They did not have any heater relay "switches" and said they had never received any and had no idea when some might arrive - but they would contact me. No follow up. My radio has software issues my service manager at Billion is apparently unaware of. Dodge is coming out with a fix this quarter. I asked for an estimate on changing my transmission oil - 800 bucks to do a simple job that requires $214.00 dollars worth of Mopar Parts - at retail. I found out about the radio updates through another dealership (Livingston Dodge). Livingston Dodge advised it would cost about $450.00 for a tranny oil change. Don't buy here and don't bring your vehicle here for "service." I could not be more disappointed.

I bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima from Billion Nissan of Bozeman, MT in December 2022. Not…read moretoo long after bringing my new car home, I noticed that there was a musty smell coming from the vents when the AC was turned on. Since the car was so new and is under warranty, I decided to take it in to Billion Nissan to see if they could find the issue. They ended up telling me they couldn't duplicate the issue but sprayed sanitizer in the vents for good measure. With the weather warming even more, I was using my AC more frequently and the smell was getting worse - especially after the car sat outside in the sun. And to make matters worse, I was noticing mold on the ground of my garage right below where the car was normally parked. I made another service appointment with Billion Nissan and was once again told they couldn't duplicate the issue, but this time they didn't do anything to even try to fix it. During the height of Summer 2023, I was getting fed up and decided to try a third time with Billion Nissan service, but this time I took my car to another shop in town first to see if they could give me some advice. Their expert opinion was that there was likely a block somewhere in the EVAP system and to have Billion Nissan specifically look at the evaporator next time I take it in. A Nissan dealer needed to do the work since my car is under warranty. I took my car into Billion Nissan for a third time, armed with this knowledge. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the service advisor (Heather) rudely told me that I was causing the issue by using the recirculation function in the car too often and that fresh air needed to flow through the car more often. This directly contradicts common knowledge regarding using the recirculation in hot weather: https://www.greasemonkeydirect.com/blogs/news/air-recirculation-button-car After many conversations back and forth where I begged them to look at the EVAP system, I was told they weren't going to waste 6+ man hours on the job when they couldn't duplicate the issue. When I got the receipt from my visit, the service advisor attached to the job had been changed to the service manager (who I never even talked to), likely to avoid Heather getting a bad review from not taking her client seriously and doing her due diligence. After three attempts at working with Billion Nissan to fix this issue that kept getting worse (especially during the 100+ degree days we had this summer), I started a case with Nissan Corporate. Billion Nissan sabotaged the case by telling them it was an owner created issue from using the recirculation button too often. Billion Nissan, and by extension Nissan Corporate, were never going to actually do their jobs to fix this issue, so I decided to take my car to Denny Menholt Nissan over in Billings. I told them everything I had gone through, all the symptoms I was running into, and my theory about the EVAP system. After just one visit, they found a blockage in the EVAP system, cleaned the system out, and fixed the issue that has been bothering me in my new car for almost a year at this point. This is all because they actually listened to their customer and DID THEIR JOB. If you've gotten this far in this review, I strongly suggest you avoid Billion Nissan at all costs. Their service advisors and their techs are incredibly lazy, do not listen to or believe their customers, and practice shady tactics to ensure their reviews stay high despite bad customer experiences. Since I live in Bozeman and will need a reliable place to complete warranty service going forward (and would rather not drive to Billings every time I need service), I am strongly considering trading in my not-even-a-year-old car because of how badly Billion Nissan treats their customers. I will never be returning to Billion Nissan and implore you to do the same.

I sat in the lobby for an hour, and no one approached me about what was going on with my car so I walked up to the front service desk. I was met with a $100 bill as well as notice that nothing was changed or fixed on my car and that they did a diagnostic of my car when I did not ask them to do that and hence had to pay the hundred dollars since they had a mechanic.

Lyle was very personable and straight forward so we took his business card and went on our way. Another month went by and we decided to go by the dealership and see what they had. We found something we liked and decided to purchase. The process was good. Normally this is where 99% of the time the car buying process turns into nightmares we all have experienced or heard of. Surprisingly Lyle & Justin made the process smooth and straight forward. None of those "car salesman tactics or shenanigans" instead an honest sincere business transaction that ALL parties equally gained something of value from. Justin & Lyle regained us as a customer.

There is still a film on the car you can see a simply gentle finger wipe wipes off on the doors and fenders and the bugs were immune to the soaps and mediocre wash passes. The car dealerships must keep this place in business with simply dust washes. This won't remove anything more than that. We will not be returning for any reason not worth the time or frustration. Hands done this car wash leaves your car almost as dirty as when it came in... maybe worse due to the fact it took your money and didn't provide a service.

Hmmm. I'm not sure what to say about these reviews. I'll say a few things and then I will relate my…read moreown experiences. First, time and time again I've seen these guys bring in great car after great car and they ALWAYS seem to make sure that all the service gets done, that the tires are good, etc. Second, I feel that NO company can always foresee all the possible problems a car can have. When you buy any car you take a chance. I bought four 3/4 ton Ford trucks in about 10 years and 3 were not great... but I am mechanically inclined and felt that the fact that I had bought cheaper older trucks and early diesels at that, was in the end my own problem. Now fast forward to Ryan at Peak Cars. I had finally decided I had enough of old trucks and wanted a Toyota 4Runner. I looked at a lot but the best two or three I found were at Peak Cars. I bought a 1998 4runner with 152,000 miles on it from Ryan. I'd guess that was about 12 Years ago. Within a week or two I had a problem. I took it to Ressler and they called me 4 hours later saying I owed them $150.00 and it was still not fixed. At this point they said I would have to bring it back and they would just start replacing parts. I called Ryan and he felt bad but told me to call Keith at Rising Sun Toyota. Keith immediately knew what the problem was after I explained the symptoms. He charged me $35.00 to fix it two days later after he got the part. A simple switch in the back door was causing it. I still have that 4Runner, but it now has 338,000 miles on it. $8500.00 for almost 200,000 miles. What a deal! The car would still sell for over $4000.00 I'm sure but it's worth more than that to me. Then we went to see Ryan about a Volvo XC70 in 2012. We bought that car and have had some minor issues but all in all simple maintenance type work and replacements is all. We have put just about 100,000 miles on that car and it is still a good car. So now we are ready for another vehicle. Where would you go? Yes. We are buying an awesome 2006 Lexus GX470 from Ryan. Who else! These experiences are the only way I know Ryan but the integrity he has shown me over the years and the great car buys I've gotten have made a believer out of me! I never have any trouble getting ahold of these guys. Oh and their mechanic is awesome. He has always given me great advice! One last thing. These guys don't build a lot of profit into their deals. They will usually deal a little but they will be honest and up front and you don't have to play games. The price they ask is fair and they are usually willing to deal just a little. If you feel the need to wheel and deal and play games go somewhere else. Peak cars is there to offer a good car at a decent price. They don't play those games and I'm happy about that. These guys have a very nice selection of quality, clean used cars at decent prices. Matt was great to deal with and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him in the future. In this day when new trucks are approaching 6 figure amounts it's good to know that you can still find a great place to shop for a lower milage quality used vehicle.
