While I was there today (and I'm just a home owner/DIYer) I saw contractors come and go, but also some female home owners too, buying anything from a few rocks to stuff to fill a little tow behind trailer. There were items that looked like new, some antiques, some clothing, lots of holiday accessories too! I found a small Christmas tree decorated in quilled ornaments. I had to buy one for my wife! They do not run big outlet locations like Goodwill where they dump donations in huge bins for people to root through and damage. You can drop off items behind their store, or in off hours bring them into the store. They so not spend tons of money on fancy TV commercials and fancy stores. Their profits go to directly serve homeless people and those with substance addiction problems. I personally know one of the people they helped to turn their life around. Please make the little extra effort to go to their thrift store which is east of the super Walmart on 96th to shop and donate. Help this small organizarion continue to do good work in our community.

This location is on the same side of the road as the Walmart and in the same plaza as the Petco, Platos, and the Autoparts store. The staff are super nice and there are a lot of volunteers walking around as well. I have found several things that are new with tags (priced accordingly), tons of name-brand goods, and there is rarely that funky thrifted smell that permeates everything you get from the WMS. They have everything from clothes to furniture/household goods to really nice jigsaw puzzles. Everything is super easy to find. Prices here at the Mission Store are a little higher than places like Goodwill, but every purchase supports the Wheeler Mission by providing meals and funding for training to their residents. There are also hand-made candles and other wares that the residents make while staying at Wheeler for purchase. Once while shopping I noticed it was busier than normal and the associate explained that they allow Wheeler residents to come and shop for what they need to get back on their feet. COOL!

I'm always having to make an immediately left or right, which is off-putting. That's how it is here. Anyway, other than the atrocious store layout (and the lighting, if we're being nit-picky), this Goodwill is not unlike any other Goodwill you will visit. It's a thrift store with lots of clothes, frames, kitchen wares, decorations and other things. The thing that I like about this Goodwill is its location: It's down the street from Habitat Restore and a furniture consignment store. So you can hit all three thrifty shops easily.

They even have a much wider variety of jeans but their home decor selection isn't too good in my opinion just because there's alot less antiquey related items and collectibles. Prices are pretty high unfortunately. Overall, it's a solid casual visit. It's pretty quiet and the staff were friendly.

They're located in Noblesville, but they deliver to most of Hamilton County. The hardwood mulch was delivered exactly where it was requested to be placed (on a tarp on the driveway, to the right), carefully and nicely, in a tidy little mulchy pile. It was delivered right when it was supposed to be delivered, by a nice guy who made sure everything was satisfactory. The mulch is undyed, but you can't tell at all -- it's a rich, dark brown color. Check their website for discounts (I scored $40 off). You can't place an order on their website, though. You need to call them to set everything up. Now, I have a mountain of brown stuff in my driveway, and the clock is ticking to spread it! Looks like today is arms day!

I needed more stone due slope and made another order and they showed up right on time. Their truck put the riprap stone on one side of my concrete drive and left room for my wife to get in and out of second garage door. I had a separate crew install the riprap. McNamara was one of many locations I called but as soon as I spoke to Kelly she assured me that they would be happy to have our business and accommodate us. I've been extremely busy and had to just verbalize what I needed and Kelly made fantastic recommendations that I agreed with and instantly trusted her vision. She made lovely suggestions and I didn't think she was just trying to upsale me. I even called back to add more embellishments. They day of pick up I called to confirm my order would be ready and it was. Once we arrived the floral shop smelled SO divine and was so lovely. We experienced great customer service and they lady even came from around the counter to demonstrate how to put on the boutonnière. It complemented the corsage perfectly. Yes, we would return.
