She's rude, unhelpful, and has no customer empathy. We've been an Indy Irrigation customer for over 10 years, mainly because they installed our irrigation system. They're customer service has degraded year over year as their prices increased. This year we reached a breaking point. They were supposed to open our system as part of our maintenance contract. We were out of town when they arrived. They left with the water turned off at the street because one of the valves (for our garden) was stuck on. The technician didn't fix it, stating that he couldn't find the valve box. Indy Irrigation should know where it is -- they insstalled it and it's right next to the garden! We contacted them and they wanted to charge us for another trip to our house, and they couldn't guarantee when they would arrive. They were currently scheduling into July, but no guarantee. My wife told them that they were going to lose us as a customer and the woman at the office didn't budge. Ten plus years a customer, 10+ years paying annual maintenance contract. No more. Goodbye Indy Irrigation. We called another company and they are coming out at 6pm today. They recognized the urgency of the situation, and the opportunity to get a new client.

While their quote was higher than some others I had received, clearly the system was going to be better (more tailored to the different coverages needed for the various plantings and lawn). Also, Chris kept to the quoted pricing [I've had irrigation/sprinkler work done in the past and in every case, those contractors always had some "extra" charges that they added to the original quote...]. His team took care of our dogs to ensure they didn't run away when they were moving back and forth from the backyard to the front yard. I've had it with these guys! We've been using them for over 13 years. I bought a contract last…read moreyear, but didn't use it since it was such a wet summer, and said they would honor the contract this summer. Today they said they sent someone to activate the system last June, but no one was here and they charged the contract $180 for a service call. $120 for the service call, and $60 for waiting a half hour. I have no record of making an appointment, and received no phone calls about them coming to my home last June. I've put up with some of their pretty rude technicians over the years, and this is the last straw. These guys are also markedly more expensive than most, if not all, of their competitors, and on numerous occasions I've had to significantly adjust the sprinkler heads, and have found units tossed to the side and no replacement installed.
