Everything on the plate complemented each other really well. To pair with dinner, I had a glass of the 631 Merlot, and it was excellent. It was smooth, rich, and paired perfectly with the meal. If you enjoy red wine but don't want anything too overpowering, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels upscale without being pretentious. The service reason it received a 4 star was for the service. Our waitress was very friendly but it took a very long time to bring our drink order and apps. This was because she said she was given two tables at once. So it was not her fault. Overall, experience made for a really enjoyable evening. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu--and of course, more of their wines!

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a really cool art-gallery vibe throughout the space. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time sipping wine and browsing the local artwork. The wine selection was impressive--lots of unique New Mexico wines to choose from, and the tasting flights are a great way to try several different varieties. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations based on what we liked and explaining the wines without making it feel intimidating. We also tried a cheese board which paired perfectly with the wine and made the whole experience feel a little extra special.
