Had a great experience at this "pulled through" car wash. It started with the service and selection screen. We had a slight issue with the machine but an extremely helpful and friendly employee came to help. The wash itself was awesome. Multiple "soft touch machines" and water jets. We were exited that our car came out so clean after 5 days on the road. The vacuum was powerful and got the interior done in no time. The "all purpose" cleaner smelled so good! I am trusting this place less with every wash. It starts with the bizarre arm waivers who must hate their jobs so much they don't bother actually guiding me to the trolley. The past two washes the entire thing stopped for no apparent reason. It seems that they would be okay if I left with 3 wheels as long as I got out of their way. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here. It's very quick and easy to do the exterior so if I only have 5 minutes, I can still get a cleaned car. They will do your mats for you as well. When I have 15 minutes, I do the whole thing. The vacuums are always working, the glass cleaner is available year long because they store the bottles in heated thermos boxes in the winter. Everything always works, there are ample cloths and cleaner, trash is emptied regularly so they don't overflow, there's a fine air gun if you want to get water out of fine creases as well as a broad tool for carpet and a crevice cleaner for tight places. They also offer free license plate frames for your front plate if you don't have one (the brushes can catch and bend it a bit otherwise). I had troubles a couple of times with the automatic arm lifting - one was an issue with my credit card number and one was an issue with my sticker. The manager helped me once and an employee the other time - both were fast, super friendly and helpful and compensated me with an upgrade to the best cleaning choice. The guys rinsing the car are always friendly and professional. I'm very happy with my membership here. read more

I really enjoy this place as it has a ton of space to work with your vehicle and the wash is superior to any other in town. The staff, especially Evan and Jonah have always been especially helpful and attentive to my concerns. This place is fantastic and the guys that work there even more so. When the machine damaged my roof top carrier they acknowledged doing so immediately and repaired it at no cost to me very fast. I took my Jeep in the the detailing side for some peanut butter that hot ground into my seat. They did a great job and when I came to pick it up they told me what they did and what they used to clean it. In the end they gave me a small steam cleaner that they don't use anymore! My family has taken 3 different cars to them and each time they have done a great job! read more

Wow, Rapid car wash had my review removed, they have sent me numberous texts of immaturity employees from Rapid Carwash. Wish i posted and it got remove. So let me repost my zero star review, Radip car wash will not take ownership of several vehicle getting scratched while going thru there carwash, they even set me a picture showing me the dent of the roof which i agreed to the pictures clearly show no scratches no the vehicle, the worker spoked to everyone that had them and took pictures of every vehicle. The following day the manager on duty called and said we arent resposible for any damages. If a business makes mistakes they should know up to them and fix the vehicles. not this place. they are rude and immature and say you texts what type a person they think you are. all the pictures are attached for everyone to see the difference. there comments are contact our laywer. We brought our SUV in for both interior and exterior detailing prior to the upcoming winter. We spoke to the manager and intake person regarding our plan for both interior and exterior detailing. Upon pick up the manager said they decided to do a wash and wax and a light interior detailing with no carpet cleaning, So they will reduce the price from $650 to $425. When asked why, he thought it was because scratches they didn't notice before wouldn't come out And referred us to the detailer. She had no explanation. obviously they ran out of time and did a rush job. Our purpose in renting a car and leaving our car for 24 hours with Rapid Cleaning Car Detail shop was to get the complete interior and exterior detailing. Not only did they do a poor job in the interior, they chose to not polish out any scratches. Encouraged us to find a place who would polish the exterior. My husband asked them when we dropped it off if they would clean up the chrome tailpipes. When we got home we noticed they were not touched. I did the same wash and wax they did in August on my own. I wasted $425+ car rental fee for a poor job. read more
