I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours. Even though we didn't have a ton of stuff, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load and unload. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was friendly and polite. We ultimately came in slightly under the original estimate, which may not always be the case, but I appreciate when a business estimates high. Pleasant surprises are always better than unpleasant ones. :)

But what really impressed me was how hard the crew worked to make up the time. They brought in additional people, hustled all day, and did everything they could to get us caught up. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional. There were a few minor issues with scuffs/chips to walls, baseboards, and flooring during the move. I reached out to the company, and while there was a brief delay in getting everything resolved (this is the height of moving season), they ultimately made everything right. They connected us directly with their handyman, who came out and repaired everything, going above and beyond and with a smile! After all was said and done, I really appreciated that the company stood behind their work and made sure everything was taken care of. I would use Colt again and have no hesitation recommending them. There is no way the reviews on here are correct. I suspect they make the bad ones go away so I'll make sure to post this everywhere. My mom's group is full of stories like mine about Colt. There were 30+ negative versus 2 positive. Reviews on there state they break and ruin your shit then won't reimburse. I haven't filed a claim because I'm no where near done unpacking yet but I won't be shocked to get completely ignored like everyone else and if that happens, I'll go to the BBB and anywhere else I can... news.. wherever. We paid them a crap ton of money so this kind of damage is insane. NEVER EVER HAVE THEM PACK FOR YOU! They did not wrap any of our furniture. They put gouges and scraped up walls in our old house. They left trash all over our old house... soda cans, bottles... all kinds of crap. They packed **SIX** family photo canvases together in one box with zero packing paper so the frames rubbed on each other and ruined the pics. Who does that?! So much stuff ruined. It cost us almost $20k to move, I can't afford to replace this stuff they ruined! Please think twice and ask around before you use Colt Movers. Look in the Westfield chatter and moms groups. Ask around. Don't rely solely on these reviews that they can manipulate.

He is help courteous and is detailed about his work, the crew of guys he brings are always nice. My wife was pleased with his work and he has been our go to guy when we need help moving anything around the hose or the office. If you want someone that is dependable and will tackle any task you have I highly recommend We Haul It. He is reasonably priced, a great value for the service he provides.

They went above and beyond and even stayed longer than they needed to and put together my bed frame which is pretty much on its last legs and is starting to fall apart. But they made it work and I have no doubt I would not have been able to put that thing together myself. The flat rate they charged was beyond reasonable and I had to double check that it was actually a flat rate and not an hourly rate because I couldn't believe how low the price was. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.
