Billion Automotive is an outstanding organization. Harley, Conrad, and Freddie were instrumental in helping us purchase a used car and ensuring it continues to run smoothly. The customer service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire experience positive and stress-free. We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend Billions Automotive to anyone looking for quality vehicles and outstanding service. read more

I purchased a Jeep last year and purchased a protection plan for windshield and dents. I recently sold Jeep and tried to get a refund on the warranty which we were told by the sales person and finance was doable. Today I called and was told "no, that only applies if traded back to them". This is wrong and false advertisement on their behalf. I've never had a separate purchased warranty that was not refundable if the vehicle is sold. I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a good experience with Gabriel, who met me at the door let me test drive every car I was interested in and I appreciated his manner and not pressuring me in the slightest bit. Very polite. Bought a truck from Phil. Within 12 hours rock chip showed up in the windshield. Auto glass place said it was a previous fill. Contacted the dealership offered windshield warranty for $1,600 but not willing to fix or replace windshield. A vehicle should not need to be repaired within first 12 hours of owning it. read more

These guys are the absolute worst. On top of not fixing my truck, they overcharged me for the services they did. When I complained, they told me I was wrong and then when I explained myself, they knew they were wrong. Instead of admitting it, I was threatened with a fight by the service manager. It was almost comical. read more

I did the drop box before they were open. This was a Wednesday, Called the phone number listed but as I quickly found out it goes to some main switch board and I have to leave message for them to call me back. I was finally able to talk to someone Sat. So 4 days later. They ended up fixing the car and I asked for 10% off, they said they could do that, but when I got there, they had a cap of $50. So I missed out on another $55. This complaint is mostly centered on the phone system, the not honoring the 10%, and taking forever to get back to me. Service department is terrible. Brought in my pickup to get a simple oil change and had to wait over 45 minutes after my appointment time (which was first thing in the morning) before they looked my way. After about 1.5 hours they said the truck was finished and it was time to pay. As I'm paying the service tech comes into the office and mentions he thinks he underfilled the oil by 2 quarts... after they idled and drove the truck out of the bay and around to the front. Extremely unprofessional, long waits, and don't know how to do a simple oil change. read more

One of the best dealership experiences in the course of the last 20 years I've been buying and leasing vehicles. I was graciously greeted by one of the salesmen, Colton. My wife and I were uncertain as to which car we wanted to purchase and were deciding between a Ram, Jeep and GMC. Colton and the dealership manager Andrew maintained patience with us and never once allowed us to feel pressured into a decision we were not ready to make. After four or five days of going back and forth with my wife we settled on a vehicle. Colton and Andrew were very honest with us about down payment, pricing, and what to expect throughout our lease. Overall a very easy and honest car leasing experience. I could not recommend them enough. read more

I have to agree with all the 1 Star review. Billions Auto Group is a Silo'd money scamming machine. Buy at your own risk and service at the cost to your wallet and TIME!! Billions Managment- they think they are doing a great job... start changing the oil and filter at your service department and start scheduling service times and stick to it. Ive taken my car in for service, but somehow that didn't include an oil change as thats next door!!! -WTF!!! When I take the car in to next door... they tell me all the other air filter/things that need changing...price is adding up, its always in the hundred's for an oil change....does that include the filter? I should look closer at the receipt. Ive had Billions service departments swap out filters that were just replaced next door so Ive bought the same filter twice and still confused why the Jiffy Lube style place is the only place that does oil at Billions. Its expensive and not mind blowingly fast and awesome... its a lottery on how long it will take.. if you campout over night, you might be first in line, or as you cant schedule this could be fast or slow and painful and VERY CONFUSING Im learning more about what Billions doesn't do as they duck and weave services to various different departments and people...The sales rep that sold me the car- long gone... Recently On a road trip and had the error message for an oil change come up, seemed like the message and google were saying the oil filter life is critical and needs changing...After having just it in for an Oil change...again, does that include the filter? the oil filter life left did not get reset this time nor the previous times(?) when it was at Billions.....is this a failure on the button or the tech to not seeing the readout...(?) or me for not double checking what was done? SO, I had to do an emergency oil change at Walmart right before they closed on a Friday @7pm and they said come on in.....$70 including the filter.... Almost 2/3 cheaper than Billions....... MY wallet has spoken, Billions Its impossible to track your time at this dealer with your car- Or who to talk to or which building to go to or.... just don't waste your time here unless your into that. Its impossible to know if the work was done correctly as there are too many departments involved in what should be a one stop shop. read more

Billion is great! Their staff was very professional and kept me informed as I waited for my new vehicle to come in. HOWEVER, do not fall for the Multi-Shield windshield protection that they are going to sell you. I fell for the "we'll reimburse you" the first time...they don't. Safelite (another great company) actually felt bad because of the way Multi-Shield Protection treats their customers and took care of the reimbursement. I have made a total or three claims with Multi-Shield...they all get denied. I wait to call until I have 2-3 chips or a crack happens..denied. I call the day of damage...denied. I have actually started a word document with their reasons for denying me so I make sure to stay within their rules on the next claim...they add new rules. Tried the service dept again. Took 2 months for an appointment and dropped it off the night before. Appt was for 8am. When I called at 2. Hadn't looked at it. Asked why when I had an appointment. The rude Tara in service said the appointment is for check only. Apparently your car can sit for days. They have zero customer service and don't care. This is probably the worst company I have ever worked for in my life, and I've been in the workforce for 18 years. I worked for a year as part of their accounting team. My manager micromanaged everything that anyone did. Every week, I had to give her a rundown of all the accounts receivable and explain why certain people or companies hadn't paid. She wasn't even the worst one; there were two women on my team who were incredibly catty, especially towards anyone younger than them. They made horrendous comments about everyone, spreading rumors like crazy. They would talk about how overweight our controller was, how lazy our office manager was, and how the payroll employee slept with another married employee. Even our clients weren't safe from their gossip; they spent all day every day spewing negativity. At one point, I lost my cool and told them to stop with all the negative comments. Unfortunately, they just began targeting me more. My manager did nothing to intervene. This environment started to affect my mental health. They browbeat me to the point where I actually doubted my intelligence. Everyone, including my doctor, advised me to quit. Eventually, when I tried to address the issues with the office manager and the controller, they claimed it was my mental health that was causing a hostile working environment. I have so many stories about that place, and the best decision I ever made was to quit. read more

At 1pm,when no one bothered to return my call,I called again and spoke with a woman and explained my situation and that I am traveling and need help with my vehicle. I also mentioned that I have a Jeep extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the car new. She said I could bring it in on October 24th!! 5 weeks from now. Pathetic dealership! read more

Had my spouse take our 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Billion Auto Group. We were looking into a seat belt light and sos light that just came on a couple weeks ago. We also purchased extended warranty coverage on this jeep I received a text from my spouse with a photo from the mechanics at billion shown in the photo below. Said we are not covered because of rodents yet the wire was broke at the unibody clip which had the wire at a sharp 90 till it broke o well. Ok well how much are they asking to fix this. She lets me know that Tara her service writer said they want $1000.00 for the wire repair. I had her pick the car up and bring it home 4 bolts air box out and what I find is 2 wires going to the crash sensor broke. 20 min soldered cleaned and put back together which got rid of the sos/seatbelt light. I wouldn't expect this kind of service on a new $48,000 car with 12 thousand miles car. O mind you we also received a $240.00 inspection fee for a wire you could pop the hood and look down at. What a joke Billion Auto Group Is wire repair will cost you 1250.00. Do not do business at this dealership they will do everything they can to take your wallet. read more

I bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima from Billion Nissan of Bozeman, MT in December 2022. Not too long after bringing my new car home, I noticed that there was a musty smell coming from the vents when the AC was turned on. Since the car was so new and is under warranty, I decided to take it in to Billion Nissan to see if they could find the issue. They ended up telling me they couldn't duplicate the issue but sprayed sanitizer in the vents for good measure. With the weather warming even more, I was using my AC more frequently and the smell was getting worse - especially after the car sat outside in the sun. And to make matters worse, I was noticing mold on the ground of my garage right below where the car was normally parked. I made another service appointment with Billion Nissan and was once again told they couldn't duplicate the issue, but this time they didn't do anything to even try to fix it. During the height of Summer 2023, I was getting fed up and decided to try a third time with Billion Nissan service, but this time I took my car to another shop in town first to see if they could give me some advice. Their expert opinion was that there was likely a block somewhere in the EVAP system and to have Billion Nissan specifically look at the evaporator next time I take it in. A Nissan dealer needed to do the work since my car is under warranty. I took my car into Billion Nissan for a third time, armed with this knowledge. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the service advisor (Heather) rudely told me that I was causing the issue by using the recirculation function in the car too often and that fresh air needed to flow through the car more often. This directly contradicts common knowledge regarding using the recirculation in hot weather: https://www.greasemonkeydirect.com/blogs/news/air-recirculation-button-car After many conversations back and forth where I begged them to look at the EVAP system, I was told they weren't going to waste 6+ man hours on the job when they couldn't duplicate the issue. When I got the receipt from my visit, the service advisor attached to the job had been changed to the service manager (who I never even talked to), likely to avoid Heather getting a bad review from not taking her client seriously and doing her due diligence. After three attempts at working with Billion Nissan to fix this issue that kept getting worse (especially during the 100+ degree days we had this summer), I started a case with Nissan Corporate. Billion Nissan sabotaged the case by telling them it was an owner created issue from using the recirculation button too often. Billion Nissan, and by extension Nissan Corporate, were never going to actually do their jobs to fix this issue, so I decided to take my car to Denny Menholt Nissan over in Billings. I told them everything I had gone through, all the symptoms I was running into, and my theory about the EVAP system. After just one visit, they found a blockage in the EVAP system, cleaned the system out, and fixed the issue that has been bothering me in my new car for almost a year at this point. This is all because they actually listened to their customer and DID THEIR JOB. If you've gotten this far in this review, I strongly suggest you avoid Billion Nissan at all costs. Their service advisors and their techs are incredibly lazy, do not listen to or believe their customers, and practice shady tactics to ensure their reviews stay high despite bad customer experiences. Since I live in Bozeman and will need a reliable place to complete warranty service going forward (and would rather not drive to Billings every time I need service), I am strongly considering trading in my not-even-a-year-old car because of how badly Billion Nissan treats their customers. I will never be returning to Billion Nissan and implore you to do the same. read more

IF YOU ARE HERE TO FOR ADVICE AS TO GO WITH BILLION DODGE SERVICE BOZEMAN**DO NOT !!!** This has become very personal for us and our wish is to protect others from our COSTLY experience!! . Seems Billion Dodge Bozeman needs some accountability for poor service, communication and lack of ANY timeframe,. A month and still no fix for a 2010 DODGE RAM, ignition switch and heater zone actuator Most definitely the worst amount of communication possible, first coming in non-personal texting and although now being contacted personally, no timeframe given or apology of any kind for the fact we have been having to deal with not having our vehicle for a month.(AND COUNTING) It does us no good to respond here, however on the outside chance this could be forwarded to an individual who can compensate us for our personal hardships being without transportation and having to burden others because of Billion Bozeman's lack of care!! Never having felt strongly enough to badly review a product or service before, will be quite clear, Putting out as much effort as possible to protect anyone and all from the bad experience costs and difficulties BILLION DODGE BOZEMAN has created. Lincoln Smith, Joe lemon and unfortunately I have not been able to get the name of the others involved in this transaction with a replacement vehicle from Chrysler corporation. I am Deeply disappointed to have spent $223 of my hard earned American business owned dollars here to get the following services done on my 2017 gmc sierra 1500 NON DIESEL 1. Swapcab air filter 2. Rotate the front two tires. 3. Oil and filter change 4. topped off on windshield washer fluid. I was completely wrong in trusting this company with my property and I feel completely taken advantage of. Because of this I will not recommend this company for any future service work to any one. During my 2 hour long wait I met another business owner and made a new friend. His time waiting was 3hrs and in the end we ended up checking out together. For his new dodge diesel truck his oil change came out to be roughly $156. I share this part of this story because if you do not know what average costs are for oil filter and changes for my truck and most gas powered vehicles. My average cost for oil and filter bought at any local store. With no discount and bulk ordering would be about roughly 50 to an absurd high of $70. I use mobil one full synthetic which is a good quality oil and it typically runs under $60. Windshield washing fluid can be purchased for a whole gallon under $3. These services would take a non pro to gather the tools to disassemble the tires' drain the oil swap oil filters, put new oil and clean up. Under one hour. Non pro keep this in mind. There is multiple companies i have now since heard of that charges and I have previously used that will do all of these services for $70-80. So somebody please explain to me how this is not pure corruption at its finest so be weary. I hope to God you read this and do not have to experience this disgust as I have. Had service done on my car. While in the possession of the service department my sheepskin seat cover was stolen and the front driver side was damaged. When I brought it to the attention of management they conceded that the sheepskin had been seen on their cameras as being in the car and wasn't there when it was released to me. Regardless of any proof, they showed me fine print on the work order that indicated that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles while they are in possession of the vehicle. This doesn't make sense to me and I think it's a poor way to do business. I would not recommend this company and will no longer have the car serviced here. read more

Billion Auto Group's name is apripo. I'm commenting specifically on their labor rates for repairs. They charge $125 per hour, which is premium, especially for Bozeman, Montana where the average hourly wage for a pro mechanic is under $20 per hour. Yes, they bury discount coupons on their website, but don't volunteer info about them unless you're complaining. Another thing, they add a Service Supply Charge of $30 to every invoice. After scheduling to have my truck inspected for a possible sale to the Billion Auto Group, I arrived only to be told that they were simply too busy to inspect my truck and that I would need to reschedule. I didn't think much it of it at the time until I later learned that my appointment had been scheduled at the same time the dealership was hosting a large weekend sales event. I didn't think much of it at the time and went ahead and rescheduled. I rescheduled to bring my truck back later in the week, however, this time I thought I would call the sales associate a day earlier to confirm the appointment... just in case there was additional conflicts. After confirming the appointment for the next day with the sales rep., I arrived at the dealership and was again told that the sales manager was simple too busy to inspect my vehicle. Something about a mountain of paperwork needing processed from the previous weekend's sales event. I rescheduled the appointment for the 3rd time! On the 3rd appointment, I was finally successful in getting my truck inspected and getting an cash offer from the dealership. Unfortunately, the offer was significantly lower than the wholesale value of the vehicle so I declined. A week later, an unexpected tax bill encouraged me reconsider accepting Billion's offer. I contacted the sales rep that I had been working with to see if the earlier offer was still good. I was told that the vehicle would need to go through a quick inspection but if everything was the same, the offer should still be good. Since the vehicle had not been driven between inspections other than a fuel fill-up and some new wipers, I felt confident about the offer. I arranged to take the vehicle into dealership for a second inspection. After successfully having my truck re-inspected, I was offered a significantly lower amount than the previous week's offer. I declined Billion's ridiculous offer which may have included and expletive or two about the lack of customer service that I had experienced! I will not return to the dealership again! read more

A good "inspection means it's unsafe. Was told the truck I was buying passed its inspection and checked out good. For a truck that supposedly went through inspections quite well it has a laundry list of issues. I understand pressure washing the leaks off of the power steering lines transmission lines things like that.Fluids I can understand a tech ignoring and not making note of milky differentials filthy cooling systems. But to blatantly ignore safety issues and not repair prior to sale is a load of crap. Right rear spring shackle rusted through and snapped at 80 mile an hour less than a week after buying. The tires on that truck shake so bad at 80 mile an hour no wonder tour test drives go back country roads to avoid highway speed. Then their "inspection" ignored a lower ball joint in the front right lower that's ready to pop out of it socket I expected more. I at least expected the vehicle to be SAFE. As is but safe!! Try to bring my concerns and was told as is. I understand but don't lie and tell me what the inspection really showed or was the inspection more of a "yes it starts sell it" buyer beware. I have a Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel truck that requires an anti pollution additive called DEF (Diesel Emission Fluid). When the Truck was new at 3000 miles 2015, my wife was 1/4 miles from home and accidentally added 1/8 cup of Diesel fuel additive to the Emission Fluid tank. Immediately realizing her mistake she parked the truck at the gas station, walked home and called the Billion Auto's service department and made arrangements to have the truck towed on a flatbed to the dealership to have the holding tank flushed. She was instructed by the service department to go ahead and drive it 45 miles to the dealership and that there would be no way the fuel additive would reach any critical parts based on mileage and consumption and a full DEF tank. Following Billions advice, we drove the vehical to the service department where they confirmed there was a small mount of contaminant and then quoted $6000.00 full DEF system replacement "because the vehical had been driven in and some of the contaminate might have made it into other systems." I had the truck placed on a flatbed and towed to Yellowstone Country Motors. Yellowstone Country Motors disassembled the DEF tank and flushed the parts, reassembled and had me back on the road in an hour for $96 and had been running flawlessly for 30,000 miles In May 2020, in the middle of the Corona outbreak Billion called asking to preform some recall work that I was told would be 100% covered by warranty, I decided to allow them to work on it in spite of our last encounter to try to support local businesses during hard times. A big mistake. Four days after dropping it off Billion called me and said that there was an error light from the DEF system and that someone had filled it with Diesel fuel, it would not be covered by warranty and cost to fix was $2800.00. Once again I took it over to Yellowstone Country Motors where they ran a contaminate test and found NO Contamination but did find a bad float sending unit. The part was replaced under warranty with a $100 deductible. Billion Auto has tried to take advantage of us not just once but twice to the total tune of $8600.00 in unnecessary repairs. I cant help but believe that this is a cultural business ethic being demonstrated and I hope the Better Business Bureau and Dodge Corporate will investigate and take appropriate action to protect local consumers. read more
