The girl working the register was so sweet and went over the menu in detail with me since it was my first time. The guy who brought my crepe out also took the time to tell me the best way to eat it. Came into the shop yesterday afternoon. I had been wanting to try this place since last year. There are several different options - 3 regular menu items and 3 seasonal items. The pumpkin spice crepe ($9) is an October special consisting of pumpkin spice custard, pecans, graham cracker, condensed milk, and whipped cream inside of a fluffy warm crepe. I paid an extra $1 to have the pumpkin custard brulee'd on top. I had seen some of the shop's fun TikTok videos. The owner was there to explain the options on the menu and explained how this was a Japanese style crepe that they're known for. The decor was also cute. My husband and daughter got dessert here, I was disappointed because they offer gluten-free crêpes, but they don't take any precautions to avoid cross-contamination. They use the same spatula and wooden dowel to spread the batter as they do with the regular gluten crêpes. It's frustrating to see a place invest in offering gluten-free options but not follow through with safe preparation. It would be extremely easy for this place to take pre cautions. We finally made our way to Crepe Brûlée after months of wanting to try it. We were greeted right away by everyone behind the counter--and the smell of cleanser. The kids exclaimed "what's that smell?!" when we walked in. Honestly? It didn't bother me. I'd rather smell cleanser than stinky anything. The owner gave us the run down of the menu and how to create our own dessert, also giving us the option of an ice cream cup instead of a crepe for the kids. He was also very patient as we were trying to decide--and if you know my kids, they take forever to decide between 2 options, so having more than 2 options they will change their minds 38578284 times. I got the original crepe brûlée, which was just as expected--a crepe with vanilla custard, strawberries, and caramelized sugar on top. It was tasty. The kids hadn't seen anyone use a blow torch on dessert before, so they thought it was neat. SO got a crepe with butter pecan flavored ice cream and some other toppings and enjoyed it. The kids got ice cream cups with fruit and whipped cream. They enjoyed their dessert. Crepe Brûlée is on the expensive side, ~$32 for 2 crepes and 2 ice cream cups, so not a place we would visit frequently, but definitely a place we will visit again. read more

I got the banana biscoff crepe and added the brûlée custard. It was delicious nice ratio of crepe to topping and everything tasted fresh. After adding the brulee custard it was a little expensive but quality ingredients and starting a business does not come cheap. Very good sweet creepery. got the classic brule. and it was sweet and nice but not cloyingly sweet, ot as massive as some stuffed crepe places have been, but still a good snack. the burnt sugar gave it a real fun crust. was sticking around reading a book, but someone came in with wearing a whole can of Axe social distancing spray... Nothing against the business, but i had to run before my sinuses did something.. It was frustrating but figured they must be amazing so I came back a few weeks later but made sure to get there earlier. I got the banana crepe brulee which comes with the custard, banana, vanilla wafers, and a biscoff butter. They had photos on their wall, but what I received looked nothing like it I was a little bummed but figured as long as it tastes awesome I'm all for it.
