Sundown Gardens has a great selection of flowers and plants. They really have everything you can think of and lots of it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of products is great, but the prices are a bit higher than the home improvement stores. I come here when I need something unusual or hard to find and they always have it. read more

It includes painting a pumpkin, coloring, a maze, lots of games (cornhole, pumpkin bowling, ring toss and tic tax toe) and my favorite - the pumpkin launcher. I can't believe this was my first time here! This place is awesome. I toured the greenhouses and were in awe of rows and rows of stunning flowers. They also had a lot of outdoor trees, as well as a gift shop that was packed with beautiful items. I purchased a set of really cute, hand painted bowls, a big outdoor candle that was built into a piece of wood, and chocolates for my mom for Mother's Day (I hope she doesn't read this). I also got toothpaste for myself that's all-natural and made with local honey. The staff told me that they change out the gift shop all the time, and that it's especially cool around the holidays, as it's stuffed with Christmas decor. I'll be back to get plants soon and explore more! read more

I love this place. We buy a Christmas tree from here every year. I have never had a year to where I felt the value wasn't there. The trees are spectacular. So much so, when friends come over they ask where I got such a great tree. The smell is the start to our family Christmas. They put plastic down and set up the tree with there stand. Then call you to come take it down. It's so easy and they give me great customer service. I'm a customer for life. read more

Highly recommend Sundown Gardens for any landscaping needs. My husband and I were shopping around for a spruce tree this summer, and Sundown Gardens had absolutely the best selection. Lots of trees to choose from and all looked very healthy and nice. We ended up buying a decent-sized spruce and two other maple trees. The prices were very reasonable, with the price of the spruce tree being less than other places we shopped around for the size of the tree. Installation prices went down if you installed more trees. They called the utility companies to mark with flags before they came to plant. On install day, we were both at work and when I got home, I wished they had planted the spruce tree facing a different way (as all trees have a better side). After some thinking, I decided to call them back to ask about it, and they sent a crew out to turn the tree the way I wanted. Very happy with their service, and it seems like they are willing to make the customer happy. Give their nursery a look if you are looking for plants or trees! read more

It's been years since I've been to Sundown Gardens and OH how they have grown. The quality of plants was still as outstanding as I remembered. The perennials, shrubs and trees were top of the line, wonderful sizes and reasonably priced. I had seen a few hardscape pieces at Orchard in Bloom in April but enjoyed the variety of benches, fire pits, gazing balls, pergolas and water features here. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly and explained they now offer full service landscaping, design and lawn care. Wonderful visiting their gardens and after seeing the quality of the perennials, I'm sure I'll be back soon. read more

My family used Sundown for years, so when my husband and I got our new house, we contacted them first about our landscaping needs. Long story short, Sundown was ridiculously hard to follow up with after our simple inquiries, and after hearing from a few friends with similar stories, we were more than happy to go elsewhere. There are many local landscaping companies in the area to choose from. Why a company would ignore potential customers/income is beyond me. read more

Beware...I asked for a landscape proposal which they promptly came out to evaluate. Now 5 weeks later, no proposal. I even followed up after 2 weeks after it was promised and Scott assured me they were interested in my business, but no proposal. 5 stars, definitely. They were just so accommodating. They came early, took care of everything like they were supposed to and went above and beyond what was expected of them. They were also really respectful. They mulched around my trees, edged it, put mulch along my house and at the last minute I had asked for something else to be included and they went ahead and did that too. I'd recommend them to anyone, the young men who worked here were just a good group of guys. read more

Great selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. However within 3 weeks I had 3 perennials go bad. They say they have a plant guarantee. I took pictures in showing the plants looked terrible and half of the stems are dead. I was told that I should trim them down halfway and while they won't look good anytime soon that should help them come back. I'm very disappointed that they don't stand behind their guarantee. Now I'm supposed to wait to see what happens with them over time while the guarantee is decreased at 30 days. Very disappointed. read more

Sundown Gardens did my original landscaping when I built my house 10 years ago. They did a wonderful job then. Since then I have been dreaming of a backyard waterfall installation but did not have the money at the time of initial build out. Saved my money over the years and had Todd design an installation this spring. The crew arrived on time and completed the installation in only two days. We use Sundown for lawn fertilization and they do an excellent job. They have also installed a drainage system in our yard that helped us tremendously with previous water issues. They planted new trees to increase the privacy in our backyard as well as laying new sod. Todd and his crew are very professional and respond to our needs in a timely manner.
