The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up.
