I honestly can't even remember which dish it was, but I do remember stopping to admire the tiny, perfectly executed petite brunoise of carrot. Nobody does that by accident. It's the kind of detail that tells you you're eating food prepared by people who truly care. The view may have brought us here. The food and hospitality will bring us back many times over.
