However, since 5 stars is the top honor, I will happily join the list of prior SAM 5 star satisfied customers. I selected SAM from a list of vehicle detail businesses in the area, because of their outstanding customer review comments. I did not imagine that it was possible to restore paint on a 7 year old car to showroom condition. SAM has proved it possible! My vehicle is black, which is the hardest color to clean (and keep looking clean). I want to compliment Ryan, one of your excellent employees for his knowledge and expertise in detailing my black vehicle. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. I was upset to find a fairly deep scratch on the roof of my car, (it could be felt as well as seen) as though something heavy was placed on it and dragged for 6 inches. So I took it to SAM to see what could be done. The car is black (shows every blemish) and the factory paint is notoriously thin. Despite these challenges, the scratch is now 99.95% gone! (I don't think anyone but me could find it now.) I mention the remaining 0.05% not as a criticism, but as a compliment. This is because it shows careful judgement on the part of the technicians, who had the ability to recognize that polishing any further would have gone through the clear coat and into the paint. Knowing these kind of limits is a product of experience and careful attention to detail, and you'll find both at SAM. read more

I have a 2003 Mercedes 350ML SUV. When I got it used over 3 years ago, it only had 90,000 miles and was in amazing condition. Since then, I have beat it up badly....inside and out. It stayed outside all last winter, country roads, backcountry adventures etc. The old owner would have been appalled. What a mess. I took it into SAM and wow. It's like it was when I bought it! Those guys at Shines Autos Meticulously are miracle workers! I accidentally dumped most of a gallon of primer on the back seat and floorboards. It was a huge mess, and I was devastated! So I took it out to SAM, to see if there was anything they could do. I got a call the next morning, they said it was ready. I was not prepared for what I saw. It was a miracle! Had them apply ceramic coat to my one ton dually pickup. Its always been a pain to clean it but after they applied this product dirt and grime doesn't stick to it.
