Ok so it's been awhile since my last review but ever since post-covid, I've been doing monthly…read morewings here w/ a buddy of mine from design school just to catch up on life. Our go-to order is the quintuple (5 lbs of wings; 3 flavours). We usually get 2 lbs of nero's epilogue, 2 lbs of cleopatra, 1lb of pandora's box and some beers. I think All Stars might've been the first chain wing franchise in toronto (even before Wild Wings but don't quote me on that). If you get breaded wings they always come out nice and crispy. The meat is pretty good (you'll get a dry one every so often) and there's a decent amount of sauce in most baskets (sometimes the chef has an off night and doesn't put enough sauce but he's pretty consistent). The wings aren't the biggest but they're decently sized. Is it the best wings I've had in toronto? Nope. That title would belong to King of Wings in Stouffville or the now defunct Fanzone Wings & Ribs in Scarborough. Both which have the biggest, meatiest, juiciest, crispiest wings I've ever had. But All Stars is always solid. As a chain, I much prefer them over Wild Wings tbh. The service can vary greatly lol. Each month, my friend and I get a different waitress and we've gotten some bad ones to some really good ones. It does seem like staff turnover is really high (either that or they just work the randomest, jumbled shifts) but anyways, the wings are good, the value is still there so for that a very solid 4 stars.

2023 Take Out Review :D…read more I won't lie, I am often lazy, and want food delivered to my door that is comforting. I hadn't had AllStar wings in forever so I ordered from here to satisfy that craving. Please note that the prices in this post are from UberEats :') 100% going to do it again this week I think haha. THAT is how good their takeout was for me. -[ALL STARS CHICKEN TENDER COMBO] $25.45 I got the flavor of Prime Time (Chipotle, Homicide, Ranch, Black Pepper) for the first time, and I'd honestly order it again. I did think it would actually be spicy given that the word "homicide" was in its flavor profile but I honestly found it to be sour more than spicy. I also upgraded the plain fries to Cleopatra Fries (Creamy Garlic and Honey Garlic Sauce w/parmesan cheese) which I always highly recommend -[BITES COMBO] $24.70 I got my usual flavor of Caesar Does Texas (Chipotle Base, Creamy Garlic, Parmesan), and I do have to say, the bites are much more tender, and moist compared to the tenders. I will likely opt for bites over tenders for future orders. I also upgraded the fries here to Loaded Fries (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Bacon Bits, Gravy) aka poutine with bacon bits. Pretty darn good too if I do say so myself Overall, totally worth ordering again!

I had this place bookmarked on yelp for awhile but never got around to checking it out. Well, that…read moreall changed when they had customer appreciation day in richmond hill. They were selling each pound of wings for $5 each (regular price $15/lb). IT WAS SOOOOOOO BUSY. The parking lot isn't big by any means and the line wrapped around the corner of the plaza! I got there around 11:20-ish (slightly after they opened) and the line already extended to Bueokae, two units down. I waited around 1.5 hrs approx to get my food (around 1 hr in line before being able to order and then another 30 min before my order was ready). Brandon, the gentleman manning the front of house looked like his soul left his body because there were so many ppl. But he was still serving customers with a smile. I saw my mans taking red bull out of the mini fridge behind him and chugging it LOL. I would say it was worth the wait for my food. There's no seating inside in the restaurant (purely a takeout joint) but when I opened my wings back home, my wings were still kinda crispy even under all the sauce (especially the honey garlic). Messy chicken: Would definitely order this again. It's their signature flavour. Reminded me of butter chicken with ranch and cheese on top. Sooo good. Chicken honey (honey garlic): These babies were still crispy when I lifted the lid! I was able to see chunks of garlic running throughout the sauce too which leads me to believe they make the sauce in-house instead of buying it. The Clucker: Ok so this was my least fave. The skin was kinda soggy on these and the ranch didn't really do much for me on these ones. It was also not as flavourful as the other two. Because it was customer appreciation day, each person was limited to 3lbs only. I kinda wish I went with mango habanero instead of the Clucker. The wings were quite big and plump. None of that puny wing bs. No cheating or cutting corners it seems like. The guy bringing orders out of the kitchen had a smile on his face the whole time and he gives you a lot of extra napkins which is great (as a finger food he understood the assignment lol). I will definitely be back in the future to try some of their other flavours since appreciation day restricted ppl to 5 flavours. Some of their flavours I've never seen at other wing spots. P.S. My brother tried to grab wings late at night a lil past 9pm with his fiancé but they already sold out of wings!

It's also next to a drive-thru Scotiabank so watch out for cars coming from the drive-thru. Parking might get a little busy early brunch time on the weekends because there's a coras. Decor: When you walk up to the door you think you're walking upto a typical pub in a plaza. When you walk in dark wood, lower lighting just like all the other pubs. You look around and realize that dang this place is tiny. Teeny tiny. It's comfortable you're not jammed in with seating. The bar is small but it's never felt overwhelmingly crowded. This is a great place to go after work. Food: Very typical pub fare. All your pub favorites. The bar is fully stocked and they have lots on top Staff: I think they only have women servers but they're all very nice. I've never been there and didn't like anybody that worked there. I used to go all the time now I only go occasionally but it's always the same and it always know what to expect and I'm so glad of that. I'll go back I recommend this place to people a lot of the times. It's small but they don't rush you out and it's a little more quiet than a lot of pubs so it's great for having a conversation

This was my first time at an AiTaiker restaurant and I was very impressed!…read more This place is more of a take out but with around 15 seats. Everyone working here was so nice and enthusiastic. They all speak English and Mandarin. We asked for recommendations and ended up getting their Taiwanese crispy chicken combo, New Orleans chicken sandwich combo, popcorn chicken, and deep fried squid balls with fries and cold sweet green tea. Unfortunately they sold out of the squid tentacles which are my favourite at dim sum! The huge (as big as your face) Taiwanese crispy chicken was freshly fried with clean oil and had a slight sweetness to it. The chicken to batter ratio was on point! The New Orleans chicken sandwich was interesting. Good flavoured marinated chicken. Defintely not as big as the photos would make you believe but decent. It's topped with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The squid balls were squidy (lots of squid bits)! Which was great, but slightly fishy tasting. The popcorn chicken was nice big chunks of chicken (huge compared to KFC) with a slightly different flavour profile than the Taiwanese chicken. The fries were delicious too. Nice batter, sort of like costco fries but slightly sweet. The green tea was nice, but not being so keen on sweet drinks we mixed it with our sparkling water which was nice. The restaurant itself was unfortunately too dim for our liking. It took away from our stay there. Their restroom door was broken and needs a little fixing. Likely from whatever store was there prior to AiTaiker taking over. All in all, great food, great people, okay store front! I'd come back pick up some face sized chicken and try their different styles (Japanese, volcano cheese, taiker honey) Cheers and thanks for reading~ TIP: We initially ordered the Spicy chicken legs but would've had to wait 40mins! Order ahead!
