The hamburger steak AND the burger you can tell were freshly prepared with real meat. Seasoned down. So good. The star of the show - the dang on chicken salad. It's not overly sweet, it's real chicken, it's perfect texture - it's all the things needed to enjoy a nice serving of it without having to add something to compensate. We will be back.

I recently took my mother to have an early lunch during the Sunday buffet on New Year's Eve. She can't stop talking about it. It is a wonderful value for $15.99 a person AYCE. My favorite menu items are the fried chicken, hamburger steak, sweet potatoes, turnip greens, squash, Lima beans, hush puppies & fried fish. The options are plentiful. You should plan to arrive early. It was crowded but the staff kept things replenished in a timely manner with wonderful friendly service. The dining room is very vintage and traditional. I loved the Christmas decor, real wood burning fireplace, and the deer in Santa hats. The restaurant staff provide excellent southern hospitality.
