    Pulled pork 1/2 pound
    Marie S.

4.5 stars Oh man. I had first seen Mighty Mike's while getting Bing's boba tea at North Domingo Baca Park. Mike had tried to convince me to come back for BBQ sometime. Well, it took a few weeks, but I'm a big sucker for some good mac n'cheese (which he cooks on the grill and adds BBQ sauce and crema). Over the weekend, my friend and I came to the park for a (windy) picnic. I got the 1/2 lb pulled pork plate for my friend (which came with a tortilla). I got the Mike-a-roni with pork belly (which was tender and flavorful). After a rough week, the mac was the perfect comfort food to flip everything right side up again. No joke. For $22, it wasn't a bad price, especially to support local and the fact that we had enough for leftovers for the next day. I will be back to try some brisket. Just follow the business page on Facebook and instagram and follow along on the adventure 2023 #5

And finally after 2 years of searching for good bbq, we have found bbq greatness at Mighty Mike's. This unassuming food truck is packing a lot of bbq magic, and after living in Memphis for 10 years, I can truly say this bbq is excellent. We ordered the pork belly and brisket sandwiches and the pulled pork mac n cheese. All of the meats were perfectly seasoned, tender, and exquisite. They were so good by themselves that the bbq sauce was a nice addition, but we did not need much of it, as we wanted to keep that Smokey meat flavor as pure as we could. The service was friendly and great! Mike definitely has charisma. North Domingo Baca Park is big, nice, and has a few picnic tables available near this food truck. Again, I cannot speak more positively about this excellent smoked bbq meat food truck. We finally have found our bbq place!

Where do I even begin..... I started visiting Mike's a few months back. After the first time I ate the brisket, I dreamt of it the following night. Staff, 10/10. Mike is a goon in the best way, he is so funny and will always put a smile on your face. He has a few other employees who are so lovey. I usually see Mike in Corrales, he always has his loaded menu and even brings special items sometimes. I am partial to the brisket, a thick piece of meat so delicious it'll make your mouth water. My boyfriend is partial to the burnt pork belly ends - and no not burnt like over cooked, like burnt to perfection. Check out Mighty Mike's Meats on Instagram to see his weekly schedule. And finally, yes I have tried all other rivals in town, and mike TRULY has them best.

Got pork belly carred ends and pulled pork. The pork belly is AMAZING. Their slice doesn't have soy and meat doesn't use soy in any way for cooking. Very glad to have found them.

Possibly the best breakfast burrito in town. We stopped by because we heard he'd be out with Catalyst Coffee truck at North Domingo Park today. We ordered the pork belly breakfast burrito, and requested dairy free. The burrito was huge, enough for four of us to sample after taking our dogs to the dog park there. The pork belly was smokey, fatty, mouthwatering, and the burrito was flavorful with a little bbq sauce, egg, potatoes, and green chile! Highly recommend.

I have had Mighty Mike's a bunch of times. At Cabezon park & different breweries around town. We always enjoy the variety of bbq he offers and they are so on point!! Got to enjoy our favorites! Pulled pork tacos, brisket nachos and brisket melt. That brisket is so yummy and melts in your mouth. So satisfying! I can't wait to enjoy this delectable bbq again!

I hit up Mighty Mike's Smoked BBQ for a half pound of brisket at a Foodie Tuesday gathering at Domingo Baca Park. Meat was wonderfully tender! Pretty much fall apart right off your fork tender. Great texture, good flavor. Special notice for Mighty Mike's BBQ sauce! Sweet, vinegary tart, and heat that speaks without roaring. Nicely warm without scorching your tongue off. Only nit I'll pick is that the smoke on the brisket wasn't as sharp & distinct as I'd like, as a totally personal preference. I like my brisket to have attitude! Mike's flavor was good, but that smoke note just didn't clock in with the authority that I expect. Call me spoiled and blame it on Texas. Price point was about $12.50 after tax for the half pound package. Pretty much in line with other BBQ joints around town. So not bad on the value scale. Special shout out to the young lady takin' the orders & manning the cash register for her bright effusive personality. She's a great representative for the business.

First off, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. the owner is so nice and the meat is very affordable. The owner wasn't even around when we placed our order but while we were waiting, he still came, happy as can be, and welcomed us with a friendly hello. We got there late so we weren't able to try some hits. But we got the chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. The chicken and the pulled pork were sandwiches. My dad got one (pulled pork) with coleslaw and I got the sloppy joe one with pulled pork. Personally, I'd get the sandwich with coleslaw instead of the nacho cheese JUST BECAUSE I love coleslaw but I decided to try the sloppy one because calories don't exist on Sunday's, ammi right? It was good but the one with coleslaw was so Supreme. The ribs were also so very tender and literally melted in your mouth. Fell off the bone. I'm not a huge rib fan, but it was very good. Didn't try the chicken because I was preoccupied with gooey cheese, but I heard it was tasty. I've been following this guy on Instagram for months but didn't have time to go out and find him. Heard raving reviews from friends and family members and today was the day I finally got in my car and drove 20 mins to meet him at La Crumbe. Definitely worth the trip. And I suggest anyone reading this review to find him on Instagram for his schedule and buckle up for a tasty ride.

Okay guys, if you follow me on Instagram, you already know that this meat is probably going to be the BEST thing you'll ever take a bite of! I've gotten a chance to try this out recently & my life hasn't been the same since.. (that's a good thing!). You can never go wrong w/ whatever you decide to order, because it is worth every single bite! He has a variety of menu items to satisfy your cravings w/ a variety of different meats you can choose from! What I've gotten so far from here: spicy chicken nachos, brisket nachos, pork belly by the pound, & pork belly grilled cheese. Yea, there may be a little bias of pork belly here, but trust me, you won't regret whatever you decide to get! I'm making my way thru the menu 1 meal at a time, but it's getting there. Mike does a wonderful job of making sure your food tastes delicious & so your tastebuds can indulge + do a happy dance.. where your stomach will thank you for it later! He also cares a lot about his customers & making sure they're happy w/ what they get! Hands down the best food truck in town, 10/10 would recommend! Ps: check him out on Instagram or stop by North Domingo Baca Park every Tues from 4-8pm!

We had been trying to check out this food truck for a while. Because of our work schedule it took us a few weeks to plan ahead to finally get a taste of their meats. Definitely worth the wait. And it was so delicious we had to go back for their breakfast and then again the following week and looking forward to having it again. The first time we had the mike-a-roni with the brisket and it was amazing! Definitely worth the money and you get a nice amount of food. We did not leave hungry. The breakfast day, we both got the breakfast sandwich that has french toast as the bread! Again we got it with brisket and once again. Amazing! The next time I got the nachos with brisket and its was delicious but i ate it before I realized I didn't take a picture. We are slowly making our way through the menu and can't wait to have everything. Definitely give them a follow and try it. You will get your money's worth and will not leave hungry. Also, they are super nice and friendly people which makes it even better to support local.

Well smoked, dang flavorful BBQ from da ABQ Slow Smoked BBQ truckie dude!!…read more Brisket Sammie came loaded to toppling high with carne rich in smokiness & melt on your tongue tender texture. Hugeness of portion!!!! BBQ sauce brought a nice punchy kick to the tower o' meat sammie. Only demerit was lack of much bark on the meat in my sandwich. Buddy's sliced brisket sandwich, which was equally massive, showed *lots* of bark. So if you're a Barky BBQ Boi, sliced brisket will be your jam from ABQ Slow Smoked BBQ as opposed to the chopped brisket that seems to be the default brisket sandwich filling. BBQ beans were on par with the sandwich. Multiple varieties of beans swimming in a semi-sweet & tangy sauce. Shreds of smoked meat added their pungence to the mix. A dish that makes eating your veggies mighty tasty!! Pickled veggies, particularly the carrots, offered bright clean taste to counterbalance the pungence of the meat & beans. Hit up this mobile emporium of tastiness at Marble Heights Brewpub or anywhere else around town they might be spotted. Well worth the price of admission!

How has this food truck not been reviewed yet??…read more I'll be honest, I have been burned by bbq food trucks before. But there's just something about them that every time I see them, I have to try it. We were heading to Costco, ready to lunch on a hotdog when we saw the food truck in the parking lot (closer to the sports store). The smoker attached to truck, the charming way the menu was laid out and with two people already in line, it was calling to me. The two people in line were munching on a beef rib that I'm sure he gave to them to try during the wait. The guy closest to me...the meat looked so juicy. So I said to him "man that looks so good" and all he could muster was a shake of his head, like "you have no idea". The first guy ordered and really was insistent on paying more money...(he wanted drinks but they were included in the sandwich price so he was like, well fine then, let me buy two more waters). The guy who I talked to about the rib? When he gets to the window, he said he wanted one of everything! Yeeeees. I have a hard time not ordering nachos anytime I come across them, so I got the nachos with brisket and the picky eater got the brisket sandwich with coleslaw for the side. When he took a bite, he said it was "damn good." Pretty good review from the picky eater. The sandwich also came with pickles, and pickled onions, carrots and a jalapeño, all of which were amazing. Perfectly crunchy and sour. The nachos were great, made even better by the pickled veggies (cause I stole those from him). And the bbq sauce with the brisket was just perfect. We stood in the line under the hot sun and it was tooooootally worth it. I overheard him tell one of the customers that he tries to get out to that spot at least twice a week.

Their homemade bread was soft with a subtle sweetness, but it just wasn't as fresh as I had expected. I would probably stick with the complimentary bread on my next visit. I would definitely recommend the baked potato. I wouldn't recommend the fries or the beans.
