I dont write alot of reviews but this place was perfect. Easy to get to. Friendly Well priced And most importantly... they got alll the bugs. Basically 3000 miles worth of bugs on a giant Yukon. And they did it quickly, about 2 minutes, never had to get out. Thanks read more

A simple spray wash. Did not remove bugs. Guy drying car gave no effort at all. Had to stop and dry it myself.

Very friendly folks working at the car wash, but unfortunately my car didn't get very clean. All the bugs came off, but the dirt didn't. It's a brushless car wash so dirt doesn't really come off. I guess you have to do have them actually wash the car by hand. Free vacuums was a nice touch read more

After a harrowing adventure up gravel roads to Garnet ghost town, and depleting Montana's bug population on the drive to Bozeman, our van was so dirty that no one wanted to be near it-- not even to write "please wash me" in the thick dust. We stopped at Scrubby's in Bozeman and it emerged clean and sparkly from the automatic wash. Attendants did the pre-wash and rubbed our van dry at the end. Basic wash (the Tornado) was $15. Well worth it. They did a great job! read more

Great Car wash, great prices. I used it for a month, but I didn't use it enough so I canceled it. Mostly great service. Chad Green helped me out today and canceled my membership asap when I should've been charged for it. All in all, great place. read more

Really great people working here! I received a gift card for Christmas but it wasn't at the location I preferred so I was able to talk to Sara at the location on seventh and she was able to switch it out so I can use my gift card on 15th and she was just so nice during the whole process actually everyone I spoke to there was really great read more

Great value if you can go every week, Not the best option if you're not consistent no fault of the car wash Otherwise very friendly never an issue getting in and out. And the free vacuums are an added bonus. read more

New to the area. After six months my dog Oliver was overdo for a wash! I brought my car to Scrubby's and noticed there is a Scrub Paw dog wash and decided to bring my pup in. The water was warm and the soap smelled so good! The room is also warm to keep your pup comfortable. They provide a flea treatment along with the soap to keep your best friend flea free! Oliver came out with soft, good smelling fur! Not to mention, it is the most reasonable price in town for a dog wash. I will be coming back time and again to wash my car, and to pamper my dog! read more

I went to SCRUBBIE'S CARWASH, and the inept attendant "guiding me", damaged my brand new silverado truck I had only driven four times in the amount of over $2200 to repair. The attendant guided me into a round barrier in the lane. He was extremely rude and refused to engage when I asked if there was any damage. He glared at me and screamed multiple times, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" then turned his back to me. I later called and talked to a "manager" who said he would review the tape and call me back after he spoke to the owner.. Of course no return call happened. After five days I called again. Initially the person who answered said they were a manager, but after I stated who I was, the person then identified as the owner. He did not provide his name and refused to identify his insurance company. He said the minute I left the carwash the damage was not his problem. I replied that the manager said the incident was taped. He nastily said to have my insurance call him, as he would not assume any responsibility for the damage. I was told this profession is full of unscrupulous people, and this owner is a classic example.Don't trust attendants and definitely don't leave until the police arrive.I am posting this to hopefully keep others from being screwed by SCRUBBIE'S CAR WASH ON 7TH AND Oak!. read more

Scrubby's Dog Wash- I was impressed when I walked in, nice facility and warm water. However, it is $10 for 9 minutes and the reader wouldn't accept me upping the time. So I added another $10 so I could rinse and dry my dog. The dryer on high had barely any output. My hairdryer at home does a way better job. My dog left soaking wet, so I paid an additional $10 to take home a soaking wet dog. I won't return here. read more

If I have money for a tip I will pay one, I don't appreciate being strong armed for a tip before I have even gone through the wash on my first time ever visit. Tips are paid after a service IF that service is exceptional. I was strong armed to tip before the service, which was not exceptional. I wanted to try this car wash, big nope for me; costs more, forced tipping, unprofessional. I am going back to Rapid Clean car wash read more

We flew into Bozeman and needed to wash the rental car before returning it - just WOW. We tipped twice! Wish we had a car wash like this back home read more

Stopped by for a bit of spring cleaning for the family vehicle which was in much need to a good wipe down and clean. There was a line of ~4-5 cars waiting for the drive through automatic wash, so we opted for the DIY version they also have available. At the end of the day, we would have been better off doing the drive through - both in terms of time, money and quality. For the DIY, you pay based on the time it takes with a minimum of 8 minutes for $5 (it took us 8 min) and we wish that we spent even more time with the brush - what looked clean while we were there ended up drying not as clean as we thought in a couple isolated pockets - so obviously som user error. However, while it shouldn't be THAT complicated, there are multiple sets of instructions on the right order for an optimal wash that suggest DIFFERENT orders of operations. The order on the selecting dial suggests one order, a poster on the wall close to the dial has another order, and then a poster at the far end has yet another order. Not a massive deal with some common sense, but it would be nice if they kept it simple. Lastly, the vacuum only took quarters so we weren't able to do the inside this time around. Overall though, a great spot and we'll go back for the automatic drive-through version next time. read more

great customer service! blake, what a guy. great quality car wash. never been so shiny. great value, will be back soon.

This is a great place to get your car washed. The self-vacuum and cleaning supplies allow you to take all the time you need to get your interior clean and then the automated wash (with help from the staff) does a great job of getting even the dirtiest car clean and dry. read more

Scrubby's Car Wash - Before and After. Amazing!! - Car Wash Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

Trust me I love this car wash. My main criticism would be the towels they use leave a bunch of towel particulates inside and out. I know to bring my own microfiber for my interior as I do like their solution but even the final wipe down after my drive home has my car covered in white particles. Second criticism would be at the final wipe down they will wipe the inside of my doors down but always neglect the flat strip below my trunk. Other than that friendly staff, usually in and out process, great local for me. read more

Drove all the way from Boston to Bozeman and, as you can imagine, I desperately needed a car wash when I arrived. I am not interested in getting out and doing any part of it myself so I was looking for a fully automated option and found scrubbys. I paid for a more expensive wash and while my car didn't come out spotless it was significantly better. They have 3 differed employees that spray your car down with a power washer (??) before you even go through the car wash. At the end 2 employee hand dry the vehicle with microfiber cloths. Will be back and would recommend to anyone. read more

I have gone to scrubby's for the past five years but I won't be going back. We took our truck through and not only was it not clean but it's scratched to hell. Some buffed out, some did not. Extremely disappointed. I realize it's our own risk to use it but like I've said I have been using this car wash for years and have had come out on the other end still dirty before, but nothing like this. Terrible. Do not recommend. read more

I have been going here for almost 2 years. For a year and a half I have been happy with the service. In the last 6 months it has progressively been a hit or miss and I have been understanding and havnt complained. But today I am furious!! How could they think I would drive home get out and not notice the rear of my vehicle a mess!!! The rest of the vehicle is rather clean besides a large dirt smear across the driver side.... I'm so very disappointed! I bought the $14 service and get this service a minimum of 3 times a month. read more

Ok wash for the traveller. It removed bugs. It is a touchless car wash, great! Nice vacuums also.

I'm pretty sure this is the best car wash place in Bozeman. Creative names for different types of washing, reasonable prices, pretty fast speed and polite service. One thing I have to mention: All the workers there are good looking, no matter guy or girl. I'd rather stare at people here than watch The Bachelor (or The Bachelorette). read more

Just as good or better than hand washing your car! Towels to wipe down the inside of your car too!

worst $20 wash I've ever paid for. should have given a homeless gu a rag and a bucket of water, would have been better

We just stopped in for a quick touch up. Fast check-in. Got through in just a few minutes and excellent, courteous attendants made for a great experience. Highly recommend for a touchless, quality car wash. read more

Damaged my car with pressure hose. Estimate was $800.00 Scrubbys refused to take responsibility and would not pay for damages. Beware if you have a newer model vehicle. Will wash my own car from here on out, not worth the aggravation. read more

Came to vacuum camper van. Young blond girl was nice, handed me a bottle of windex and a rag. For $2, well worth it. Not sure what people expect when they complain about their car being scratched. You're paying 10-20 for a hand held pressure wash, automated pressure wash, blow dry then two guys with towels to dry your car...what do you expect. If you want someone to make sure all the grime is off and nothing will scratch, then pay an auto detail shop the $100 to give it a full service. I stood outside at the exit with my dog and watched them dry 5 cars while my wife vacuumed the dog crate...they have a system, they use clean towels and switch sides just like I would at home. Stop expecting luxury service for economy price. This place is very reasonable with reasonable expectations. read more

I love scrubbys. The people are friendly an my car is always sparkly shiny when I'm done. Worth the $12+tip!

The guy really pressures you to add a tip. I've been there twice since he started taking the payments and I've decided I won't be going back. He won't let go of the tablet and stands beside you so he can see the screen while you're signing and says "feel free to throw an extra couple bucks on there for the guys inside." I don't feel free, I feel obligated. If you want an extra couple bucks, raise the prices and I will be happy to pay it. But this tipping thing has gotten out of hand and I will use an automated wash from now on to avoid the awkward tipping situation. read more
