I hired Biggs Moving in Brownsburg to move only the large and heavy furniture I could not move…read moremyself (couches/beds). The guys were very friendly, but when they finished all of our beds were missing screws and bolts. I found several pieces of hardware dropped on the ground as they were bringing in the parts of the bed and had to take them to the crew hoping they would be placed in the proper location of the appropriate bed. The screws and bolts were transported from one house to the other in the outside pocket of a backpack. They were not stored in a secure place to ensure that they were all accounted for. I contacted Marie and she claimed they would have the guys come back to fix the bed. I provided pictures and videos of the missing screws on each bed as well as the manual showing the appropriate hardware. After three days of the company promising to fix the issue, a bag from Lowes containing $4 of 1/4 flat speed nuts was dropped off on our porch. These are not compatible with any of our beds and do not resolve the issues in any way. When I informed Marie of this, they blamed me for the issue. I was told that the crew claimed the screws were missing before the move, which is absolutely not true. There are no longer enough screws left to hold my kid's bunkbed together. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, I was offered $10-$15 dollars for my troubles, after being charged an extra 2 hours for the time they spent on the beds. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I hired them to move everything. I would highly recommend you do not hire this company.

Jessica did a rendering based on what we said we wanted, but then she came to the house to make sure everything looked good. Her customer service was excellent, and I loved how much she listened and suggested for us. We ended up not going for the main bedroom closet, but when I had the idea of redoing our pantry, we reached back out to Hoosier Closets/Jessica. We had her create a few different options for us, and she did come over to finalize our ideas in their platform (which is awesome, by the way - amazing 3D viewing and they can make changes on the fly quickly). We had another company come out to do our due diligence. Their price was a bit cheaper, but the options were less. They also drew all of the renderings on a piece of graph paper (which I appreciate), but that made it very difficult to visualize. After confirming with Hoosier Closets we wanted to move forward with them, we were on their schedule in about 2 weeks. It took them less than 3 hours to remove the shelving and install everything. They did explain to us about having to repaint the holes they filled in from the shelving, but we didn't expect to see as many as we did...which was just a "miss" on our part. Unfortunately, they appeared to lack proper packing experience and training, and did not take the job seriously. Here are some of the key issues I observed: Unsealed bags and boxes were left on the floor. Pots and pans were left unpacked. I had to repeatedly instruct and correct their packing methods during the process. Clothes were placed haphazardly, with items like socks mixed in boxes with dishes--clearly unprofessional and careless. Bathroom and most kitchen items were left untouched. The owner later claimed this was due to DOT regulations, but since I only hired them for packing (not moving), that reasoning does not apply. I attempted to discuss these concerns and find a fair resolution with Dustin afterward, but he refused to make any accommodation. In summary: I would not recommend hiring this company for packing services, especially if Dustin is not personally on site. Once payment is made, it becomes difficult to obtain a fair resolution for poor workmanship.
