on Canadian comfort food with the Beef Poutine King which is quite good! The location is very noticeable as you take the escalator up into the food court so you will not miss it!

Delicious if you're feeling Chinese nostalgia! Poutine is a 10/10. I've been hearing about Bingz so I decided to give it a try. As a daughter of northern chinese parents, the beef tasted exactly like the instant pot braised beef I grew up on. The beef was incredibly juicy and tender, paired with the flakiness of the chinese pancake. However, it lacked acidity to make the flavours more complex. The plum cold brew was really good (on the sweeter side) paired well with the bing zi. The milkshake was disappointing as it tasted like plain creamer. However, the star of the show was the poutine. The poutine tasted really rich in flavour and had the tenderness of the beef with the rich gravy sauce and cheese curds. Would recommend

Went with my +1 to a movie at Yorkdale Mall and we decided to check out the food court afterward. Our eyes were drawn instantly to the menu pictures at Bingz. My +1 was interested in the crispy burger, while I had my eye on chili oil wontons. We followed our instincts. He got the cumin chicken crispy burger and I got the chili oil pork wontons. My wontons came 10 in a bowl steeped in a chili oil broth, topped generously with green onion, cilantro and crushed peanuts. The wontons were small and scrummy and I couldn't help scooping up the onions, nuts and oil when those were done. I had a taste of his crispy burger and it was delicious. I wasn't sure from the photo that the bun would actually be pastry like and crunchy, but it was. The cumin chicken filling was generous, flavourful and decent spice. I would be tempted to try the other fillings, e.g. the signature beef or pork or black pepper beef. Prices were lower than most food court places and this place was jumping. Staff aplenty in the back and front and everything happening with great efficiency. The packaging was so cute, we kept the paper bag our order came in. I loved using the heavy-weight wooden chopsticks, but must say I felt guilty throwing them away after a single use.

I've tried their black pepper beef at their Markham location 2 years ago and have been missing it ever since. I'm glad they opened up another shop at Yorkdale. I hope they will branch out to the US soon. This time I tried their signature pork. The pork is tender, juicy and flavorful. The shell is light, crispy and flaky. I love the taste. It has a good amount of meat. Each one runs about $6. I arrived after lunch on a Monday and waited about 7 mins for my order. I wanted to try their beef poutine but unfortunately it was sold out. I also received a coupon for $1 off any item on my next order and since it was going to expire I gave it to the last person in line to order.

The posters outside caught my eye, and I decided to come back with a group of three friends to try it out. We came a bit late around 8 PM, and most of the fish were already sold out except the original. We ended up ordering the Signature Spicy Grilled BBQ Fish ($40), a whole fish served bubbling hot with three toppings (potatoes, spam, and lotus root). You can choose between catfish and turbot, we chose the turbot fish. It looked extremely spicy, but the spice level was actually perfect. It was a bit on the oily side, but pairing it with rice balanced it out nicely. The fish was very tender and buttery, everything tasted amazing! We also ordered the Stir-Fried Egg with Tomato. The eggs were soft, the tomato sauce was rich. Not to mention the portion size was huge, we even had leftovers after eating until we were full. The restaurant itself was spacious, clean, and had plenty of seating. I think they were doing some sort of promotion so they gave us a $25 off coupon, though it expired pretty quickly so we didn't get to use it. I'd definitely come back for that grilled fish.

This is a new Chinese restaurant featuring Hunan and Szechuan cuisine. The spicy dishes emphasize…read morespiciness, not numbness. A few of their dishes come out on a sizzling plate with flames underneath. They are still in soft-opening mode with several specials. You can see the menus via a QR code. The Hunan cuisine is listed as "Hunan Noodles" and the Szechuan cuisine is listed as "Chopfire Menu". The Szechuan dishes are listed with 1 to 3 chilies representing the spiciness. If you can't handle spicy, then avoid eating the chili pieces and you might "survive". The restaurant decided to minimize their food offerings so that they can focus on refining their dishes in terms of quality and taste, including from customer feedback. We ordered the following: 1. Signature Spicy Grilled BBQ Fish ($39.95). 2. Home Stir Fried Beef ($21.95). 3. Bullfrog with Baby Ginger ($19.95). 4. Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Preserved Pork ($15.95). 5. Drunk Oolong (charcoal roasted oolong tea base) x 2 ($5.95 x 2). 6. Lemon Taro Balls ($7.95). We also saw the following: 7. Stir-Fried Sliced Pork with Green Pepper Noodle Soup ($9.99). First 10 customers each day, only pays $1.00. 8. Ink Painting Cocktail ($5.95). The Signature Spicy Grilled BBQ Fish came out on a huge sizzling platter. The BBQ Fish, a Turbot Fish, was very fresh and flaky, easily coming off the bone. There is no head attached like at typical Chinese restaurants but it would not have fit in the platter. The platter had a delicious sauce (soupy consistency and not sweet), luncheon meat slices, lotus root slices, and two other vegetables, along with chili pieces. The entire dish tasted great together with the various flavours. The menu listed it as 2-chili spicy but I could handle it by avoiding the chili pieces. The Home Stir Fried Beef is tender. It is listed as 3-chili but I could handle it by avoiding the chili pieces. The Bullfrog with Baby Ginger has the bullfrog cut up in little pieces; no you don't see a whole frog! The meat was actually good but most pieces have bones in it, so it takes time to eat it carefully. There was ginger slices in it but it, but we thought the slices were quite large! The Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Preserved Pork was very delicious! It came in a sizzling plate. The Cauliflower was flavourful and was not crunchy and not too soft. I've never had preserved pork slices before; it was quite good, not as salty as Chinese preserved vegetables. The Drunk Oolong has comes in a small bowl a with gin and ice. On the side, they include pieces of the charcoal roasted oolong tea leaves so you can smell it; quite a good smell indeed. You can also order it without the gin, which is what I ordered for mine (since I don't drink alcohol). It was such a nice drink! The Lemon Taro Balls dessert was pretty. In the centre was a slice of lemon. The customer service was good. There is plenty of indoor table and counter seating, including a small private room at the back. There is also an outdoor patio during warmer weather. There is pop music playing in the background. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are two gender-neutral washrooms downstairs, so they are not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-026

From the moment we walked in, the space already set the tone.. dark, dramatic, elegant, and beautifully designed without feeling overly stiff. It has that upscale energy that makes dinner feel like an occasion before you've even ordered anything. Food-wise, there was a lot to love. The signature apple wood roasted Peking duck was definitely a highlight, especially with the tableside carving, which made the whole experience feel even more polished and memorable. The skin had that beautiful lacquered finish, and the duck was rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. We also ordered a few larger dishes for the table, and I really appreciated how everything still felt refined without losing that comforting, indulgent side of Chinese dining. Some dishes leaned rich and luxurious, others were lighter and more aromatic, so the meal never felt repetitive. Service was another standout. Attentive without hovering, smooth without being too formal.. exactly the kind of service you hope for in a restaurant like this.
