First time going to this location. I'm sad to say it wasn't as stellar as I had originally anticipated. This start off by saying the employee there was not very friendly. He walked away as I approached the counter. I was confused as I wasn't aware I had to order on the tablet on the counter. When I began using the tablet I was in search of the new mushroom burger they sent me an email yesterday about. Of course you know it's what I wanted to try. Sadly it wasn't on the menu on the tablet. When I called the employee for help I basically got the vibe he didn't want to be there and he was hesitant to approach. When he did come to the counter I asked about the burger even showed him the email to get told it's not out yet and it was coming soon. I found myself wondering why I even got the email if this was true. Needless to say the food came out really fast. I thought well that's good at least. The presentation was better than the experience. The cheese on the queso fries was pretty skimpy. There were way more fries than cheese which was disappointing. The burger I wasn't a fan of either. It needed more cheese and the stackers sauce tasted strange like it a chipotle sauce it wasn't the same as I recalled. I'm sad to say this is the second location I've had a bad experience with. It's really disappointing because I really loved this place. I guess I'll have to stick to the central food hall because so far that's the only location that hasn't disappointed me like this yet. read more

I have eaten here once before and really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed it this time but I have to say that the green chile was super hot. This isn't anyone's fault (I know how chile works) but I did have to remove some so I could finish my burger. Didn't seem to get as many chile cheese fries in my order like last time but they were still delicious. Service was fast, as usual. It's a food truck and I ordered delivery so I'm not sure what the seating situation is but they are a food truck, just fyi. I believe there is seating in the food truck park. I will still be ordering from this place when I want a scrumptious burger. I recommend this food truck and I think you will be happy with anything you order. read more

So the Apple Map had us a bit confused as we turned right and first saw the gas station. It never fails, I did not look at the big picture. When I saw the food truck park, I thought ok what did I sign up for..... We went to the window and I checked in as a Yelp Elite. My husband reviewed the menu and he ordered a double meat burger with green chili. We found a seat under an umbrella and decided we wanted a soda. Two Fanta's later and our burgers were ready! They say you eat with your eyes first, it looked perfect! The first bite, I tasted the gooey cheese, a hint of the green chili and the freshly made burger. The brioche bun was lightly toasted yet soft which was a great compliment to the burger. Mouth watering! Cooked to perfection yet the simple goodness a burger should be. I really needed a protein punch after roller skating and the hangover burger at Stackers is just what I needed! The patties are thin and when smashed much bigger than the bun. It was cooked to perfect crisp. I added pickles to mine and removed the egg. I was skeptical about the beef bacon but it was very tasty as well. I will for sure be back. This is a nice food truck near the paseo del Norte neighborhood! Customer service is great and service it realizable and speedy. The food truck is located near other food trucks in a park type of surrounding. The hamburger and fries were fresh. The burger was nicely cooked and fresh with each bite. To be honest is was better than Freddy's burger! The hurdler also came with green Chile which for a New Mexican is always a plus! I highly recommend this food truck! I found this place at a food truck park in a nice neighborhood corner with several other food trucks. A cool set-up. Like an Oasis...Seriously!!!! But, here I got a real fresh meat Patty!!!! Not frozen and premade. Got a green chili cheese burger w fries which I rarely ever get anywhere but it was worth it!!! The ppl in the food truck were so nice and accommodating since this was my first time here. There are times when I just want a home style burger and thankfully this place has it. If you know these guys are behind a food venture, doesn't matter what the cuisine is, then you know it's gonna be solid. It was a windy day with raindrops threatening to become a shower. So, I ended up heading home to eat Stackers' Duke City Smash Burger, which is a traditional green chile cheeseburger that has been smashed on the grill. I also had a side of their Boring Fries. Usually, microwaving burgers and fries doesn't help the quality, but I have to say that Stackers' burger and fries tasted excellent. Stackers is planted in Pacific Rim Food Park on Louisiana NE south of San Antonio NE. I don't know if they move around like their sister Tikka Spice. You can do drive-thru there, order online, or hang out at the food park and have a picnic. They deliver close by. read more

I was craving a good burger and I heard a lot about Stackers. It seemed to make the burger that was the answer to my appetite. So I drove from Santa Fe to Albuquerque to give them a try. Stackers is in an area that has a half dozen food trucks. The area has a few shaded tables. Not enough if it's a hot sunny day. I managed to share one with a friendly couple while waiting for my order. Stackers has a paging system that rings when your order is ready which is great. Finally got to bite into what looked like my hamburger dream. Sadly, it was not up to my expectations and the server was a little blunt when I ordered and later when I asked for condiments. I'm guessing it had been the end of a busy holiday weekend since they were out of some things, like a little salt for my fries and most drinks. The server seemed to be the only person doing everything. What with the heat of the day and the furnace of heat in the trailer, I'm not surprised she had some attitude. I feel for her. read more

If you ever want the food that looks just like it does in the menu advertisement. This is the place where you will get it. On too of it looking great it tastes just as good as it looks. We got the single cheeseburger with avocado and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try their other burger variations and specially doing the fried egg add on. High end restaurant quality and taste you wouldn't believe came from a food truck. We drive from Rio Rancho for these burgers and it is definitely worth the drive. read more

Came out reasonably quickly, and seating was ample in this big food court of a building. The fries were solid, though I believe they are the ones where they put a coating of starch on the outside for extra crunch. Not my absolute fave but very good and well seasoned. Where things did go a little sideways was on the burger. Had the green chili burger. Everything was good-to-very-good about it except one really major thing. There was not a speck of seasoning on it. The result was predicable: a burger where everything is going right-texture, ratios, etc. but it's bland. Salt and pepper (especially salt--any salt at all) would have solved this problem. But you're a burger joint: you're supposed to know that you need to season the patty before it goes on the griddle. Anyway, for $22 with tip for a burger, fries, and a drink, it's expensive. If the burger were seasoned, I'd say, expensive, but this is 2025 and stuff is expensive. But with no seasoning, I don't think I'm going back. read more

A friend recommended we try this place and we did so on a Friday night per. The burger was delicious. The lady taking our order was a bit "meh". She wasn't very friendly so I my date was ready to go elsewhere. I told him that I've heard it was good so we'd try it. The burger with green chili was delicious. My date ordered tater tots and asked if they could cook a extra crispy, there was no one behind us no line... But they certainly weren't cooked extra crispy. I don't think she was paying attention. Sunday afternoon I walked up to order food. The woman working was talking to another employee from another restaurant for 2-3 minutes before she acknowledged me. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality. A kids cheeseburger is $11... just the burger, which was fine but it falls short of the price point. Cherry on top was? I walked back up about 15 minutes later to get a milk shake, the same woman walks and says "anything you order is going to take 30-45 minutes"... I said "even a milk shake?" My cheeseburger was delicious. I usually only eat the juicy ridiculous meat burgers. This petite burger was juicy with perfectly melted cheese and had these lovely caramelized onions in the burger. The bun was good. It was softish and brown on the top. I loved it. I would say it was definitely a mouth experience. And though it's really far from where I'd live, I'd go back. The people who run this cart were super nice and it's part of a pod with other super interesting trucks. There's also a shaded area with grass you can hang out at. It was so nice to sit in the grass and enjoy my meal in the shade. I just wish they'd get misters for the summer. That would be perfect. The burger was delicious and done right. The meat, cheese, onions, and green chillies all meshed perfectly in each bite, making each bite fully flavorful. I personally like burgers that are not full of topping that make them sloppy, difficult to eat, with topping falling off, and messy. In my opinion, simple is best so that the burger flavor can shine through with complements of toppings and seasoning. A burger should be simple with a touch of added ingredients.
