After the evaluation, he provided a quote, which I found reasonable and agreed to proceed with. Agreement and Scheduled Work: We mutually agreed upon a date for the work to be completed, and I eagerly anticipated the transformation of my yard. Weather Interruption and Rescheduling: Unfortunately, our plans were hindered by unfavorable weather conditions on the scheduled day. The young man assured me they would return the following month to carry out the work. Extended Delay and Lack of Communication: Despite his assurances, several months have now passed, and I have neither seen nor heard from them. The lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Outcome and Resolution: In the absence of any updates or progress, I had no choice but to remove the stones myself, albeit temporarily, until I can find another solution. Final Thoughts: While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, consistent communication is essential in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. Cesar arrived at my home the first day I called inquiring about his services. He was very nice, professional and gave me a great quote. He arrived on the day of service on time and did a wonderful job, for not only myself but my neighbor as well (I referred her to him). We both are very pleased with his work. He and his assistant are both very efficient and I was surprised and impressed that I barely heard them doing any work. He pruned all my bushes beautifully, got rid of all my weeds, pruned my fir tree and got rid of the nasty poison ivy that was starting to take over. Cesar and crew did a phenomenal job for us. Had them clean up and mulch all our mulch beds that have not been touched in a couple years. Got the free estimate one week and the job was completed the following week. The final result looked fantastic. They even cleaned up afterwards so no loose mulch was on the sidewalks or driveway and took away three old bushes that were dying and just needed to be removed. Cesar did a really great job overall, and at a very reasonable price. He missed a few clumps of grass in the beds but I wasn't expecting him to remove all of the fallen branches and leaves beneath the trees while he was cleaning up the debris he removed from the beds so I think we are ahead for sure! He trimmed a few smaller trees and bushes, added mulch to the front beds and got down in the window wells to clean up leaves and trim vines. All debris was blown/raked and removed. Highly recommend! Cesar and his team did a wonderful job cutting down a large tree in our front yard that was damaged in a storm and starting to die. The remaining part of the tree needed to come down asap. Cesar quickly came out and took care of the remainder of the tree that was still standing and the large limb that had fallen off during the storm.
