I love boba tea, but I don't understand the prices. Anyone else remember when a milk tea was under $5? Now it's over $8... Too much overhead going into the fancy cups, IMO. Ordered a taro milk tea, and I regret not requesting half/less sweet (got distracted while ordering). I made up for it later by adding extra ice and watering it down a bit. What an amazing food truck! Sweet treats were delicious! Whoever thought about the waffles on a stick and toppings is a food genius! I've had boba tea one time before so I thought I'd try the coffee with brown sugar crystal boba. Good combo! Service was friendly and quick. Ambiance was good, despite it being cold outside....lots of customers getting cold drinks. Mostly women.... We don't care, when it comes to good drinks, we'll have a shake in the winter! It can be challenging for me to do things on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday because of my work schedule but I've been hearing about this Boba Food Truck for months now and I've been looking for a chance to try it. I finally got my chance today. They park at North Domingo Baca Park 12-5 Fri-Sun most weekends and post schedules weekly on their Facebook and Instagram pages. They park on the Corona side not the Carmel side of the park. They were a little bit busy when I got there but not too bad and they were so friendly. They have a buzzer system. You order and pay and get a buzzer. When it goes off your order is ready, you exchange the buzzer for your order. I got the Vietnamese Crack (strong coffee with condensed milk) with fresh Boba to drink and a Samoa Mochi Waffle (toasted coconut sauce, toasted coconut, dark chocolate drizzle, Carmel drizzle) to snack on. The flavors of the Vietnamese Crack were smooth, bold, dark, with just a hint of sweetness. Super delicious. The waffle was better than a Girl Scout Samoa. Sweet, crunchy and warm. Their fresh Boba was soft, chewy and just a hint of sweet. They do a different theme and flavor profile for the Boba each month. The flavor for April is April Showers, it's described as Blue Razz and Blue Coconut. The flavors were subtle and complimented my drink. It was very refreshing. I felt the portion of Boba in the drink was very generous. It was totally worth it and I'm only sad it took me so long to get over there and enjoy it. It was such a nice day, I wished I could have hung out at the park but I had a refreshing drink with a tasty snack to help my day along. I've been wanting to try this tea truck for a long time. Now I know where they are located. They have a great variety of teas! So many different flavors to try. I decided on the Twisted Taro since taro is one of my favorite flavors and it was delicious! It had a great taro flavor with cremé brûlée flavor swirled in the tea...making the perfect sweetness. We also tried the strawberry lemonade and it was the best strawberry lemonade that we've ever had (yes, it beat out Red Robin's freckled lemonade) and the Brazilian lemonade was the perfect amount of tart and sweet. Tantalizing colorful menu full of flavorful boba tea and mochi waffles. The waffles were out by the time we got there today, but the drinks were fabulous. They taste as good as they look and make us want to come back and bring our friends and family to enjoy them as well. Most places ask what sugar level or ice level you want. They didn't do that, but it also wasn't necessary since they made them so well, without putting way too much ice in or anything like that. They have a QR code on the left side of the truck to check out the menu and figure out what you want to order. They are very friendly and helpful and have a good system of giving you a pager after you place your order so you know when your drink is ready to get from the pickup window without having to listen for your name. Bing Tea is hands down my favorite boba spot here in Albuquerque. They have a pretty extensive menu, with the basic staples. Their matcha set and their yogurt sets are probably my favorites, followed closely by the lemonades. I usually go with 25% sugar but even at 50% or 75%, their drinks aren't crazy sweet like other boba spots. Oh and they've got plenty of toppings but my favorite are the boba. All different colors, and plenty chewy. They're a different texture than most traditional boba, but I still love em. Ah how I'll miss living near one to get it more conveniently. I'm excited to find Bing Tea through Yelp! I had a chance to try some of their drinks Jasmin Milk Tea and Grape Gatsby earlier this week and was so glad to have try them. The taste was good and not too sweet at all. I particularly love their freshly made boba...so chewy but not too hard to chew either. Good things I go to North Domingo Baca Park often enough at least every month, so I will have to stop by there to get some snacks and try other varieties of tea at Bing Tea again the next time I'm there. Since then, I've been back a few more times to try the Almond Joy waffle (so good!), the Hawaiian coconut, and the pumpkin spice milk tea. Not sure which one I like more and the pumpkin actually tastes like real pumpkin. A little pricey, but it's worth it to go local and with all the boba specials- how could you go wrong. I visited the Bing Tea truck while at Cabezon Park where I was able to get my first try of Lychee Matcha Latte with fresh lychee bites. The lychee bites were so scrumptious, I loved it! Today is my 2nd time and I was so delighted that I got to try the Imperial Jasmine Milk Tea (this time around, they even included a metal straw - way to go to save the environment!) This tea was so aromatic and flavorful. I will definitely want this the next time I see them. I also tried the Tiger Sugar tea with boba. Found out they make their boba fresh daily in house. Superb! Their teas are loose leaf teas, imported from Taiwan (per their website). Definitely, makes for flavorsome teas. I also tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Delight Honeycomb Mochi Waffle, which was amazing! The waffle was crispy and had that crunch to it that was pleasing to the palate. Made with strawberries, strawberry reduction, cheesecake drizzle and powdered sugar. Definitely a must if you're having some tea. They do offer other drinks and desserts. Many to choose from milk tea, yakult, lemonade, matcha lattes, blended ice, fruit teas, speciality drinks, multiple toppings, bingsu (fluffy snow ice with toppings, sweetened condensed milk, homemade ice cream) and their honeycomb mochi waffles. Sometimes the taro flavor can be overwhelming and bitter, but this was the perfect amount of light bitterness with a move sweet forward flavor. This business has hands down the best boba pearls I've ever had they are soft and not too chewy or tough and have a great taste. Been wanting to try this place for a while now! I was excited I was finally able to go. My drink and the mochi waffle were delicious! I really enjoyed the fresh boba, it was the perfect texture. Bing tea has some of the most delicious and creative drinks I ever come across! I think I have officially formed a boba addiction lol. We have tried so many different drinks it's hard to choose a favorite but most recently my go to drink has to be the royal earl grey tea with their fresh boba of course it's my comfort drink. If I absolutely had to choose a favorite it would definitely be the pumpkin spice milk tea, which is a seasonal drink that I miss so much :( it's so good I highly recommend trying that when the season comes back in. The customer service was excellent and the workers were very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the drinks. This is especially important for me and my party as we had some dietary restrictions. They also have the option of making milk teas completely dairy free by using a vegan milk. Watch out for the "non-dairy" creamer as they did say it is not free of milk (which I find a little misleading). I enjoyed my taro matcha and the tropical sunrise was also delicious. I thought the gingie tea was too sweet for my preference. It was one of those things where it tasted good but I wouldn't necessarily want to drink an entire cup of it. I would like to try more of their drinks in the future. Overall I would come back and I really like the idea of boba tea truck. I think this will be really popular in the warmer months. read more

My YEE friend Shelly and I visited this fun food truck parked by a park on a cool, crisp late afternoon! Because so many were in line, I got the feeling people knew about this food truck well! The wait gave me time to download the menu from the QR code on the side of the truck and make a tough decision from so many intriguing choices. Being a berry fan, I chose the berry drink from the blended drinks which included blueberries and raspberries blended with jasmine tea. What I wanted was something that wasn't too sweet but refreshing. We were given a small buzzer which allowed us to warm up in the car while we waited. Great idea! The drink came with a nice wide straw and was plenty cold! Drinking the first few sips too fast resulted in brain freeze! I was very happy that the drink was perfectly balanced. It had a great berry flavor but wasn't too sweet at all. Countering my desire for something not too sweet was the sweet fudge-y chocolate cupcake. It was huge and definitely shareable. The cake part was moist and had good flavor. The icing was generous and truly fudge-alicious with shavings of chocolate on the top. $5.50 for the drink was on par with a SB frap price-wise, and yet it felt a little healthier! The inside of this food truck looked sparkling clean, and the lady waiting on us was friendly! If you see a line for a cold drink food truck on a cold day, it must be good!
