Tried washing my truck in the auto wash and came out with a dust and grime layer vowed never to return, tried to give benefit of the doubt and attempt another visit 2 years later with a car that had average road grime and dust. (We keep our cars clean) BIG MISTAKE. after spending $14 this auto wash is a complete failure. There is still a film on the car you can see a simply gentle finger wipe wipes off on the doors and fenders and the bugs were immune to the soaps and mediocre wash passes. The car dealerships must keep this place in business with simply dust washes. This won't remove anything more than that. We will not be returning for any reason not worth the time or frustration. Hands done this car wash leaves your car almost as dirty as when it came in... maybe worse due to the fact it took your money and didn't provide a service. read more

Eco Joe's is a great carwash! I always use the "do it yourself" bay. Good water pressure and $5.00 gets my 4-runner washed perfectly. They also are offering the use of clean blue towels to dry off your vehicle. Vacuums actually work! Mikey manages the car wash and is always there if you need anything. read more

Come on Joe. The bug soak, rinse and high pressure soap was the only thing that worked... and then the credit car swiped quit. I normally use the touchless with my other cars but now im wondering if anything is actually coming out of the spray tips there too. You can do better Joe. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. I opted to use this automatic car wash this week. I actually paid for the premium package only to find out it failed to even rinse the soap. I was a little miffed as I had soap all over my truck. No one was at the wash so I opted to look up the number and call versus leave a crappy review. I let them know I just wanted them to wash my truck since they is what I paid for and to call me back. Today I received a phone call which is only a couple days after I left the message. The guy was extremely defensive on the phone told me that he would review their video with me if I wanted to come in. I told him he is welcome to watch the video or I can just email him photos of my soapy truck if they would help us get to them covering my next wash. He became more rude and now I am here leaving a review accordingly. See this guy doesn't believe that customers care how other customers are treated. Maybe he is right but I can assure two things. Every person I met who are In Bozeman and drive will be told not to use this company. I will make sure I note all car washes this company owns and operates and provide similar reviews. To think I only wanted what I paid for, I was polite and understanding. It is unfortunate that this guy is allowed to manage a business in which he may have to deal with customers. Car wash did not work. Undercarriage spray did not come on and the wash left streaks and dirt on the car. Tried to contact the number and no one answered and no message could be left. Also called Billion Auto Group and the receptionist said they didn't have anyone to help because "everyone is getting ready to leave for the day". She did not offer to have anyone call back and suggested I should stop by the next day. I told her I lived 60 miles away and she said, "I just don't think there is anything I can suggest for you to do then." Terrible, terrible car wash and service. read more

The vacuum machines just eat quarters and don't turn on. Then you walk around the building looking for a number to call to get your money back and there isn't one. This place is 100% rip off. They literally took my money for zero services. read more

On self serve, none of the card readers work. Machines are jammed with quarters so can't pay that way either. Been consistently like this for months. read more

I tried washing my car by hand and there was no soap in the dispenser plus there was a big block of ice attached to the brush so that cannot be used either This car wash has the highest minimum in town and it's the worst out of all read more

Took a credit card and said "authorizing" for about five minutes. Then we tried to do cash and it took one dollar and then wouldn't take any more. No refunds. No car wash. Awesome. read more

7/1/16 automatic brush wash completely dinged the living hell out of my truck. Scratches down the entire sides. Avoid at all cost.

I got the premium wash and the outline around my windshield wipers is still there. Dirt on all sides of the car. Waste of $13. Dont go here for a wash, save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Wish I had read the reviews for this car wash before giving it a go. Paid for the middle package for the automatic wash ($11). Undercarriage, especially in the front and rear of my car, is still filthy, streaks on the top of the car, especially on both sides of the passenger roof, dirt and spots all over the car remain. There seems to be limited undercarriage jets and limited pressure from the water jets in general. Total waste of money; car needs to be washed again. read more
