I love everything about food trucks. I love the variety, the convenience, the diversity and the option to break from the same old scene. On this day the Bing Tea truck was parked at the Domingo Baca park along with multiple other food trucks all offering their own selection of delicacies. On this visit, my first but definitely not my last, the weather was a bit chill but it could not keep us away. The Bing Tea truck has a QR code on the truck that you can scan to access their menu but since I follow them on Instagram, @bingtea, I had looked them up beforehand. They have so many options to choose from! The Jasmine Imperial Tea was full of beautiful colors and flavor and quenched my thirst for both thirst and visual appeal. This was my first experience with Jasmine tea and I was surprised by the slight floral notes of the tea but I did not hate it. In fact I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and delicious it was. They've made me a fan of Jasmine tea! My team of 2 also opted for Grape Gatsby and that was a very fresh and fruity and all around satisfying slushy delight. What a pleasant surprise it was when we got to the park and saw this beautiful oasis. I never knew a boba truck in Albuquerque existed! I wish I could remember the name of the drink that I got, but it was on special and had taro in it. The boba was the perfect consistency, service was incredibly friendly, and a fair price point. Holy moly, I was so excited to finally be able to try Bing Tea, and especially excited that they are bringing an authentic Asian dessert truck to Albuquerque. The owners of this truck are so incredibly hardworking, and built this all from scratch! To start, everything from head to toe was so clean, organized, and efficient. They have a big QR code on the side of their truck to scan for their menu. Once you get to the window you order, they have devices that will buzz when your order is ready. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful, with so many good suggestions if you don't know what to order. Which brings me to the next topic: the menu!!!! When you first open up the menu, they have a delicious range of boba, fruit teas, blended drinks, bingsu, and mochi waffles. I wanted to order everything. I decided on four items, and I would have them every day if I could. The strawberry cheesecake mochi waffle: cooked to crispy golden perfection with a fluffy, yet chewy interior. Topped with fresh strawberries and a tasty, sweet cheesecake drizzle. The Vintage Assam Milk Tea: super duper yummy! It was not too sweet, which is the ultimate Asian compliment the tea flavor was mild, but strong enough to get the floral, spice-filled notes. And it's not complete without their special, one-of-a-kind, handmade Loki boba! This boba is unique in the way that it is black and white, just like their sweet dog! The chewy texture was one of the best bobas I've ever had, and also had been soaking in it's own sweet syrup to give it some flavor. Twisted Taro: this was a great drink from their blended series. With delicious sweetness from the taro flavor, it has a unique purple color, and delicious cream swirls added along the edges of the cup to give it a beautiful aesthetically pleasing drink. Lastly, the Princess Peachhh: this was a fruit tea that I bought for my partner. No lactose in it, but damn was it delicious!!! The peach flavor was all natural, super strong, but not overwhelming the oolong tea that is mixed in with this drink. Again, not overpoweringly sweet, but SO refreshing!! I added aloe based on the owner's recommendation, and I don't regret it! I cannot wait to keep trying everything on their menu, and I will definitely be coming back over and over and over. For the second Yelp Elite Squad experience of 2023, I was allowed to order two different items: 1. Boba drink of my choice (with homemade Boba) and 2. A waffle on a stick. For the Boba I got the Imperial green tea and for the waffle, I chose to Cinnamon Toast Crunch that shit. I got a little buzzer and before I knew it my hand was buzzing and my stuff was ready for pick-up. After getting my complimentary items, I walked over to say hi to Destiny the queen. I met a new friend and after friending her took a sip of my drink in the freezing wind and was hooked on every sip thereafter. Bing is gonna boom you out of the way. My mouth couldn't stop sippin' on that drink and slurping on that straw. I mean, it was the most authentic tasting Boba I've ever had in me life. And then there's the waffle. Despite an interesting batter texture, I ate it all it. It was too chewy. But nonetheless, Bing is now my bobafied (hehe) top pick for ALL of my bobalicious my cravings. I love my bobarista! Amazing... the staff were kind... I got the Thai tea with boba. We were on a girls weekend trip and saw them pop up on yelp... and so glad we did. The Strawberry Cheesecake Mochi Waffle was hands down my favorite bite the whole weekend! And what a difference fresh handmade boba taste compared to what I've been use to. I would give them 10-'s if I could! Wish so much I there where here in Minnesota. If I lived closer they would be a regular place for my family and I. Bing tea showed up at the UNM campus, super cute vehicle great employees. They seems super organized as we got a buzzer for our tea instead of names which personally is more accurate. Plus we only waited around 5 mins, very fast even on a busy night. I had the charcoal royal earl gray tea, the tea itself was delicious, very smooth and flavorful. The boba was fun, I've never had it colored so it was a surprise. Pretty sure the boba was made of white sugar to enhance the blue color and not brown sugar so it has a bit of a different texture, not as sticky as one should say. Over all I'm a big fan of the place weather or not it's made of the brown sugar the tea was great and the color was fun. read more

This is my favorite boba spot in all of Albuquerque hands down. The boba is delicious and the teas are always so well flavored. The trick is finding when and where the truck will show up next! You gotta follow em on Instagram or FB to find where they will be but it's always worth it! Best spot in Albuquerque! Their tea is strong and so aromatic! Every drink I've tried is amazing! The Jasmine milk tea, Assam, rose, you can really taste the tea in every sip. Not too overly sweet. Great balance of flavor and aesthetic. It's such a treat to be able to get amazing boba right at the park. It's our family's go to now. The menu is a QR code that you can scan with your camera, which makes it nice and easy to access and gives it a clean simple look. Everyone has a phone nowadays so viewing it on your own phone is pretty cool and the menu is super easy to follow. The truck is so beautiful and clean. They also make their boba fresh in house, which is amazing and the first I've seen in ABQ! You can definitely taste the difference. We are boba addicts and have been trying boba places everywhere and this is definitely on our top list. They do sell out of boba from time to time but it's because it's so good, who wouldn't want it! We are always willing wait for the perfect boba. We are trying everything on the menu!! They also come up with new drinks all the time, which makes it fun and interesting. finally got a chance to try bing tea for the demon slayer collab at the summerfest in nob hill! the collab stickers were so cute and the drinks were amazing! employees were super friendly and we didn't have to wait long -- they handed out little pagers to tell you when to come back to pick up your order, but it was only a couple minutes. i'll definitely be keeping an eye on the truck schedule from now on, everything we ordered was great! read more

This is the BEST boba tea place within the continental US. Bar none. Every flavor that I've ordered is out of this world. These guys are creative with every mix. You can just tell that they spent a lot of time dreaming up the perfect concoction. Their melon drink is the best melon I've ever tasted.
