First time here for my birthday on a Friday evening. The hostess met us with a friendly smile. It wasn't too busy and the service from our waitress was average. The ambiance was inviting and calm. Once the sun went down it was a bit dark inside the restaurant. I ordered the rib eye medium well but it was a bit more on the rare side. I was disappointed that it only came with 4 mini potatoes and no bread basket while we waited for food. My husband had the chicken salad. The chicken was rubbery but the waitress was kind enough to bring him another one which looked and tasted the same. I was grateful for a free delicious birthday cake. Overall the food is over priced and subpar.

My friend and I were in the area and walking along central looking at menus as we walked, and we saw 3128 social house menu with both octopus and ceviche and had to enter. The place is very clean and has minimalist decor, but it is not cold. The bar area is attractive, and the roll up doors let the inside and the outside patio join seamlessly. We did indeed order the octopus and ceviche, along with the double dipper, which is garlic hummus, smoked artichoke dip, and many different veggie spears. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server Christopher was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and he advised us on drink selections. I chose a lavender infused vodka cocktail that was delicious, and my friend chose a Hugo spritz. It wasn't on the cocktail menu, but the bar had no trouble sending over a refreshing and tasty Hugo. The three appetizers were plenty for us, and we loved how perfectly cooked the octopus was and the tasty blended flavors of the ceviche. From other Yelpers, I've just learned about their happy hour, so I must return to try that!

Cocktails and Cacti - A small cactus plant in a white ceramic pot with a QR code is positioned on a wooden outdoor table. Next to it, there is a short glass filled with iced cocktail, garnished with orange slices and a metal stirrer. So we wound up here. It is down by the campus. It looked a little hipster and Bougie from the road. It definitely was. The menu was a little different. We almost had our cocktails and left. I am glad we did not. The seared scallops on lobster risotto was amazing. One of the best things I have had lately. The chucks of lobster in a perfectly cooked risotto topped with scallops and greens for flavor and texture. They knocked it out of the park on this one. They seemed short staffed with only one waitress, but she did a great job. They serve a proper cocktail as well. We sat on the patio. The hipster vibe was in effect. But all in all a great experience. Full transparency. I am not sure what I would have ordered if I did not see this.

Shrimp risotto - A seafood risotto featuring grilled shrimp arranged on top of a bed of rice mixed with vegetables and herbs. The dish is garnished with microgreens and pomegranate seeds, served on a white, round plate placed on a wooden table. The presentation emphasizes fresh ingredients and colorful toppings.

The first restaurant I tried when I got to New Mexico since it was close to the airport. I tried the bread, but would not recommend unless you like bread that is hard and chip like. I also had the risotto and added shrimp. I enjoyed that dish.

Overall, this place is okay. It didn't wow me. Food - got the featured catch (halibut) and house burger with onion rings. They weren't mind-blowing. The presentation was nice, but the actual taste was nothing extraordinary. My favorite part of the featured catch was the sweet potato. Its portion size was quite small for $36. I wouldn't recommend it. The burger was also just a burger. Onion rings were onion rings. The house sauce was somewhat sweet. Service - no issues here. 5/5 Ambiance - it's nice and feels somewhat upscale. They opened the doors to the outside seating to let in the air, which improved the ambiance. I believe the prices are based more on the ambiance than the food. The bathroom wasn't particularly nice, though. I thought it would be nicer based on the seating area.

Raw oysters - A close-up of a raw oyster served on ice, with a dollop of sauce and microgreens on top. The oyster shell is partially visible, and the presentation emphasizes freshness and seafood quality.

Our server was lovely, fun & prompt to clarify our special request when there was an issue with their p.o.s system. The space is lovely, relaxing, very glad we chose a booth. The music is loud enough to not hear everyone else's conversations, but still soft enough to hear our own. Our cocktails were well balanced & delicious. But the food! Thanks chef! We started with raw oysters & really put our trust in when the server said they were 1/2 price; they were perfect! (So much so we almost decided to forgo the rest of the meal & just have them keep coming!) The lobster croquettas were crunchy, sweet & absolutely delicious. We chose the pork belly with the fall risotto & so glad we did, the meat smokiness was perfect. The fall salad was equally delicious, fresh greens, a light vinagreta, the perfect complement any of the larger proteins. They had glasses of wine on special too, so you wouldn't believe how graciously we could tip for the price of such an upscale dinner. Well done!

We visited for Christmas Eve (so this review is a little delayed) and were blown away by the service and quality of the meal. We were big fans of the previous Nob Hill Bar and Grille and were cautiously optimistic about our experience here after reading some reviews. Those expectations were exceeded when the manager learned it was my birthday and gifted us with a champagne flight. Way to kick off the night! We had the prixe fixe meal (the only offering that night... understandable) which included salads and dessert. I can't remember what we had, other than that I did three chair dances due to how tasty everything was. I do remember the epic smorgasbord we had for an entree, which included a filet, shrimp, and chicken so tender it melted in my mouth. We were stuffed and the food/service was exceptional. In fact, doing this review is inspiring me to make another reservation! I am so happy that Nob Hill now has 3-4 restaurants that not only compete on a local level, but are just as good or better than meals I've had in LA or San Francisco. It's that good. Thank you!

Found this place on Yelp while in ABQ for a weekend. Aydon was our server and absolutely took incredible care of us. Dustin, the owner, also brought the hospitality! This place is a must, the food is slightly higher priced compared to other restaurants in the area but I'd say it's more upscale American dining. The food was fresh, music was fun, and the drinks were delicious. If you have a big party and find yourself in the area...you have to check this place out! Few highlights in the images below!

This was an amazing surprise! We were headed to Santa Fe from the airport, but our flight had been delayed enough that we weren't going to make dinner. I scouted Yelp and came up with Gather, a tapas bar. But when we walked in it was just too noisy for our mood, so we went next door to Social House. Lovely atmosphere, and our table was next to a window looking at a fire pit. Drinks were brought promptly by our server, who also gave us suggestions. Husband had a burger with locally raised beef, and every component was perfect. Came with a delicious side salad. I had barley soup topped with pork belly. Can't even describe the taste, nothing like any barley soup I've had, and so amazingly good! Then a salad with arugula, radicchio, citrus segments, Kalamata olives, pine nuts and goat cheese, topped with serrano ham! Talk about balanced flavors! Absolutely fabulous! And a delicious Sicilian red. That should have been enough, but we decided to share a dessert, and the date cake was recommended. Never thought i would like date cake, but this was extraordinary! Several toppings i forget, and house made caramel ice cream. Yummy! Our service was excellent.

We actually did need a password to get in. Luckily, you could go to their website and request one and get it instantly by email. The facade is a real liquor store with a good selection of local and unique brews and spirits. We were led through a walk in freezer door and down a dark narrow staircase, which was fun and felt like a true speakeasy. We got to sit in the side room by ourselves the whole time, which was fun and nice and private. It's a small space with an old speakeasy type feel with neat art, wallpaper, ceilings, and such. Most importantly, the drinks are so good! We were enthralled by the fall seasonal cocktail menu, with smoked cinnamon, pumpkin, sweet potato!!, and other delectable fall flavors. The drinks all have a wild and complex combination of flavorings, and they make all their syrups in house. So yummy and such a good experience to sit and sip. Our server came to take our orders and check on us and was very nice.

Overall, Teddy Roe's isn't just a bar--it's an experience. If you're looking for somewhere unique, a little mysterious, and full of personality, this place absolutely delivers. We went with the Korean Chicken bites, the Margarita Flatbread, & the green chilli cheeseburger. The Chicken bites were terrible. Taste wasn't great at all, they were very very fried, but not in a good way. I love some good crunchy fried chicken but these just were not it! The flavor, the texture, none of it was right. The Margarita Flatbread was med. Taste was pretty good, but it was soggy and didn't hold up well at all. That said it was the best of the 3 things we did get. Unfortunately, that's not saying much..... The burger was okay also. Not bad by any means, but nothing special at all either....considering there's a burger place next door I thought the burger would be able to compete with the neighbor, but trust me if you want a burger, go next door! They don't put sauce on it at all, no nothing. Just straight up patty, cheese and bun. Only my 6 year old cousin eats like that.....I did add some mayo and ketchup, which helped, but still not a great burger.... The bun didn't add much for us either, even though it was baked in house with green chilli....A simple brioche would be better imo... The fries with the burger were actually the best single item of the experience. Their fries are really good! So good that I was going to eat every single one of them but instead my waiter just came and took my plate before I had finished the last 10 or so. No are you finished yet, or anything, just grabbed it, turned and left. I was so shocked I didn't even have time to say I'm not done with that. He left the crummy chicken bites we weren't eating though..... LOL Seriously don't touch my plate unless it's empty, or you ask first! Since it was a small amount I let it slide and didn't reduce his tip because the rest of the service was actually pretty good overall..... I definitely 100% will not be back here though, there's much better food in the area.
