This is the best customer service in Albuquerque. I don't think I've ever felt so instantly welcomed. The girl working the register was so sweet and went over the menu in detail with me since it was my first time. The guy who brought my crepe out also took the time to tell me the best way to eat it. I really appreciated how genuinely kind they both were! I opted for the Ube crepe and wow! It was amazing. The cold Gelato, creamy Ube, and ripe bananas? Absolute perfection. I really loved this and now I have to try the whole menu! Im going to always make an effort to come here for dessert from now on. read more

Came into the shop yesterday afternoon. I had been wanting to try this place since last year. There are several different options - 3 regular menu items and 3 seasonal items. The pumpkin spice crepe ($9) is an October special consisting of pumpkin spice custard, pecans, graham cracker, condensed milk, and whipped cream inside of a fluffy warm crepe. I paid an extra $1 to have the pumpkin custard brulee'd on top. I had seen some of the shop's fun TikTok videos. The owner was there to explain the options on the menu and explained how this was a Japanese style crepe that they're known for. The decor was also cute. They provided a clear cup so that it would be easier to transport with me. Fun dessert- like a warm pumpkin pie crossed with a creme brulee. 2025 #79 read more

This place has a fun concept, of rolled crepes with creme brulee and other toppings inside. The person working there was nice and helpful in helping me understand the menu and how to order. I got their signature crepe brulee with strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. The treat itself tasted fine, but it didn't have enough flavor or enjoyment to be worth it for me. It's great that they offer vegan and gluten free options. read more

My husband and daughter got dessert here, I was disappointed because they offer gluten-free crêpes, but they don't take any precautions to avoid cross-contamination. They use the same spatula and wooden dowel to spread the batter as they do with the regular gluten crêpes. It's frustrating to see a place invest in offering gluten-free options but not follow through with safe preparation. It would be extremely easy for this place to take pre cautions. Unfortunately, this lack of care can make someone with celiac disease seriously ill. My daughter and husband said their crepes were delicious! read more

I was eager to try Crepe Brulee and seeing the pistachio flavor they had for March was the push I needed! It's a cute little shop with a kawaii aesthetic that goes well with the Japanese style crepes. The friendly chap taking orders explained how their treats were made and how to eat them. There were a few people ahead of us so I had just enough time for happy anticipation before getting my crepe. It was as good as I could have hoped and a perfect sweet snack to improve my day. It's not in my usual part of town but well worth stopping by for a fancy-feeling treat with fantastic service in a charming setting. read more

We finally made our way to Crepe Brûlée after months of wanting to try it. We were greeted right away by everyone behind the counter--and the smell of cleanser. The kids exclaimed "what's that smell?!" when we walked in. Honestly? It didn't bother me. I'd rather smell cleanser than stinky anything. The owner gave us the run down of the menu and how to create our own dessert, also giving us the option of an ice cream cup instead of a crepe for the kids. He was also very patient as we were trying to decide--and if you know my kids, they take forever to decide between 2 options, so having more than 2 options they will change their minds 38578284 times. I got the original crepe brûlée, which was just as expected--a crepe with vanilla custard, strawberries, and caramelized sugar on top. It was tasty. The kids hadn't seen anyone use a blow torch on dessert before, so they thought it was neat. SO got a crepe with butter pecan flavored ice cream and some other toppings and enjoyed it. The kids got ice cream cups with fruit and whipped cream. They enjoyed their dessert. Crepe Brûlée is on the expensive side, ~$32 for 2 crepes and 2 ice cream cups, so not a place we would visit frequently, but definitely a place we will visit again. read more

I am Gluten-free and also allergic to nuts, the cashier was incredibly solicitous and made the necessary swaps to the recipe cheerfully. Cute place for a date or to get dessert with family/friends! The staff was so friendly, I believe the owner greets you and takes your order. Takes the time to explain the concept and how the menu works. They have a lot of different flavor options, we went for the classic. The concept is genius, they use a freshly made crape and fill it with crème brûlée (delicious) and then add different toppings. Outs had strawberry and gram cracker crumble. They walk the crape over to you and caramelize it with a torch right In front of you so it's nice and warm when received. I had to limit my husband to only one because he wanted to keep eating it was so good. Highly recommend this place!! read more

As everyone was getting the full run down on how the concept works service was a little slow but I didn't mind I was there to relax and everyone was polite and attentive. I got the banana biscoff crepe and added the brûlée custard. It was delicious nice ratio of crepe to topping and everything tasted fresh. Very good sweet creepery. got the classic brule. and it was sweet and nice but not cloyingly sweet, ot as massive as some stuffed crepe places have been, but still a good snack. the burnt sugar gave it a real fun crust. was sticking around reading a book, but someone came in with wearing a whole can of Axe social distancing spray... The first time I tried going here they were actually sold out of their products. It was frustrating but figured they must be amazing so I came back a few weeks later but made sure to get there earlier. I got the banana crepe brulee which comes with the custard, banana, vanilla wafers, and a biscoff butter. They had photos on their wall, but what I received looked nothing like it I was a little bummed but figured as long as it tastes awesome I'm all for it. It did taste good...but felt like it was too light on the banana, wafers, and biscoff flavoring. It kind of tastes like plain custard only. The people were very friendly though and like I said it was good...but not sure I would go out of my way to eat it again. read more

**The Crepe Brulee: A Sweet Symphony in Albuquerque** If you thought Albuquerque couldn't get any sweeter, think again! The grand opening of The Crepe Brulee, the city's newest dessert emporium, was nothing short of a sugar-coated spectacle. The line started forming at 8 AM, and by the time we arrived at 3 PM, it was still snaking out the door. But let me tell you, the wait was worth every minute. First up, the **Salted Caramel Crunch**. Imagine a custard so smooth it could moonlight as a jazz singer, topped with a brulee'd crust that cracks like the punchline of a good joke. The salted caramel added just the right amount of sass, making each bite a delightful dance of sweet and salty. Then there was the **Banana Biscoff Pudding**. This wasn't just any pudding; it was a pudding with a PhD in deliciousness. The brulee'd custard on top was like a golden crown, and the Biscoff cookies added a crunch that could rival the best stand-up comedy routine. The banana flavor was so fresh, I half-expected to see a monkey swinging from the ceiling. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance: the crepe. Fresh off the griddle, this crepe was filled with custard, topped with all the fixings, and finished with a brulee'd top that was so perfect, it could have been sculpted by Michelangelo himself. Each bite was a warm, gooey, crunchy masterpiece that left us all in a state of dessert-induced euphoria. So, if you're in Albuquerque and have a sweet tooth that needs satisfying, head over to The Crepe Brulee. Just be prepared to wait in line - and trust me, it's a line worth standing in. read more
