I had one tree topped, and they topped several trees at my next door neighbor's right after. For me, it was literally 3 hours from the time that Alvaro, the estimator, looked at the tree, until they were done. I have been searching a long time to find a good one, because at my age I am limited on my ability to perform yard work. Well, sadly my search continues. I hired them to trim 12 burning bushes at a cost of $350. Their performance was not what I expected. I assumed they would do a great job based on the wonderful photos shown at their website and the glowing reviews left by other Yelpers. I was left stunned and disappointed when I saw the mess they left me. They did not use a tarp to collect the clippings as shown at their website. And to top it off they used a leaf blower to clear the clippings along with the new mulch I just paid $1,400 to have delivered and placed. Additionally, the bush clippings and mulch were blown all over my front yard. I addressed my disappointment to them and their response was "sorry" and they reduced the price charged to $300. I take great pride in the beauty of my landscaping. I just need a company that feels the same and takes great care to keep it that way. As the saying goes "fool me once", but there definitely won't be a twice with this company. Yelp may want to reconsider their "guarantee" for this company. My advice to others is if you consider hiring this company, then you must accept the risk you might be left with substandard results and a mess to clean up yourself.

I requested a site visit so I could talk through our lot (it is irregular in shape) and our specific needs (the mulch beds and shrub trimming, plus possible other future items). Matthew came out to meet me and we walked the property and talked about our needs. He was very courteous and anxious to help us. Today (07/23/2025) their landscape team arrived early and worked very hard. The lead guy talked with me and I walked him through the specific areas of concern (TV cable and sprinkler heads and piping). He was quick to ask a question if the crew was unsure about something. They were very good at this, cutting the beds (to help keep the mulch in the bed), and trimming our shrubs. They worked very hard and the result is amazing. They paid particular attention to areas that I marked for caution (TV cable runs right at bed edge, along with a couple of sprinkler piping areas close to surface). They were very careful in these areas, with no problems. Our yard has not looked this good in some time. I would highly recommend them for lawn and landscape services.

After doing a significant number of jobs, you would have a very good idea of what the cost would be; especially after I gave you very descriptive and most specific information on what I needed to have done, and you viewed the trees and bush requiring trimming. I have received estimates regularly in the past from companies and have NOT been required to meet with the representative. If this was your policy, it would be expected that you would inform the potential customer when they initially contacted you!
