This is my second time trying Taiwanese fried chicken and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting with the cute yellow chicken character. We ordered Japanese crispy chicken meal and the fried chicken was crispy, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. The portion size was generous, and the meal came with a side of delicious fries and a refreshing drink, making it a satisfying combo. The staff at AiTaiker were very nice and friendly, which made our dining experience even more pleasant. I'm willing to revisit this place!

Ai Taiker has got you covered for the crispiest and juiciest chicken ever! We got the volcano cheese chicken cutlet meal with some extra spicy chicken legs. The cutlet was filled with a soft stringy mozzarella cheese, complimenting the savoury and sweet coating they used for the crispy outer skin. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly, so juicy especially for a white meat. The chicken legs, which were broken down into 1 thigh 1 drumstick per order, were a whole different experience. It was so crispy and bursting with hot juicy chicken oil I almost burnt myself, especially because of how freshly made it is. The spicy powder they use is actually quite spicy, so good thing they offer you a pineapple juice with the meal, cutting the salt and spiciness of the food. Even the fries are better than your average fried chicken experience. This place is more of a takeout rather than a sit down, but they have quite a few tables setup for dine ins. No utensils but they got gloves, it's a hands on experience!

AiTaiker Yonge and Finch AiTaiker is opening a new location at Yonge and Finch! They are known for their wide selection of fried chicken, and their Taiwanese-style spicy chicken is a standout, reminiscent of the authentic fried chicken in Taiwan. However, their best product is their fried chicken burger. The meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and you can truly taste its thickness. I highly recommend trying the burger along with their refreshing pineapple juice! (The chicken is incomparable to the ones in Taiwan night streets but their chicken burger is definitely better in terms of portion!) *They had a BOGO deal on chicken burgers. So runnnnn! Another plus till late hours at night so apt for any midnight cravings The store is clean and has ample of seating space , not only it is brightly lit up but also has a clean washroom. Being from India, I have been exploring Vegetarian and Potato patty based burgers in GTA that would be similar to the ones I have had there. So when I saw a vegetable burger on their menu for 5$(with promotion excluding tax), definitely wanted to try it. It turned to be really crispy consisting a potato based grilled not fried patty in the center. Loaded with veggies and sauces which we could choose from similar to subway. Additionally the sizing was medium to large and everything tasted fresh. Special mention to the cheese quality and quantity which unlike some popular burger joints wasn't stale and well blended. choices available cheddar, mozzarella or normal not as an add on but included. Since its a new store, I understand that staff is bustling with orders and a wait times of upto 5-8 minutes can be expected. Anyhow the portions and flavours surely make up for it. Being on a busy road with various competitive food joints, @Grillies can be a great place for affordable comfort food both dine in and takeouts.

I was just doing my daily walk goal and good thing i brought my wallet. In the first picture, you'll see the menu. It's really cheap and this is something i would spend for a snack. It was hard for me to find a spot where I can eat all the stuff I got. well, it's a street food anyway. I bought like 7 items in total but they didnt give me a bigger brown bag :( im not sure if they have but it would come handy for people who would like to buy more Flavour: Im not good with spice but for some reason, I was able to tolerate the spice on this one. It doesnt really burn and I could still taste the flavour along with the spice. I love the redbean waffle! It comes in 3 :) it was too hot so make sure you wait for a bit! It's so soft and still good to eat after a few hours

You get what you pay for: cheap Korean street food that's premade from frozen (except the taiyaki…read morethat's made on the spot). The soups tastes like miso soup that you would buy from the store, very salty. All the seafood are very fishy tasting. Everything is drenched in either a spicy sauce or teriyaki sauce. The taiyaki was crispy on the outside and filled with red bean paste which would taste better if it were a tad bit sweeter. I did enjoy the Bulgogi, Kim-Mari and the spicy ketchup based sauce. There was no line up when we went, staff is friendly but there is a definite language barrier; I had to repeat my orders a number of times. My food was barely warm, maybe it's better during the rush hours. The soups, however, were piping hot! I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. If I was in the area, had only a few coins in my pocket (items range from $1.25-$5), and was hangry, I would stop by again.
