    Pomme frites from heaven!
    Michelle W.

This new masterpiece of a restaurant in Albuquerque is not one to miss! The owners have created this magical place with the attention to every detail. The wine list is phenomenal, the cultivated collection of other beverages and beers is fantastic. The overall decor is fun and comforting at the same time. The amazing creations that they make with fermented and pickled items will constantly keep us coming back. Every single thing we had was phenomenal and we went twice in the same week. The real star that will have me checking Southwest flights for inexpensive trips to Albuquerque? The Pomme frites! Hands-down, the best fancy french fry, and aoli I have ever had. Thank you Chef Houla and Jennifer, we will see you soon.

    Caviar flight menu

I came here specifically so I can try caviar for the first time! I had the caviar flight which came with 3 different kinds. Was seated and served rather quickly. The place is calm & comforting with the low dimmed lights and soft music. I did enjoy the caviar & would definitely come here again!

It's also listed as rooftop. Which it is... but it's on the second story. Either way, they did a great job with the space. There're options for diff seating areas to be more in the mix of things, or more secluded and private. Entrance is through the hotel, through Char, and up the stairs. Suprize and RJ were great bartenders. The clarified pina colada milk punch was delicious.

The space has been flipped around so the bar is on the opposite side it used to be. The bar is larger but the space is the same size leaving the seating area a bit cramped. Service was well enough I believe it was their first day of service so they are finding their footing. I did not try a signature cocktail however, expect to spend $15-$17 which I guess is standard these days. I had a vodka soda (my go-to) and we went outside. The patio is much more open compared to the old space, and the vibe is more boho chic with funky accents and wicker chairs. They have these fun swinging chairs outside, however , I found their placement a bit odd, because they are right in front of the dual service bar top and there's only two chairs. The music was big band, and swing and the vibe was chill, it was a precursor to our next venue but still relaxing for a Sunday afternoon. Also one thing to note is that they do not serve the downstairs menu upstairs but serve "snacks". Beef jerky, nuts, that sort of thing. Go check them out and help support local. I expect to go back again soon and will update.

The burger was fantastic! Served with your choice of salad or fries. ( I picked salad - trying to be healthy ) The Martini was a bit shocking at first sip... it got better as I drank it. I thought maybe the EVOO was good for my health too . I might not order it again, but I enjoyed the adventure! Service was a bit slow, due to limited staff early on. We went here for a low key place to paint and spend some time. They put up with us doing art at the table well and allowed 2 of us to sit at a big round corner booth to have some quiet and privacy. The place was actually surprisingly loud when we arrived with some loud groups and sound carrying, but it quieted down later. This was a weekday evening. Our server was very nice and helpful in us selecting our drinks. The drinks were fancy and good. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pumpkin spice martini off- season. I really enjoyed the drinks I had. I ordered mushroom flatbread and it was plentiful and very tasty.

I knew after dinner we may wanna grab 1 more drink so I had checked to see if there were any new spots sine the last time we were in town. I hadn't heard of this Teddy Roe's so we grabbed a reservation for the late evening. After getting dropped off by a car we tried to find the entrance. I'm not going to give away the trick to it but it was fun. Once inside we got our spot that we held. I didn't see a drink on their menu that I liked that was rum based, so I asked the kind bartender if they could make me one. I only asked that it be alcohol forward, but that I was good if it was a more fruity drink too. They brought me a concoction that was perfect. It's a real nice place. The ornate ceiling and the beautiful bar added to the regal vibes of the place. I would definite recommend Teddy's; it's one of the best speakeasies in town.

I don't care for jazz. But it was great music and the place was packed. Everyone was enjoying it all and the vibe was a good one to be around. Arcy was behind the bar and suggested a few drinks. They were both good. Deviled eggs were good and the pickled purple onions were a good touch - though I still haven't come across deviled eggs that are better than my own The special of the day was pork chops. I'm not a pork person but I chanced it anyhow. I'll have to say, it was probably the best pork chop I've ever had. They sousvided it and it came with apple butterand it all worked beautifully. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this spot. Well done!

This place is decorated like you're walking into a 60s spot. I didn't get a chance to look at the food but I went to the bar this specific time. At the time we were the only folks there at 4pm and there were already items on menu that weren't currently available for a Tuesday afternoon. I ended up ordering the Pondy Pit Stop, which is lemonade and a New Mexican lime lager. Sounds very refreshing for this time of year. Sadly I was bummed to see it was just smiths lemonade poured into my glass. I think I preferred a fresher taste. It also felt like the bartender is getting to know the menu still hence why I'll give it some time and come back in the future. All in all it's a cute spot and I wish it well.

He deserves allllllll of the stars and the moonnnnn in the skyyyyy.... ;) Moonwalk stands out since all of their products feature local vendors... so local wines, liquor and brews. I'm not the biggest New Mexico fan but I respect the concept. Supporting locals is good for the local economy. 3 drink limit. Everyone gets carded, so don't be sensitive and take it personally. Between the three of us, my cousins and I tried a good amount of their brews and whiskeys. I had the Sandia Paleta, Lexington Lemonade, and Jala-Back Girl. The Sandia Paleta has agave spirit, watermelon, lime, tabasco. Fun to try but the least favorite if I had to compare. The Lexington Lemonade has lone wolf, lemon, peach and ginger beer. Very light and refreshing. A tad sweet, but still probably my favorite drink among the three. The Jala-Back Girl has jalapeno rum, simple syrup and lime. Not too spicy, just enough spice to have a kick. Very unique. An amazing way to start the day at Moonwalk with my cousins and Joshy. Highly recommended checking this spot out if you are in the area.
