Opted for the signature beef burger which comes with beef brisket slow cooked with 32 natural spices served on a crispy bun. This was good and fresh. Also go the wonton with chili oil sauce. You have the options of picking the protein of choice for your wontons of either shrimp, pork or chicken. Decided to come try this place out for lunch. It is a casual fast food type of restaurant so don't expect much service. There is a kiosk inside that you can order yourself and the ambiance was nothing special but was comfortable enough. I got the Shrimp Wonton Noodles for $8.99 and their Signature Pork Crispy Burger for $5.99. Although, I wasn't expecting much to begin with, the shrimp wonton noodles was still disappointing. The wonton was tiny! It only had a small piece of shrimp in it. The noodles was decent with a "bouncy"/"QQ" texture. The soup was flavorful and didn't taste like it had MSG which was surprising. Finally got to try Bingz Crispy Burger for their buy 1 get 1 promo offer May 23-25 2025. There was a bit of a wait in line to order because of the promo. This location is located inside Fairview mall towards the TTC subway entrance and by the T&T grocery store. Lots of choices ranging from $5-10 per crispy burger depending on which filling. I got the mushroom, butter chicken, signature pork and black pepper beef. Food was piping hot and steaming. Crunchy exterior and filled with which ever choice was order. The mushroom I personally was not a fan of the cumin flavor, butter chicken was okay, black pepper beef was not peppery at all. Signature pork I found of the four I tried was the most flavorful. Each burger was quite large and filled. There is a scale on the front where you can weigh your burger to make sure it meets the filling weight requirements if under weight you can exchange for free! There was also noodles, savory tofu, fries, wontons and other items I did not get to try this time around. Seating inside and clean and tidy. If you have been following along on my Bingz journey, it happened this year. It took me two years after its flagship location at First Markham Place had opened for me to enjoy their crispy Chinese version of a burger. At one stage, I was there once a week for nearly 1.5 months. Several friends told me about this Bingz that recently opened at CF Fairview Mall. I am the type who waits for all the hype and crowds to die down before I drop by. Well, I've been here three times now. Each visit was a different experience and all positive, including my klutzy first visit. All three visits have been after work on a weekday. I have always had luck finding parking in front of entrance 2 each time. Bingz is where the old Sears store used to be. It's across from T & T Supermarket. On my first visit, I got the following items: - Vanilla milkshake - Summer combo, consisting of the Original burger, liangpi (cold noodles) with chilli oil, and a fountain drink. I sat down to have an early dinner. There are plenty of spots to dine at this eatery, including a patio area. It means that you are still fenced off from mall shoppers, but you are closer to them as they drool at what you're eating. I like a milkshake here and there. I was curious to try the vanilla milkshake on the menu. It was creamy and not overly thick. I am not a whipped cream person, but it was light and airy that I liked it. It was a yummy shake because it wasn't heavy. The vanilla flavour was pleasing, matching the lightness of the shake itself. The original is my favourite burger at Bingz. It's the crispy, flaky bun with marinated beef that is perfectly seasoned and tender. It's highly addictive and yummy. I recently had this burger with pork filling and it was equally as yummy. I love the liangpi (cold noodles) with chilli oil. The noodles are stretchy and chewy. They have enough oil to separate from one another. The chilli oil is so flavourful with the julienne-cut cucumbers and cubed bread. Delicious! I got my first fountain drink at Bingz. I got a Coke Zero. There is no diet version available from the fountain machine. It was refreshing. Sadly, the plastic cup's base that you get is rounded. When I went to snap the lid on after refilling my cup, my drink slid off the table and my drink went all over the floor. Oops! Staff here were on the case with brooms. They were great mopping everything immediately like a spill task force. I was happy and a bit embarrassed. I dragged a friend over for our second visit. We had both been to this location on our own, but decided to hang out for dinner. We both got the Original (beef for her and pork for me). We shared the liangpi with chilli oil and got fries. She has had fries where you add seasoning to it and shake the bag containing everything. It was my first time. The seasoning was awesome. The fries were yummy. I was pleasantly surprised. We both got fountain drinks. I got Fanta and did not make a mess this time. Yay! It was refreshing and hit the spot. I was here last week to try some new items on the menu. I got to try lychee and lychee peach fizz drinks. The former had tiny bits of lychee in a carbonated drink. It was slightly sweet and I enjoyed it. I loved the lychee peach fizz more. The combination of little bits of peach and lychee in a slightly sweet fizzy drink was excellent. I look forward to when these items are permanently on the menu. I also got to try the Original burger, but with beef brisket. One sandwich was juicier than the other. I liked the former more, but it was messy. It was like eating anbeef au jus sandwich, minus dipping it in au jus. The less juicy burger was delicious, but I liked the extra moisture. This eatery has a cleaning station. You throw out your garbage and return your trays there. You can also wash your hands at the sink, dry your hands off with paper towel, and use hand sanitizer from the dispenser. It's awesome! There are also two separate washroom stalls next to it. I never used them. They are gender-neutral. I have used a credit card to pay. My orders have always been ready quickly. Your number gets called out and is printed on your receipt. There is also a screen by the pickup area to let you know when your order is ready. Staff are wonderful here. They are competent and friendly. They are probably nicer than the staff that I'm used to at Bingz in Markham! This Bingz location is great. I ordered the signature pork burger, smoking hot fries, and the matcha milkshake. The burger itself could use a bit more seasoning, but it was still good I wish it had some toppings ! I'd definitely give it another try. The fries were labeled as spicy, but they were the seasoning it came with was hotter than I expected--haha! It would be amazing if they came with a dip (please consider adding one). The matcha milkshake was everything a milkshake should be! I live a good distance from the store, and by the time I got home, it was still thick. For the price, I wish it was a bit larger, but I know matcha can be pricey. If new to these spots, I'd recommend grabbing one of the burgers: signature pork or signature beef depending on your preference, and then maybe the hot and sour glass noodles. Super flavourful combo. First time here. Got their Signature Beef and Savoty Tofu pudding. Tastes pretty good for $10. Beef and their crispy flaky bun reminds me so much of Chinatown flavours, as if I am not in a mall but in some Asian shoo. I liked the flavour and the aroma. The savoury tofu contains peanuts and cilantro, making it so savoury delightful. I opted for non spicy one. A good snack alternative for this portion. I was interested in their trademark flaky burger which looked absolutely appetising but the Wontons truly won me over. At the cash counter, a special mention to Vivian for recommending the Chili Oil Wontons to me and guiding me on its content- such as Would it have noodles or just the wontons & the meat type( chicken or pork) which I forgot to mention until asked. Additionally, was graciously given out a Bingz broche commemorating their 2nd anniversary. Thankyou so much, really appreciate it. About the Food: Their service was fast and the dining was clean and ample to accommodate large crowds. My order number was called out and the wontons was pipping hot and steamy when i collected them. Soft with adequate filling coupled with the soup were delicious and great for a rainy day. The sizing of the wontons was small to medium which I feel is justified for the price. Although they had meal deals but a friendly suggestion would be to have add ons of noodles or rice to their staple dishes; this way we can customise more. Plus, they have a wide variety of appetizers. Service is fast and friendly. This location is their fifth location, at CF Fairview Mall, next to T&T Supermarket. Their grand opening was on 2023-06-16. For the first 7 days, every customer gets a coupon to get any crispy burger for $1.00. There is plenty of indoor seating of various types, tables, high tables, and counters. For Chinese hamburgers, there are two types of buns: crispy and non-crispy. Most restaurants use the non-crispy buns, but Bingz is the only restaurant in the GTA that uses the baked crispy buns. Yes, they are definitely crispy. The menu shows 8 entrees, 8 appetizers, and 8 drinks. There are 4 popular combos (entree + appetizer + drink), or you can make or own combo for $1 off the combined price. We've eaten at 4 of their 5 locations. This menu now has more kid-friendly menu items. Also, some of the spicy items come with they dry or liquid spice separately. This is a definite improvement over their previous menus. We ordered the following: 1. Entrees: Signature Pork Crispy Burger, Cumin Chicken Crispy Burger, Hot Nuggets (chili powder on the size). 2. Red is a popular colour among Chinese, symbolizing luck, joy, and happiness. White represents purity and innocence. The two owners are from China. The brand was founded in Beijing on 2014-04-08, and now has over 65 locations in Beijing. The Chinese Hamburger is called Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍) in Chinese, which literally translates to "meat in a bun". It is the cuisine of China's Shaanxi province, which has the capital city of Xi'An (or Xian), where you would find the terracotta warriors. There is free WiFi from the shopping mall. This is a newly opened fast food place at Fairview Mall, right across from the T&T. Hubby & I decided to get some takeout from here so we could try it. So we made a good sized order to go. The process is: you make your order & you get an order number. Then you just wait around until your number is called. The orders are filled pretty quickly. Since our order was larger than others who ordered before us & after us it took a little time. I estimate it took about 15 minutes. There was at least three people at the cash area when we made our order. The person ringing up the payment, and then two others expediting the orders. The colours for the decor are a bright white and red. All the staff wear red shirts & black pants. Most are wearing red ball caps. They seemed to have a great system putting the orders together. As it looked organized & seamless. As for the food, we ordered a bit of almost everything. Two beef burgers, two beef mushroom burgers, a poutine, chicken nuggets, chili french fries & the drinks. You can get the burgers in a combo format which includes drink & fries. I tried the beef mushroom burger & unfortunately it wasn't to my taste. I am a picky eater! There are seasonings in the burger that I don't like. That's just me though. Someone else might like it. I'm not completely sure what's in the seasonings for the burger. But our house smelled like an Indian restaurant when we heated up the food & ate it. I don't mean any offence to those who like Indian food. It's just not to my liking. Partly because when I eat Indian food I get a very upset stomach. Anyway, back to the burger. The bread was very flaky and flat, almost like a flat croissant type of texture. One dish that stole my heart is their Liangpi, a delightful starch noodle dish that never fails to satisfy my cravings. Favorites include: - BBQ mushroom burger - hot and sour noodles - chilli oil noodles - sour plum drink Honestly everything is delicious and fresh; you're bound to find something that suits your tastebuds. For the burgers, the signature pork is more mild, while cumin chicken definitely has a strong cumin flavour, and bbq mushroom is my fav - great veg option even for non vegetarians. I came here for a quick lunch and ordered the combo. It was very flavourful and an absolute wonderful surprise. The fries had these chili flakes which sprinkled in the fries itself enhanced the flavour. The buns were crispy and sauce was spicy, just the way I liked. It is almost like eating a croissant sandwich. The milkshake was spectacular as well. I loved the thickness and the texture of the drink. It had a red velvet touch to it which was a nice surprise. Fairview mall has finally reached its final evolution? With the addition of T&T, a lot of new food places have been added to that side of the mall. For lunch I decided to try Bingz as it looked like a delicious and filling meal. I got the combo with the chicken and cumin burger, cold noodles and a Hong Kong milk tea. In total I got $2 off the regular price but I still found the cost for the meal to be slightly expensive for the simple meal. I took my food to go but it did seem like there was plenty of seating for eating in. I appreciated that there was a sign near the entrance with the full menu so I could decide if I wanted to eat there before walking all the way to the cashier. The burger was very yummy and the pastry was deliciously flaky and crispy. The cold noodles came with 2 sauces, a sesame and spicy sauce and I think I preferred the cold noodles to the burger - the burger was a bit too oily for me. The milk tea was delicious.
