Bingz is one of my favourite "fast food" places. Fast food in quotes, because it doesn't feel as highly processed and unhealthy as other burger chains. Service is fast and food is fresh. The interior colour of the store catches your eye (strong contrast of red and white) and the store is spotlessly clean. My favs are the black pepper beef burger and liangpi with sesame sauce. The black pepper beef has a great salty-sweet flavour and the tender meat contrasts nicely in texture with the crispy burger bun. The liangpi is starch noodles topped with wheat gluten chunks (nice and bouncy), mixed with spicy, nutty sesame paste. The smooth texture of the noodles make em perfect for slurping. From the price point to the quality of food to the service, literally nothing to complain about here! Only good things to say :) read more

Fast service and super friendly staff! We got 3 different types of burger to share, wonton soup, chili oil wonton, and chicken nuggets. Burgers: Black pepper beef, signature beef, BBQ mushrooms. The patty pastry was a lot thinner than what we see on the pictures, so I guess it's one of those, don't be deceived by the picture. We basically agreed that the black pepper was the most flavorful, and you can really taste the black pepper. The mushroom was really good, that if this is the type of vegetarian meals I'd get, it'll make me convert without missing my beef. Ironically, the signature one was our least fave. It just didn't have that much flavor compared to the other two. It just felt meh. We also got the chicken nuggets and chili oil wonton. Chicken nuggets, were literally chicken nuggets. I thought it would be crispy chicken, like the Korean style, it was not. It was just nuggets. It was still good, but meh. Chili oil wonton, flavor bomb! There's just an ingredient in there in not quite fond of, not sure what. It's a little bit spicy if you eat a lot of it, that's it you have somewhat of a low heat tolerance. My friend got the peach lychee drink and she didn't like it. She said it tasted like just drinking the syrup, so fountain style, not like tea. My other friend got the cornmilk. She said it's sweet, like eating those sweetcorn snack. Overall, I'm really glad I got to try this place. I'd say people's pictures looks so much better than what it actually is. Good to try, but not something I'd crave for again. read more

This place gets busy during lunch hour. So come before or after for less waiting. It's still affordable at $6 a crispy burger. It seems they always add new limited items whenever I visit. I still stuck with the OG pork signature though. Same taste. Same crispy bun. Tender, juicy pork. read more

Always been. A big fan of Bingz and tried their new item on the menu, Cumin chicken crispy burger and their classic Signature pork burger. Both were very good but I feel like nothing beats their classic signature burger. The shaken fries were very good as well, tasting Chinese spices commonly used. Also, the plum soda felt like it just cleansed my body from all the fast food. We were disappointed that their Sizzling Chili Noodles were sold out! Thats how popular they were because the staff said they have been sold out for a while. The Yorkdale location is very convenient and close for me instead of going all the way to the Markham location. read more

As a big fan of Northwestern Chinese cuisine, I've been willing to try out this place ever since I saw the news of their grand opening. It didn't disappoint me! The food here is worth every penny. They are chain restaurants and the one I visited is located inside the food court of Yorkdale mall. I ordered their signature beef bun, shrimp wonton soup and vanilla milkshake. It was less than 10 minutes' wait for our food. It's hard to find Chinese meat bun at only $6.99 these days, and it was so yummy with the crispy bun and decent portion of beef. My little one really enjoyed the shrimp wonton soup ($8.95) and finished the whole bucket. They provided endless amounts of shrimp wontons. The soup was very flavourful too, which definitely hit all my expectation of wonton soup. The milkshake was not bad too with decent portion. Such a satisfying dining experience at Bingz. I'll revisit and try different flavours of Chinese bun next time. read more

Nowadays, it is hard to find places with affordable food prices such as Bingz. My friend and I came here in the afternoon with a long line but the staff were pretty efficient in completing the orders so the wait wasn't as long as anticipated. I got the cumin and beef burgers, along with the sizzling chili noodles with pork and a sparkling plum fizz. The food was good, the burgers were flakey and hot and the noodles had a good amount of spice. As for the drink, I was not a fan of it to be honest and wished I gotten the soybean drink instead. Located inside Yorkdale mall food court, this place looked promising, they had staff engaging with customers to advertise and bring attention at this new place Best way to explain it, these are almost like a samosa like/ stuffed Patties. These are flaky, and soft inside, almost like a puff pastry. I tried the butter chicken and it was ok, it was about 6.99, it was tasty, just thought maybe a bit more filling inside. I tried the hot fries, they provide seasoning so you can choose to use it or not. The fries with the seasoning was my favourite part of the meal. The drinks are also severed in cute cup. Just like their flagship location in Markham, you can expect to find the classic Signature Pork Burger and cold noodles alongside their takes on Canadian comfort food with the Beef Poutine King which is quite good! Delicious if you're feeling Chinese nostalgia! Poutine is a 10/10. I've been hearing about Bingz so I decided to give it a try. As a daughter of northern chinese parents, the beef tasted exactly like the instant pot braised beef I grew up on. The beef was incredibly juicy and tender, paired with the flakiness of the chinese pancake. However, it lacked acidity to make the flavours more complex. The plum cold brew was really good (on the sweeter side) paired well with the bing zi. The milkshake was disappointing as it tasted like plain creamer. However, the star of the show was the poutine. The poutine tasted really rich in flavour and had the tenderness of the beef with the rich gravy sauce and cheese curds. Would recommend read more

Went with my +1 to a movie at Yorkdale Mall and we decided to check out the food court afterward. Our eyes were drawn instantly to the menu pictures at Bingz. My +1 was interested in the crispy burger, while I had my eye on chili oil wontons. We followed our instincts. He got the cumin chicken crispy burger and I got the chili oil pork wontons. My wontons came 10 in a bowl steeped in a chili oil broth, topped generously with green onion, cilantro and crushed peanuts. The wontons were small and scrummy and I couldn't help scooping up the onions, nuts and oil when those were done. I had a taste of his crispy burger and it was delicious. I wasn't sure from the photo that the bun would actually be pastry like and crunchy, but it was. The cumin chicken filling was generous, flavourful and decent spice. I would be tempted to try the other fillings, e.g. the signature beef or pork or black pepper beef. Prices were lower than most food court places and this place was jumping. Staff aplenty in the back and front and everything happening with great efficiency. The packaging was so cute, we kept the paper bag our order came in. I loved using the heavy-weight wooden chopsticks, but must say I felt guilty throwing them away after a single use. read more

I always go here when i can. The item thats always a reorder is the Chili Oil Noodles with vegetables. Flavor and seasonings all on point and delish. Their French fries with hot seasoning is very good too. I did not like any of their drinks so would not suggest any. The signature pepper bun was different but nothing i was wowd about the chilli oil noodles the flavor and taste always gets me craving for it. The thickness and slurpness of the noodles oh so good. They do have other items here but i have found my 2 staples here! The service is quite a wait but they do move along fast. Be sure to remind them if your number hasnt been called if waiting for more than 10 minutes. read more

Tried this place for the first time, they currently have a $9.99 deal for any burger + fries + pop. The burger looked small but it's really filled with meat. I loved the flaky bun. The highlight was actually the fries for me, it comes with a spice mixture you shake it with and it made it so flavourful.
