He listened to my problems with lawn care, landscaping and down spouts from gutters. He wrote up and sent me a fair estimate for all the work that needed done. They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days to finish up. Mr.Lasley will be out to make sure everything is completed. The crews working were very detailed and provided excellent customer service. They even were dog friendly when my Great Dane interrupted their work. Definitely would recommend them for any of your home Landscaping needs.

The installer arrived but was unable to communicate in English, which made it very difficult to discuss the installation, ask questions, or address concerns. Communication is critical when someone is working inside your home, especially when installing an appliance that requires proper mounting and electrical safety. Even more troubling, the installation itself was poorly done and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a contractor representing Home Depot. Allowing someone into your home requires trust, and this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. When customers pay for professional installation through a major retailer like Home Depot, they expect qualified installers, clear communication, and quality workmanship.

They're located in Noblesville, but they deliver to most of Hamilton County. The hardwood mulch was delivered exactly where it was requested to be placed (on a tarp on the driveway, to the right), carefully and nicely, in a tidy little mulchy pile. It was delivered right when it was supposed to be delivered, by a nice guy who made sure everything was satisfactory. The mulch is undyed, but you can't tell at all -- it's a rich, dark brown color. Check their website for discounts (I scored $40 off). You can't place an order on their website, though. You need to call them to set everything up. Now, I have a mountain of brown stuff in my driveway, and the clock is ticking to spread it! Looks like today is arms day!

Prices are a little higher but your not getting the same stuff that is shipped in on pallets at the box stores. A nice touch is that you can bring in containers that seal and get free water that has a fertilizer mixed in for your plants and flowers. I belive it is not for use on vegetables. Also, you can sip on an adult beverage as you're strolling around that can be purchased at the check out counter. I've gotten se real of my reported plants here over the last several years and they hold up nice thru the whole summer. This combined with the extremely long wait at checkout (when there was only one other customer ahead of us and multiple associates standing around doing seemingly nothing) was quite off-putting.
