I will never buy a used vehicle from here again.I purchased my vehicle from them and 5300 miles later I brought it in for an oil change and was told I needed 4 brand new tires due to tire depth thread being 2. This would explain why my vehicle handled very poorly in the snow/ice a few short weeks after I purchased it, because they sold me a vehicle in need of brand new tires. I will never buy a used vehicle from Billion again. The service team on the other hand was phenomenal, very professional and extremely helpful. read more

I received exceptional care and assistance from this dealership when I needed my AC replaced. My service rep Tara went above and beyond for me and kept me updated with any and all progress. She even went out of her way to pick me up when the chauffeur called out sick. You're the best Tara! The service manager Tony went above and beyond advocating for me as well, and I'm extremely grateful for his assistance and customer service excellence. I would 100% recommend this dealership if you need your jeep serviced and I'd like to commend my repair service team, Tony and Tara for their hard work and kindness. read more

I dont think its right to let someone know you are going to charge an additional 3 % on a 6k fix after the fact. Horrible practice.

I am done dealing with companies that have no ethics or integrity. 1) How does a Mopar/Jeep Service center screw up an oil change on a JEEP?!? 2) Why did I get new front brakes put on my vehicle last July and I'm having to replace them in less than a year because they are such bad quality? I paid the market rate for brakes!!! I will never step foot into a Mopar/Jeep Service Center, or buy a Jeep ever again. The worst vehicle quality out there! read more

I felt compelled to write a review, given the other negative reviews. My oil cooler sprung a spontaneous leak while working seasonally in Yellowstone park. I have an extended warranty on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I was prepared for a nightmarish experience in trying to get a dealership to repair. After speaking with Tara in the service department, my appointment was booked 3 weeks out. I stressed the importance of a 1 day service, for which I was willing to wait. Plus the added logistics from coming 2 hours away. She assured me the part was in and the service could be completed while I waited. Several days before my appointment, I decided to check out the reviews on the service department. I was horrified and quickly set to call other dealers in ID and in Butte. They all had just as horrifying reviews. I was very apprehensive about my upcoming appointment and whether I would be sleeping in the lobby of the service center and whether I would even get my vehicle back! I called the day before to ensure the part was still in, and the service would be performed while I waited. To my surprise, Tara did return my call and assured me that all was well. The day of my service, jeep was dropped off and I waited. About mid-day, I was informed that all was well and that it would be an hour more. Pleasantly, it was just another 40 minutes, jeep was ready, service was completed under warranty, and no BS that I needed additional work. So, given all these other negative reviews, I would recommend this service department based on my experience and professionalism of the Billion Service Department. Thank you Tara! read more

Be aware from this dealership, they are liars Most of their used car has been in accidents and they don't tell you the truth. Even some of the has clean carfax but in fact they have been in accident but didn't report it to the carfax. I saw a 23 Nissan and a few more cars. read more

There needs to be a 0 star rating, these people are scam artists. They quoted me 1945$ to change a water pump on a 2001 gas dodge ram! I had it towed to the nearest mechanic who did the job for less than half of that price. But I still had to pay Billion dodge 250$ just for looking at the truck. You have been warned, they are awful. read more

Given the opportunity would have given 0 stars (not an option) Absolute lack of communication, no responses to my inquiries about a service repair that was SCHEDULED, 15 days prior. Have NO idea if/or when the vehicle will be done, what the repair entailed, & what the estimated cost will be. NOTHING? Pointing out that it was very difficult on our end making transportation plans and modifying our schedules to be sure the vehicle was on-site and available for Billion Bozeman as requested. At this point Id take the vehicle back, go elsewhere!!!!!!! Our Inquiries have fallen on deaf ears....... Hoping others don't fall into the same situation as ours! Good luck. Jeep went to Billion for recall , after 50! Days - they Finally had it running and done. Absolutely worst Jeep experience of my life. I've driven 3, Wranglers over 22 years. This experience with Jeep Customer Care and Stellantis has encouraged me to sell my Jeep and Never drive a Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ever again ! Service Advisor, Zach , horrible. Dave , service manager, absolutely zero help. If it weren't for Chris , THE Owner of Billion , I'm sure I wouldn't have ever gotten my Jeep back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere ! I came in on a Friday my car was towed there because the engine light came on in the car when you to let mode and pulled me over. I met with Sac and he told me they were down three people that day and he had people backed up six weeks to have their car worked on He graciously took me in and after a couple of hours I found out what the problem was but that the part would take six weeks to order I was grateful to even know what was going on. Well lo and behold Zach started calling around and actually found the park and within one week not only found the part had it delivered but got the car fixed and called me and told me it was ready! Right now in this time everyone has been going through a lot and everyone is stressed and to have this type of top-notch service was so refreshing! They truly went above and beyond and gave me a great service! Thank you so much! Michele S. Blue Jeep read more

Needed a new key fob programmed. Charged us $200 and it didn't work. Took it back and they said the key fob was bad!! What? charged us $200 to program a defective key fob? The manager, of course, was in a "meeting" and not available. The employee (female) who we contacted said it was not their fault and they would not refund money. She was quite rude. Oh but she said she would have the manager call us when he was available. I know it is shocking, but he/she never called. read more

We had to purchase two new vehicles to replace our old ones recently and received excellent assistance from Joe Rehbein and Melissa McKinnon who patiently walked us through the process from start to finish. No pressure and no hassle. Melissa answered all our questions and returned all our phone calls in a timely manner. Don''t have your vehicle serviced here. They truly don't care about doing the job in a timely manner or doing it well! Poor record keeping and communication showcase this business' lack of customer service. read more

We broke down driving through Bozeman. They charged us $188 to just diagnose the problem and the service department manager avoided eye contact during the entire transaction. They then told us the parts we needed had no eta and were on back order indefinitely. We called a few other dealerships and had the parts shipped on our own in under a half hour of phone calls. Although our car repair was critical to our livelihood they refused to do the three hour repair and said would have to wait six weeks because we weren't local community members. Oh yeah, and they quoted us for ten hours of work... maybe that's why they are so far behind. We got towed to the crystler in Butte MT as soon as we realize it existed and they had us back on the road the same day. The staff at this dealership make this dealership outstandingly awful! Make the drive/tow to Butte, the people there are kind and curious and actually want to help you. read more

The worst experience I've ever had with any business. I'll buy some horses and a carriage before I ever go back to this place for service.

Express oil change a total joke. An hour longer than the expected wait. Better off going to local jiffy lube.

We were experiencing coolant loss and the service department was able to get us in the same day. It was determined that we needed a thermostat and replace a hose. Parts arrived on time yesterday and the work completed on time and for the estimated price today. Our service advisor, Tara, couldn't have been nicer and more efficient in getting my Travato (RV version of a Promaster truck) back to the road. In addition Jenna Dobrowski was so nice to us and helped us print our park registration and travel map. I hope you try this dealership as they are the top as far as I know. read more

Awesome Service Department! They were able to figure out the problem our Jeep was having, and have it fixed and ready for the road within two hours. We were taken care of in the waiting room as well with complementary drinks. Very friendly and helpful service, and I would definitely recommend bringing your Jeep here for any servicing. read more

This is for sales not service. The service department was the only attention we received. My husband and I inquiried about a Jeep Wrangler online since we live out of the area and were going to be in town in the next week (hoping to support local). We never heard from them. (In the mean time Dave Smith has been courting us on another Wrangler.) We stopped by the dealership and hung around the Jeeps for 15 minutes. Sat inside and messed around. No one talked to us except the service guy who asked us to move our car. I told him we'd leave since no one wanted to sell us a car. He did offer to set us up with a sales rep. To little to late. Our business is headed else where. Dave Smith has plenty of Wranglers. read more

By far the BEST service I have received from an auto mechanic in Bozeman. These folks have their shit together. I was able to not only get the appointment of my choice on a day that worked for me but the work was completed while I waited in their fab lounge with free wifi so I was able to get some work done. I took my Jeep in for what I thought would be a recall issue but turned out to be something else affecting gas milage and the 4 wheel drive system. Huge difference once this work was completed so I actually experienced value for the money I paid. These people are professionals with excellent, top of the line customer service. Too bad they do not service foreign autos autos because I would switch my allegiance to them ASAP. read more

I was very unhappy with customer service today. However, I called to communicate my experience and management repaired with me and actually got things taken care of. Sounds like they are taking my feedback seriously. This settles my initial dissatisfaction. read more

Horrible customer service. Refused to help look up if they had a simple part for a vehicle.

My first unacceptable experience. In July, 2015, I brought my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the service department for Recall P73. After the recall, before I'd driven home, the "Service 4WD System" light came on. I called and was told the soonest appointment would be a week. I inquired if the recall could be related, and was told it must be a coincidence. A week later the Service Advisor told me it was a worn differential clutch in the transfer case, and had nothing to do with the recall. The repair cost would be $1111.27. Not being satisfied with the manner in which I was told or the answer, I inquired from Chrysler, and after calls back and forth, basically they limited their involvement to asking the service department for their opinion. They did suggest, however, if I still had concerns, that I should get another opinion. I took the Jeep to Yellowstone Country, in Livingston, Mt., where the wiring terminals were repaired and the transfer case module/motor assembly was replaced. Fixed at a cost of $491.90. We've had no further problems. My second experience, in September, 2016, was the (same) Jeep overheating, spiking and then the gauge back to normal. Being close to a local repair shop, my wife left the car there, and we left on vacation. When we returned, the water pump and thermostat had been replaced but it was still running hot. They felt it might be a blown head gasket, and their tech didn't want to "tackle" it. They talked to the Service Advisor at Billion who said if it was both head gaskets it would run around $1800 to $2000 to repair. He stated that if the heads were badly warped, the heads would run another $500 to $800 each. The car was towed to the Billion service department. When I inquired, the Service Advisor said their pressure test confirmed it was blown head gaskets, and if badly warped, the heads would be $2400 each. He stated that there was more than $7000 of work needed on the car. Needless to say, I had the car towed to Yellowstone Country. They pressure tested with and without the engine running. They thought to test the radiator cap, which failed to hold pressure. They replaced the radiator cap, added antifreeze, and had a tech drive it all weekend, with no overheating. We've now driven the car for over a month, with no overheating. The cost for parts and labor, $143.07. I wrote a letter to Billion, and a manager called to express his regret, but nothing was mentioned concerning an inquiry into why or how this could have occurred. read more

Scam scam scam. They send out flyers to get you in the door saying you win significant prizes such as $75 and then after 30 minutes of questioning I was handed a $5 wal mart gift card. Dishonest and a trick. Not qualities I want to see in a car dealership. read more

An amazing place with amazing service. We were on travel from Ontario to Seattle when our car had an engine problem - they diagnosed the problem, got the new part for our old car within an hour, repaired the car, and we were back on the road within three hours. Service was very organised. They also have an excellent waiting area - coffee, cold drinks, cookies and some vending machines, free wifi, and they offer a shuttle service, e,g. to a nearby restaurant. We were so glad they could help us - another Chrysler garage on the day before in Wyoming turned us down as we did not have an appointment (how can you have an appointment for an emergency?) - this place helped us and understood that we wanted to continue our trip as quickly as possible. Best garage I habe ever seen. read more

Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service department at Billion Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. My jeep was brought in and after diagnostics I was told it needed a fuel injector replacement for $650. Three days later I arrive to pick up my car and the service manager ASKS me if my windshield wipers were working when I brought in my jeep. Confused, I said yes because they had been. She then tells me that the equipment cluster is now broken though it wasn't initially and it would be an additional $780 for it to be repaired as well as another week and a half in the shop. When I asked if the issues corresponded, I was told they weren't and the fact that the engine cluster went out after the jeep had been worked on was just a coincidence. Unconvinced, I decided to push the issue further and was given to the second mechanic who worked on my car. He said that the first mechanic had mentioned that there was confusion as to which wires were cut. With that I was transferred to the parts and service director. When I relayed what the mechanic had said he told me that I shouldn't have been allowed to speak with him and that he would need to talk to the mechanic about what he can and can't say to customers. The director then explained that they would NOT be accepting fault for the damage to my car but that they would not be charging the additional $780. While I was relieved to not have to pay that extra amount, I still had to pay the initial bill and $500 for a rental car for the additional time they worked on my jeep. What upsets me most about this whole ordeal is how dishonest the entire thing was and that the only person who was honest, the mechanic, probably received punishment for telling me the truth. They made a mistake, they tried to cover it and charge me $750 in repairs and then they tried to bully me out of the truth. read more
