At first I was going to have a major service done because my car really needs it and set up my appointment for that major work. I got slammed with some big unexpected financial hits and had to downsize my service to their basic interior/exterior detail. Not once did they make me feel badly about that. They gave me VIP treatment, had my car done on time and worked with me when I had troubles getting there. The exterior was very well done and there were no ghosts of wax left anywhere - even on the tiny rubber edges of the window. And the inside was AMAZING!!! I use my poor car as a ranch car. The leather had sunscreen on it from my back and shoulders that wouldn't come off, my friend had washed her white car then put her hands all over my door and left white all over it - both of which I have never been able to get off. Gone!!! My car gets covered with hay and manure remnants from my clothes, shoes and hands, I carry dirty things on my seats and in the back, I eat in my car and crumbs get smashed in the stitching of the leather seats and I can never get them all out, and the poor thing just simply gets abused. It is spotless and shiny now!!!!! I'm blown away by the quality of work they did. I finally have found my place! I HIGHLY recommend them! The whole staff was fantastic.

Don't get your car repaired here. I took my car here after I got into an accident and needed it…read moredone ASAP. They said it would take 4 days once they received all the parts. I thought "fair enough, that seems reasonable". The problem was, they did not do a thorough examination of the car and kept needing to order parts that were on backorder. The timeline kept getting pushed back further and further because they were missing a part they didn't know they needed or they RAN OVER THE FENDER THAT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT ON MY CAR. It was extremely frustrating to have to deal with all of this, and no apologies were given. I even got told to "relax" on the phone when I was simply asking questions about my car and the repairs it needed. In the end, I got my car back weeks later than they said it would be done without it being completely fixed because I needed my car. I am from out of state and needed to drive home. With how slow they were working, I'm sure it would've been another month before I got my car back (They had my car for over a month and a half). The receptionist was very kind, the work was well done, but the communication was terrible. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer.

After the date was booked the person on the phone says they need a $600 deposit and they have not even touched the vehicle yet. While I understand requesting a reasonable deposit of $50-$100 dollars to hold the appointment, demanding a %50 deposit is ridiculous. I would understand if they had to order a bunch of parts that were specific to my vehicle but to require that much of a deposit in my opinion is crazy.
