At first I was going to have a major service done because my car really needs it and set up my appointment for that major work. I got slammed with some big unexpected financial hits and had to downsize my service to their basic interior/exterior detail. Not once did they make me feel badly about that. They gave me VIP treatment, had my car done on time and worked with me when I had troubles getting there. The exterior was very well done and there were no ghosts of wax left anywhere - even on the tiny rubber edges of the window. And the inside was AMAZING!!! I use my poor car as a ranch car. The leather had sunscreen on it from my back and shoulders that wouldn't come off, my friend had washed her white car then put her hands all over my door and left white all over it - both of which I have never been able to get off. Gone!!! My car gets covered with hay and manure remnants from my clothes, shoes and hands, I carry dirty things on my seats and in the back, I eat in my car and crumbs get smashed in the stitching of the leather seats and I can never get them all out, and the poor thing just simply gets abused. It is spotless and shiny now!!!!! I'm blown away by the quality of work they did. I finally have found my place! I HIGHLY recommend them! The whole staff was fantastic.

Originally any full service/repairs needed would have to be scheduled for a later date, they stepped up after identifying a serious issue that could be quickly resolved on site. This action allowed her to get back on the road, safely while making mom and dad more comfortable with her truck and horse trailer going down the road without delay. The team was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly explained everything while offering helpful repair suggestions being fully transparent. Thanks to the Yetti Diesel team from the front desk to mechanics team--we recommend them!

After the date was booked the person on the phone says they need a $600 deposit and they have not even touched the vehicle yet. While I understand requesting a reasonable deposit of $50-$100 dollars to hold the appointment, demanding a %50 deposit is ridiculous. I would understand if they had to order a bunch of parts that were specific to my vehicle but to require that much of a deposit in my opinion is crazy.

I had the worst experience of doing business in my life with this shop. I brought in a 1970 gmc k20…read moreclassic truck for an engine rebuild. Kevin quoted me $4,000-$5,000 and a time frame of 2 months with this job. $9,500 and 8 months later it was finally "done." I got it back and it still leaked oil and then after a couple months of driving it broke down due to a carburetor issue and when I called him to get it looked at he didn't do much to help other than saying if I could get it there he would look at it, but I had moved to Billings and that wasn't really an option. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if he didn't already charge me double from his original quote and taken 4 times as long. And then when I took it in to a local shop they told me there was some issues with his wiring to the carb engine components. I had a horrible experience with this shop and am still paying on the loan I had to get for the repair even after selling the truck for $10,000. He might be good for some things like an oil change maybe, but not classic engine swaps!
