The atmosphere of this landscaping center is what drew us in. It also doesn't hurt that it's a stone throw from Traders Point Creamery for ice cream after. ;) We popped in to see what spring selections they had available to kickstart our bushes, vegetables and more. We were a few days ahead of some shipments coming in so we weren't able to find too much quite yet. It was still an enjoyable visit to see the earlier blooms and how everything is laid out. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. You will find everything from wind chimes, tropical plants, fairly mature trees, and birdseed here.

Luckily my schedule was pretty flexible because he was over 2 hours late. He was friendly. I went over what I needed done in my yard and was told that I would get my quote in about two day. It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up.
