It's not the chain that bugs me, it's the work we did put in. In fact I got a new chain for less then 18 bucks, all I need is for Pro Cut to send the perpetrator, which btw never informed me about his accidental cutting of the cord, and install it. I think that's fair. No one can tell me he didn't see the cable, cause he tried to move the solar panel Before this neighborhood we lived in another also serviced by this company.
